Hours of operation are wrong, I sat here for 1/2 an hour for them to open. Website says 7:00 am. Sundays they open at 7:30 not 7:00 , management should consider updating this on their website, we have better things to do than wait around for them to open.

Very helpful and took the extra time with me. He did a quick diagnostic reading on my car for free. He helped me with finding a great mechanic as I did not have one.

I bought a starter from here 5+ years ago because they had the starter I needed in stock and I didn't want to wait for AutoZone to send one from another store, that was a mistake. I always buy the one with a lifetime warranty but 5 years later I can't find the receipt and they can't find my warranty. they even looked under my name and the long list of my old phone numbers. But the warranty was gone. Then they tried to get me to "just buy another one". Why so I can just keep handing you money for something that had a warranty? Don't waste money here, go to AutoZone, AutoZone can at least find warranties for the products they sell. Never again will I buy a part from O'Reilly with a warranty. waste of money.

Called O'rielly today 10:29AM, employee picks up phone hangs it up. Call back 10:30AM picks up phone, I ask if they have my part I ordered yesterday, he checks comes back on and says yes. I ask employee how much the part is he tells me "I don't know man, just hold on" and hangs up the phone. Terrible customer service. I will be picking up my part as its a special order, but may be last time I come here, that's for sure!

They're okay they need more help I don't know if there's slow or the information there getting from the customer is making it harder for them to find the parts but their slow to help you when you're line or when you call them for information forget about

Went to O'reillys looking to purchase a relay for our AC that was acting up. They didn't have one in stock, so I was going to order it to come in. Eric took the time to actually listen to me and asked me to explain what was happening. He didn't think it was a relay but the fan part. He told me that if I bought the fan and it didn't fix the problem that he would gladly take it back and order the relay. Turns out he was correct. He not only saved me time but also the money I would have wasted on a relay I didn't need (oh and now I get to enjoy my cool AC instead of waiting for the part to come in and being disappointed). As long as Eric is working here I will continue to spend my money here. Thank you Eric for helping me out!

Usually my go to spot for quick car parts and tools. The guy that helped me was in a hurry and seemed like he was forced to help me with a question I had and look for a socket I needed. Got the wrong tool and ended up going to auto zone across the street for what I needed

Worst experience employee Humberto was so rude, I bought a cabin filter when I got home I notice it was the wrong one so I went back and Humberto in a rude way told me that they can not exchange or give me a refund, its not about the money its about his actitude thats not the customer service you expect from a chain company, Representative i got defenetly not polite at all, he was the worst. i will never buy from this store again, probably one of the worst customer service stores I've ever been in.

Our car overheated. They let us use the bathrooms and get extra water for the trip home from the faucet, and even provided some entertainment when their track star chased down a shoplifter. All in all I d definitely recommend.

I never really enjoy going to these chain stores for my automotive needs. Customer service is always lacking and I feel they are missing that personal connection you get from the mom and pop businesses (unless you are a regular and frequent the place very often). That being said, this O'Reilly was clean but they didn't have the part I needed. The pricing seems on par with the other auto parts stores. It is better than an Auto Zone

They always have what I need. Used to be an AutoZone guy until I got a motorcycle and realized O'Reilly carried more of the things I needed. And the people at my location (12th & Valencia) are always very nice and super helpful.

My favorite parts store......better than alot of em......no fluff...only objection is that I recently came in to hv a GM Ignition module tested....no testing device.......there are millions of these vehicles still on the road ....come on management

The girl had new clue what battery I needed for my truck. Asked a different team member and he suggested the more expensive one. I asked what the difference was and once he started to look into it, he changed his mind and suggested the cheaper one for my situation. I purchased it and then they told me they don t help change the battery. Of course after I purchased it. My truck was dead in the parking lot. So could thing I had tools with me. Go to autozone, they will change your battery for you among many other things you need.

if you want to go into a store and be ignored. then if you want to shop and be ignored. then if you want to stand in line and be ignored. then this is the place for you. I stood in line for 10 minutes with three other people while 4 employees talked in the back and only one was in front helping. I walked out and went to Merles.

A young gentleman there you ask him about a part and he don't know what they are cuz he says he don't own that type of a vehicle not a very good trained employee but the others were very helpful

I got s fuel pump and ignition switch and they were all no good he ad to go b as vk ,4-5 times before I got one to work. On the ignition switch h as d to go to Auto zone to get one that worked

Worst experience employee on the phone fighting with her either huband or boyfriend whole there was a line of 6 people. Representative i got defenetly not polite at all.
