This place is exceptional what can I say. Their service is what makes them! They are very professional, very courteous and respectful. Walk through the door and you are greeted immediately. Do not even with about looking for your desired items just ask about them and they will walk you to the items you seek, and will take as much time as you like comparing prices while they thoroughly explain any questions you may have. They are very good at suggesting tools needed for any cat repair your going to do and reminding about fluids and preventative maintenance. They will gladly install things like wiper blades, batteries, light bulbs, air filters, etc... I do highly recommend this auto parts store because of their great service and seem to have a greater on stock selection than other stores such as Auto Zone, or Advance Auto Parts.

Arrived to the store 15 minutes before closing. They had the doors locked and completely ignored me as if I wasn t there. Whoever is working this particular day during closing definitely could use a coaching if not fire them!

Don't go to this place. Liers thieves and sheisters Mfs. After 3pm ALEX is lier and a thief old guy with glasses. I got there at 7pm he said he tested my alternator 3 times and said it passed. No cars in the parking lot... 100 feet away at the autozznn there was more than 10 cars in the parking lot customers buying parts at the zone. The alt i got on 100 % warranty new yesterday at riellys he said no warranty today and wanted to charge me full price for an alternator.

Horrible cashier's assistance...I was just standing looking into space waiting for cashier assistance.. meanwhile a group of employees were laughing and giggling behind the wall I guess the back room...NEEDS BETTER MANAGEMENT!!!

Don't know why!!! But this store has the WORST costumer phone service. Every time I call when they decide to pick up the phone, they have put me on hold and 30 or 40 minutes later they just hang up,it doesn't matter the day or the time,no excuse as to say they are really busy.The problem is that I have bought parts that need to be warrantied. Man they don't want or care about your business.4/23/2023 UPDATEI had the unfortunate necessity to stop by on that store on Sunday 4/16/23 for a quart of oil for my motorcycle (autozone run out of and Walmart did not have any either) there I am using this place,three people working there and we are three costumers. Obviously one of them is engaged in semi personal conversation where business needed to be conducted and the other person just listening to conversation instead of charging me and taking care of business, other costumer walked out the door while I waited for over 15 minutes to pay for the oil. People do yourself a favor and stay away from this place, obviously there boss don't care about what goes on here.

I was very disappointed this time with them! I was given a part that the part number didn't even come close to matching up. Not too sure if I'll use O'Reilly's again... I have better results ordering my parts online!!

Went there to get a part, and they didn't have it, so I had to order it. They ordered it for me and gave me a receipt with an order number on it, but when I went there the next day to pick it up, the part was never ordered. So I got my money back and went to Autozone and got the part which they had in stock.

I really tried to give them my money tonight but after coming outside to visually inspect my lights to verify the bulb type, the sales person showed me the image of the new part on screen of my 2-in-1 headlight bulbs sold by the pair and I realized I had the other single bulb from a pair I bought years ago! Saved me $ and frustration so if I end up needing a new pair I ll remember this day! I also thought I needed to replace my fuel filter and the same person was able to tell me it s not user serviceable so now I can move on with list! Quick & polite service!! I would def return & recommend!

We were about to head to El Paso and we realized our rear brakes lights were out, we were worried since it was late in the evening, Carlos the manager found us the correct light bulbs and even installed them for us! What great service and concerns for customers, Carlos stepped up and helped us and we continue our journey.

I went in to this O'Reilly's to purchase oil supplies for my truck. The store manager helped me and she was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I had a lot of questions but she didn't seem to mind.I highly recommend this store!

Skip this location or go to Auto Zone just up the road. My car's battery died, I remember buying it at this location and went online to check if they had them in stock. The website said they did indeed have them in stock, so I called just to be sure. The person I spoke with with said that they had mine and another brand in stock. I asked him if he can check to see if mine was still under warranty, after providing him with all of my information, he said that I still had 6 months left. I said, "great, I'll see you in a few minutes". I drove down and told the person that was assisting me my situation, he knew who I spoke with, but said he wasn't available. He proceeded to check to see if my battery was under warranty, after messing with his computer for 10 minutes, he says, "we don't have any". I said, "don't have any what?" "we don't have any of your batteries here" I told that I spoke with the person on the phone and he said that not only did they have mine, but a higher priced one as well. "we don't have any" is what I got again. He said, "let me check to see who does". The location on 12th and valencia had it, I asked if he knew why the manager would have told me that they did, he didn't respond. I walked out a little upset, went to Auto Zone and just paid for a new battery outright. It's not about the money, it's about the service. Prior to this experience, I bought all of my oil, oil filters, etc. from this location. Not happening anymore, service is bad. This location doesn't deserve any stars.

Waited for 15 min for a freon can and another 10 mins to check in the system, terrible service, only two guys rushing to try to service everyone. Management must be out of touch with the business, two hard working fellows to attend more than 10 customers in line.

Once again Joaquin came to my rescue. I ordered a $2.99 part for my truck door. He got the part in because I am disabled, he brought the part to my truck which was parked in front the store. He greeted me in a very friendly manner and completed the transaction with a smile. Thanks again.

Phenomenal customer service not only in person but over the phone as well! I came in looking alternator and was help immediately by Joshua, he found an alternator that would fit my needs without going over budget. He answered all my questions in detail and was super polite! Thank you Joshua!

Decent service and the employees are good listeners when describing the parts you need. You don't have to be a mechanic to work a parts store, you just need to have good listening skills. And I swear there was an S at the end of O'Reilly 10 years ago. O O O O'Reilly'S, auto parts.

I needed 2 brake lines for a 1993 Toyota Camry and they ordered them and got them in the same day and I was able to fix the car quickly for the lady and get her back on the road.

Briana was so nice and patient with me and my mom today. She took her time and explained everything to us. She tried to understand what we needed for our truck even though we did not what we were talking about. We will definitely be coming back and asking for Briana.
