I love this place. I just went in because I needed a new headlight and windshield wiper. Martin was super knowledgable about the products and he helped every step of the way. This is my favorite auto parts store in town!!! I highly recommend them.

I came in today and my experience was beyond what I expected. Coming into a statistically male dominated environment can be intimidating, but I was absolutely blown away with the customer service. All the staff was very welcoming, but I was personally helped by Martin. He was so kind and so patient, and he walked me through the entire process explaining everything that I needed to know thoroughly and honestly. I never once felt spoken down to or condescended, which in any of my prior experiences walking into an auto shop with very little car knowledge, that has not been the case. He was incredibly lovely, and truly made my day.

Awesome helpful people. They patiently assisted me in finding parts for my vehicle and helped me locate nearby stores to compenste for their low inventory. They provided me with different models to make sure they fit and they promptly gave me a refund for the ones I couldn't use. Thank you O'Reilly's.

Yvette an Anna are amazing live coming here they are very good to there customers Yvette has always been so nice to me when I come in. She s very good at her job and very professional not to mention very sweet. She had always helped me so much love this store because of them they are great

Lazy worthless place. Said they wouldn't check my battery because they had a call out. How is that my problem. Horrible customer service. Don't waste your time here.

I've been treated well here after the Oracle store got a real bad attitude with me. So far they have not had a problem with ordering parts for My '94. They are knowledgeable about cars as far as I have seen

Real should just come to this location, because it's the so called "hub" for this region. If another location in Tucson doesn't have a particular item it will more than likely be found here.

Hello I went to a interview here with Ana and Yvette I believe her name was nice lady's, felt like they wasted my time, came in they asked me a few questions, told me too take a quiz, the first one was practice they gave me a minute to do it and I did it then they gave me another one that said this was the real one and gave me 3 minutes to do it but stopped it a little bit under 2 minutes after looking at my phone then told me I didn't get the job because I missed one and only did 35 questions of the 40 which apparently if I still had time after I did it I would have try to review it before telling them I was finished but I didn't get that opportunity but by far the shortest and probably worse interview I've had, also was very unprofessional talking about employees behind their back while interviewing someone... so the employee Jose stop talking to your employees and work stop being lazy, they looking to replace you anyhow very unprofessional interviewThe funny part is I would refer by my son's mother

I've been here several times and each time I have found the trip to be productive. Many of the staff have good problem solving skills and have helped me find what I need each time. Very rarely do I need to go elsewhere to find something.

Oreillys still lets you borrow tools and it really came in handy today wen we needed a certain star tip to fix the window on the back of are van. Plus they ended up giving some great advice that ended up making the whole ordeal much simpler cause all we really needed to do was replace some fuses!

I called to see if they had a battery for my Kia. He said that they did have one and it would be $190 but they couldn t help me take out the old battery and put the new one in. I went across the street to Advance Auto and they did it without any issues.

Came in both workers were extremely helpful idk what I'd do without they're guidance on a huge problem I was having . If store manager sees this your employees should be rewarded somehow for there constantly superb service

Store is fine and everything, only real complaint is that the "warehouse" employees really need to wear a different uniform or something so customers don't get confused when they walk by without helping or use the cashier computers.

Always pretty good service but the parts are absolute garbage! The last 4 parts purchased (power steering pump, power steering gear box, clutch master/slave cylinder set, spark plug coils) luckily were lifetime guarantee because all of them have failed 2-3 times. I'm thinking of buying OEM for now on to save all the wasted time in installation/removal from Orielly's parts....

We have been using this location for our auto repair business. We have received tones of incorrect parts from cylinder head bolts to battery's they will not let us return even though the problem was on their end. When we call often no one answers or they are rude. We will no longer use orileys.

Staff has been really helpful! The part on my vehicle had been discontinued, but they did everything in their power to help me get this part. Unfortunately, it's not something I can order but they gave me a variety of options for how to get the right part.

Always have to wait in line to pay, they should invest in a self checkout cause they never have more than two employees working. Most of the time three 2 employees are already helping someone and everyone else has to wait to pay for their items...

Like most but not all, a very good store and nice employees. Since winter is upon us sooner than we think it was time to replace my wiper blades. Living in the wonder full desert you don't put off replacing them. I usually do that twice a year they take a brunt of the monsoon have been caught with worn out blades not fun or even safe.Put that on your Do List!Be careful!
