Eric at O Rielly Collision in Tucson accomplished an outstanding repair on my 2009 Silverado crew cab truck. He deserves a 5 star plus rating. Excellent job, very courteous and professional!

When I dropped off my truck for service, I was told it would take approximately 10 working days. It took longer, but I was okay with that as I preferred quality work. Initially, Ricardo informed me it would be ready by Saturday, but he called on Friday to say it wasn't ready yet. I emphasized that I was fine with the delay as long as the work was done correctly.Later, I received a call that it was done. I arranged to pick it up on Wednesday. Upon arrival, I noticed several issues: a rubber seal around the door with wrong or broken pins, missing plastic pins and bolts under the hood and in the wheel well, incorrect style pins, paint on the passenger headlight, unpainted areas on the quarter panel, running paint on the wheel molding, a chip on the tailgate, and a scratch on the front wheel molding. Despite my instructions to Ricardo about checking for missing clips, these issues were overlooked, so I left the truck for further repairs.A week later, Ricardo confirmed the truck was ready. I had sent him a list of the issues to ensure they were addressed. I confirmed I would pick up the truck between 10 and 12 the next day. Arriving at 11 am, I waited for about 30 minutes, only to be told the truck was being cleaned. After an hour, I requested a supervisor to expedite the process, as Ricardo was unavailable.Finally, the truck was brought out after an hour's wait. Ricardo mentioned a delay due to buffing out a blemish. I inspected the truck and found some missing pins still not replaced and more paint blemishes. Ricardo agreed to fix these immediately. I spoke with a supervisor about my dissatisfaction and the $500 deductible I had paid. They offered a $150 compensation, which I accepted considering the inconvenience.After receiving my truck, I noticed it went into limp home mode. Ricardo saw this and managed to clear the codes temporarily. The truck has since gone into limp home mode several times, leading me to suspect a missed connection during repairs. Given the oversight of about 15 clips, I'm concerned about other potential issues. I plan to return the truck for further inspection, but at least I received $150 though! :)

I had my accident the beginning of November 2023, and it is now the end of January 2024. I have called every few weeks waiting for Ricardo to call me back with an update of when I can put my car into the shop. I just checked my insurance company today and realized that the insurance already paid O'Rielly Collision Center on December 4th with the full amount of the repair cost. The repairs have never once been done, and my car has never once been in the shop. Ricardo is horrible at getting back to you, so if you have USAA insurance, you will never hear back from this man who deals exclusively with this insurance. I'm unsure whether to call my insurance or give him a few more days to get back to me. I left a detailed voicemail expressing my displeasure with their incompetence and questioning whether they already received payment. If they have already received payment from the insurance (which my insurance website is telling me they did), this company O'Rielly Collision Center is fraudulent and a horrible excuse for a business. Ricardo should be fired for his lack of competence at communicating properly with the customers.

Expert body work! My car looked fantastic upon return! The repair was done about 5 days earlier than expected which was great! The staff gave me weekly then daily updates in regards to the progress made on my vehicle! Highly recommend!!!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

While the repairs were completed, my husband had to fix some parts that were not fully installed and causing terrible squeaking. Timeliness of the Collision Center & Customer Service would get 0 stars & can definitely use huge improvements. Go somewhere else. Real sloppy workmanship. I had to reject the car 4 times and on the 5th time, it still was not right. Manager cares but his people let's him down. 6 weeks and still could not get it correct. Terrible service and can not be trusted. It is not done corrected and the paint will peal. New damage from the painters, and poor assembly. A fiasco. There is no quality check.Service: Painting

5 minutes agoOur vehicle was recommended by Progressive to go to this collision center. They've had my vehicle for 2 months. They've ordered multiple wrong parts, lost parts, and now have to order a part that is nationally on backorder with no idea as to when it will be ready. There has been no accountability. Albert, Eli, and Chris have worked with our vehicle. At this point I have lost all faith in their skills and competence. I now have gone to Progressive. Progressive is embarrassed by their preferred shops performance. I have not been updated on an actual date of completion. So who knows if I'll ever see my vehicle again. Literally use any other shop.

My vehicle needed repair work for a accident that I had. My insurance company was very good about recommending O'Reilly. Not only were they efficient but also kept me informed of the progress. Atrocious service. We had an accident in January. We were supposed to be get our car fixed in March. The told us when they get the parts they would call us to make the appointment. March came and went. We would call them every week after March and they told us they sent the parts back. They said they could reorder them. We said to do that and then they gave us the exact same run around. We decided to call Family Auto. Take a guess how long it took them to get us in. TWO WEEKS! Bottom line, avoid this place like the plague. Their abysmal service will not be missed.

Worst customer service on the planet! Zero stars, is too many stars. The people who work with my insurance are never there, don't return phone calls and never have an update when they do answer. I got into an accident July 2nd, and they were the only shop to answer to verify they would take my car. If I had known they are as terrible as they are, I would have stayed on the side of the road longer to make more calls. Waiting on a part has been the story for 5 months! I live out of town so the only way to get an update is by phone. Managers won't call me back, the people who answer the phone won't tell you anything, so don't bother asking them. Avoid this place, not worth the frustration. The other reviews with more than 1 star are probably paid to be there. UPDATE: THE PART IS NOT IN, AND THEY THREW AWAY MY GRILL, BUMPER, & FOG LIGHTS.

My vehicle was taken to O Rielly in October of 2021 and was not completed until September of 2022. I was told parts were back ordered and would only receive updates when I reached out to the shop. I was told the vehicle was complete on more than one occasion, but then given an excuse days later as to why it was no longer ready for pick up. When the vehicle was finally ready , the exterior of the vehicle was in worse shape than when it was dropped off. The rear window tint was peeling off and the weather strips on the windows were cracked and melting. I was told that my vehicle was left out in the direct sun for the entire 11 months due to not enough garage space for all the vehicles they hold, despite having originally been told they take good and proper care of the vehicles. O Rielly originally refused to fix the damage they caused to the vehicle and their Manager was never available to speak with. When they finally agreed to pay for it, they instead placed an additional claim with my insurance stating that they needed additional parts for the vehicle related to the accident and had my insurance pay them out to fix the damages they caused. It s a less than one star business.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

So... my insurance company had to contact them 3 separate times just to get an appointment. When I took my car in they had not opened a ticket and couldn't find my appointment. The rep said it would be done in a week. That was over 2 weeks ago and I have not heard from anyone. The lot doesn't look like it's been improved on since the 1960s. No parking, once you're in you can't get out. No directional signs anywhere. The customer service sucks. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.Service: Body & Trim

Everyone I had a interaction with a O Rielly was very polite and understanding. Call was a gentleman consulted me and took care of my car repairs and she was amazing very reassuring and communicated with me the entire time my car was in the shop. Taking a ridiculous amount of time to complete repairs. Insurance only covers rental for 30 days. Used Oreilly because of Progressive's recommendation. Should have taken it to the dealership. Been without my car almost 2 months now.

My car was hit on March the 26th and I made an appointment via progressive (which recommended that shop). Mind you, I didn t have rental coverage at that time and I rely on my car working otherwise I don t make money. O riellys wanted me to leave the car there until they fixed it, which would ve been a death sentence to me. It took 3 weeks for all parts to arrive, not their fault I get that. 2 days after the news and bringing in the car, I m getting informed that parts are missing and need to be ordered. Fast forward 2 weeks and about a dozen wrong estimates later I ve gotten the message that it is supposed to be done on Friday the 13th. I m getting the update call that my car is ready for pickup at 5 pm. 30 Minutes before reaching said time, I m getting a call that my headlights needed to be calibrated and I m getting it by Monday at noon. After calling, I ve been informed that that is not certain and still don t know when my car will be done. I did the mistake of not looking up the place before bringing it in. Customer service changes massively (depending on the person calling), time estimates are bad guesses most of the time and I yet have to find out how well the repair is. If I wouldn t have insisted on taking the car with me and for all parts to arrive, I would ve been with no car for 2 months

OREILLY BODY SHOPThey already had just a 2 STAR RATE ON YELPTerrible!!! From John their O'REILLY State Farm claims guy and Albert or Eric the shop manager, 'AWFUL' customer service.Tried blaming State Farm for their incompetence. I've been a State Farm client 54 years with maybe 8-10 past auto claims filed. All was smooth until I had to file a hail damage claim on car's.As of this writing they have had my Corvette for a simple buff out of scratches/scuffs left from the hail in the clear coat..., "FOR TWO!!!!!! MONTHS."All they wanted to do was say State Farm is at fault. Yet O'Reilly failed to follow the 'SELECT' repair shop guidelines State Farm has for them to be a recommended shop to go to. O'Reilly held up this whole process because of an area they said was D-Laminating. I understood, because I used to do this kind of work. I told them it was previous damage covered by State Farm with a lifetime guarantee and would be covered, "just let them know what YOU-O'REILLY has discovered, simple right?!??, ...not for O'Reilly Body Shop. State was waiting on their estimate which never came.Told the shop at least 6 times in the first month keep me informed and I willmake sure State Farm does their part.All O'Reilly had to do was, "BUFF OUT THE FINISH FROM THE HAIL ISSUE!!!" then let me know later "hey we saw there is a spot on your car not related to the hail damage, but the finish seems to be failing." If they would have 'LISTENED' to me earlier I would have had them do that work also, 'BECAUSE IT'S A 100% LIFETIME GUARANTEE FROM THE PREVIOUS CHEVY DEALER THAT DID THE WORK, WITH NO DEDUCTIBLE FOR ME TO PAY."So now, after wasting 2 months, picking up the Vette to take elsewhere for the Buffing Out and D-LAMINATING work that needs to be done.I just can't enough on how terrible this has been. 68 years old, driving since 14 legally, probably 10-12 accidents I have had State Farm work on, ...then O'REILLY CHEVROLET CAME ALONG...Service: Body & Trim

O'Rielly Collision Center had my truck for a little over 2 months, and throughout that time, I kept in touch with Angela. She kept me updated (weekly or so). They normally don't do such an intense job, but I'm glad they did and I'm satisfied with their work. The repair team did an amazing job in putting my truck back together. I'm sure it was time consuming and challenging. I'm glad they had this challenge as this will expand their already amazing skills (from my point of view). Angela provided dates for parts and progress and what the next steps were. I noticed 1 or 2 issues after I picked-up my truck and addressed them to Angela. They're going to fix these issues, but given the holiday season and COVID, it may take some time for them to take-in my truck. I feel confident that they're going to fix these issues. It's just a matter of when. Overall, I'm glad I took my truck to O'Rielly Collision Center and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Angela for keeping in touch with me throughout the repair. Completely satisfied with my experience with O'Reilly collision!!My car was originally estimated to take 4-5 days. It ended up being a couple weeks, but I was informed every step of the way. It was nice to have spoken with the same person (Eli) from the moment I dropped the car off, to the progress calls and the final pick up.I hope I don't have more damage or repairs any time soon, but if I do, I definitely know who I can trust!!

First I want you to give Angela a raise. Her customer relations are awesome! She has been very patient with me, I m very picky! She has a sweet disposition and if she was frustrated with me she never let it show. She is knowledgeable about vehicle repairs and has all the answers and doesn t skip a beat. This is an employee you want to represent your business, a very professional smart person. Second your repair team took my vehicle that hit a cow and brought it back to almost showroom condition. It is amazing what people with skills can do. I still can t believe it was possible. They are also amazing, thumbs up to the Collision department. I told them I was traveling through and hadn't found a place that could get me in and out within my limited time frame. Paul said if the parts were in stock, he would do his best to get it to me asap. Ended up, they were and the work was completed much quicker than I anticipated. What a relief to find such a great place, Paul was a great Representative and the car looks good as new again!Service: Body & Trim

Took my car to get paint on a tiny section I was hit from, they took 2 months to get my car back to me. And when it did finally get back to me, this thing had +600 miles than when I took it there. Unbelievable, Disgusting and Disposable. What happened to the days people were actually honest about things.

These guys are great! Took my car here after a minor accident in a parking lot that damaged my rear bumper, and my car looks brand new again! Paul kept me informed every step of the way, and he even helped wash my car to have it ready for me to pick up at the time we discussed! It was so easy and hassle free, as they take care of the insurance part as well as the repairs. These men and women go out of their way to make sure you are truly taken care of in every aspect wether it be customer service or dealing with insurance companies! I couldn't be happier with the service I received!

I had body work done on my truck after an accident and had a terrific experience at O'reilly Chevrolet Body Shop. They made it look brand new again and returned it to me five days earlier than expected. Throughout the repairs, I received regular updates on the progress . I did not have to chase someone down- they called me. If I needed work done again, I would definitely go back!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim
