Big fan of O Reillys when I worked at the RV shop they were my preferred provider for parts the service is friendly and knowledgeable. I find this one to fit that model as well. It s a great location for me as it s halfway between my home in my work. Love O Reilly s.

We went to buy oil and oil filter for our truck & when the guy (Vic) pulled our truck info up on the screen, he asked us if we had some oil at home or was this all we were getting? Come to find out we would have been a quart shy of having enough to do the oil change!! Thanks, Vic, for catching that!!!

I've always been an AutoZone guy, but this store recently opened in my area, so I decided to give it a try (wish I hadn't). I went in and ordered a part that was not in stock, but was in a different store. The gentleman helping me was very good, and he told me the part would be in no later than 230pm. So, I went and took care of other errands for a few hours and returned at 225pm. However, that part was not there, and so I waited around in the store until 3pm. I then asked if they could get an ETA on the part that was supposed to be there 30 minutes ago, and when they did, I was told not for another 25-30 minutes. I was told this was because the route [of the driver] was changed and they forgot to let anyone know. Frustrated that I had already been waiting for awhile (and was being asked to wait an additional 30+ minutes), I told the Asst Manager that I was just going to go to AutoZone and get the part instead. Even after having already been waiting, being told I had to wait longer, and THEN saying I was going to go to their competitor instead, the Asst Manager did NOTHING to try to retain my business. She didn't even give me an apology, just a, "ok, sounds good".Look, I as the customer was on time. You as a company were late and did not deliver. I was then asked to wait up to an HOUR beyond the time that I was promised. Furthermore, I was not given any sort of customer service or incentive (discount off, gift card, etc.) to retain my custom, not even an apology from the ASSISTANT MANAGER.This was my first time in an O'Reilly's, but I'm sticking with AutoZone, like I should have.

Tina and Eric are hands down the best. They both make you feel welcome when you stop in. Understand that this store is way out west so they can't have everything you need at the drop of a hat. They source from their hub faster than any store. This Oreilleys has found a great home on the hill!

I buy parts here all the time for my customers. Dealing with DES i rather make the drive elsewhere just to avoid this employee. Very unprofessional, and she sounds like it's such a drag talking to customers, no motivation to help a customer with basic questions. Customer service obviously isn't her cup of tea . Before driving 40 miles to get parts I asked for her to get eyes on what i needed and she couldn't even take the 5seconds to do that. I've been there before when it showed they had 2 items i go and get there and theres no parts. Just wanted to be sure before making that drive but 5 seconds is too long for a customer. Avoid this place!

I was having battery issues this morning and I went into this location and the manager and the employee who helped me went above and beyond to replace my battery. they made a stressful morning much easier for me. thank you!!

Just went in to get golf cart batteries. They only had 1 in store but we re able to get me 5 more same day. Eric helped me when I got there and was incredible. He went above and beyond in making sure I had everything I needed and even helped me load the batteries into my car. Great customer experience all around!! I will definitely be back.

I'm here weekly they always seem to get my parts quick If not in stock. They do run out of oil quick though a few times in there when the oil I needed was all gone.

Marc was a huge help on a week day we needed help. He checked fitment of parts while on the phone to make sure we didn't have to waste time getting back to the store unless they worked. A great asset to any establishment. Thank you Marc, you were a great help sir.

We've been here twice this week. Des had a new battery installed in my husband's Jeep in less than twenty minutes. Today another tech had a new taillight replaced in my car in five minutes and under eleven dollars!

My last visit to OReillys on Ajo and Kinney was an absolute awful experience!! Customer service with this young man was humiliating I asked if he would look on his computer for a part for my car and he told me and I Quote I DONT WANT TO WASTE MY TIME I could not believe he said that to me. I was treated as though I was not important and that I would be a waste of his time. The morning manager has no clue about cars or parts so he had this young punk help and well you saw what I wrote about what happened with him. I told him that he just lost a customer and he made vulgar gesture behind my back in front of customers. The morning employees consisted of only the two of them running the store. This happened the morning of January 2nd. I will not go back while these two are employed there.I went straight to AUTOZONE and the employee knew exactly what the part was that I was looking for. He treated me with the utmost respect and he was extremely knowledgeable of his job and vehicles.

Still has the new store smell! This location is a little on the pricey side, however, it is the only auto parts store in this area and carries a good inventory. 5 stars because the staff is good, the location is needed, and inventory is large.

I started an oil change before I realized I had the wrong filter. Went in for the correct one and they had just what I needed right away. Also this location still has that new store smell :)
