Best thing since slice bread! Gives beverage curb service upon arrival, extremely informative, and does not push upsell. My Mustang was very happy with proper oil change and wipers. As they checked the car, they showed me the air filter and it did not need replaced, was not pressured to buy a new one! Everyone was clear, precise, and communicated the process to this new customer. Will only use Oilstop Drive Thru Oil Change!

My car needed an oil change so I looked up oil stop and the time they opened. I decided to go early the next morning as they open at 7:30. When I pulled in they were already busy but directed me right away to the lineup. It was only a couple minutes and the came to get my name and info while offering me a beverage.Next thing I knew they were working on my car and had me finished reasonably quickly. I also had a coupon they mailed out and they were happy to apply it.I guarantee I'll go back for my next oil change. I've been using them for years with no problems.

This was my first time at Oil stop my son recommended I go there and I will definitely go back. Great customer service from the minute you pull up until service is completed. I love that you stay in your car the entire time. A big shout out to all the guys that work there everyone of them are awesome!

Everyone here is always so kind and helpful! They offer drinks and very quick quality service! They actually make the oil changing experience pleasant!! Sometimes there s a line but it s worth it. I ve never had a bad experience once!

My timing couldn t have been better. There was no one in line for a change. It s always so busy. Everyone there was so nice and accommodating and I loved hearing them saying please and thank you to each other. As well as to me. Great team of associates. Highly recommend

I always come here for my oil change. I have been coming here for years. I like that they are honest and always offer me something to drink. I always take a book to read and never have an issue here. It is under $100 and I get a coupon in the mail when it is time for my oil change.

Whenever it s time to get my oil changed, I always go to Oil Stop. They are so professional, knowledgeable, honest, and very friendly! I might have to wait in line for service sometimes, but once they get started on my car, their service is fast but thorough. The evening before leaving on a road trip I remembered I needed an oil change, on a car that needs special oil. I called OilStop and the very helpful manager told me the specific oil I needed to buy and bring with me, so they could help me out. I was SO very thankful for the kind and courteous service from everyone I can contact with.I am a repeat OilStop customer, and will definitely continue to be!

Great. Liked attitude. Happiest most congenial working environment I have witnessed to date (I m 65) if it was an act it was a good one. I didn t shop around but I think I got good value for my dollar. I called ahead because I don t like waiting. In and out in about half an hour. Checked all fluids and showed on a little comparison platter - you ll see what I mean if you go - very thorough.. Synthetic oil change plus some other stuff $149 including tax.Went back 3 weeks later to get coolant and transmission fluid replaced and had some difficulty with an inexperienced technician. After some discussion the misunderstanding was managed by Kenroy (see photo). You can tell a lot about a company by the manner in which they resolve a problem. 5 stars + 1 for customer satisfaction.

It is easy to feel like they re trying to sell you something every step of the way in the process but at the finish I felt that they were bringing car maintenance concerns to my attention that I don t think about with little pressure. Good Job! Will definitely return for my next service.

They really took good care of me in my car. My radiator cat popped off and the manager did his best to try to get it to the point where it was working properly so I can have it looked at and I really appreciate it that they re real honest.

Oil Stop is always great. They do a pretty quick job and are always professional. They will suggest many things your car may need. Be prepared for that.

Very helpful and surprisingly cheap if all you re looking for is an oil change. The customer service here was above and beyond definitely worth stopping by and giving them a try, you get to stay in your vehicle the whole time and get treated with complimentary drinks!

Not that happy about it this time. Offering the beverages is cool, but coming up to the window about 5 times for a constant upsell made me not want to go back. Then $96 extra because my truck took 5 gals over their max I guess. Wasn't mentioned. *my truck is a diesel and takes 14 qts, but still tell me how much extra its going to be. Ill be going somewhere else.

Great place for an oil change. This location far better than Jiffy Lube. The attendant offered water and other drinks and showed me the sample of oil removed. Actually greased all the lube points and checked all the levels on axles,trans, and transfer case.Very pleased with the service.

I've been there twice now. They are very friendly. They were very professional and did a through job. I was kinda short on time, and they got me in and out pretty quickly. It's a little pricey, but worth it!

Overall, was impressed by the attention to customer service. Very professional. Was disappointed, however, that a bolt head broke off when removing the skid plate to access the oil plug. Not sure if this was the fault of the mechanic, but having this fixed by Kia and reinstalling the skid plate cost us $99.

Very professional and competent.... The manager , Kenroy C, was extremely helpful with a problem they discovered with my oil pan, got it covered under warranty,,,,, I never would have known if Kenroy had not taken the time to show me the problem. OilStop for Life !!!!

I use OilStop to help keep me on track for all my oil, transmission, coolant, lube etc maintenance needs on my vehicles. I was impressed with the level of service and professionalism of all the employees. They shout out the work being done in a choreographed manner as you see the work that is being performed.You stay with your vehicle throughout the process and are kept informed of all the details of work that is being done and options available prior to any work being started. Some of the nice touches of service is being offered a beverage while they work on your vehicle and during the summer months they also offer air conditioning in your vehicle to help with the Arizona heat.It is a bit on the pricer side; so expect prices to be more than some of the other oil service places around town but the way I see it; is you pay for what you get. Overall I am a happy customer and have been for over 15 years.
