The staff was extremely helpful with getting a much needed part delivered from another location in town, and called when it arrived, sparing me time driving around, allowing me to get more work done on my vehicle.

My review is based on Alex (the tiny man with a big attitude), Shame On You! Oriellys needs to offer you some customer service course or get rid of you. Alex, your attitude is a liability to oriellys. I'm not sure why you denied my 10 yr old and myself restroom access after I spent 270 bucks on a battery and while waiting for you to test my old battery. Even that was ok. But It was completely unnecessary how you lost your cool and told me oriellys was not a restaurant. I simply asked to use the restroom while waiting. I was a customer, not some guy, just walking in for restroom access (the public). Alex, you could take some tips from the younger employees that handled themselves professionally. Even apologizing for your action. I will be dealing with the situation differently in the future. Either offer restrooms to customers who have to wait or have a mop and buck on the ready! I'm not sure if the restroom denial was a policy, legal, both or neither. I do know Alex's customer service did not align with oriellys code of conduct. Also, Alex, you still owe me a battery core and an apology.

Hello, yes this is Christopher Emerson also known as "Toher" from the Oracle and Megee OreilIy. I see my name on here often it makes me smile.. Many of you may have noticed Im not there anymore, I was fired by Joe Coffee someone who was rarely ever there to see me at my best.. In a 3 month period I had been a few mins late fighting a rough running truck and traffic... But i always made it to work and made every attempt to contact my store to let them know with video proof of my truck breaking down on the way.. the day I was fired I was 12 mins late. I was two hours into my shift before I was called in the back and pulled away from Helping another co worker help a customer this something that happen OFTEN everything was asked of me all the time and I would perform without question. Mr Joe asked me why I was late and I gave my excuse My truck has nearly 300,000 miles, he fired me right then.. I then asked if there was anything that could medigate me being fired .. He said NO... I left after saying "Then why waste your breath asking why I was late"

Horrible store....had three products,two for exchange,one for return and I attempted to purchase three more items...the total was 20 dollars....USD legal tender ....only had a 100 dollar bill ...go figure being in ORO VALLEYWas told .....they couldn't accept my money because they would have to break the 100LAZY .............. not productive staff ....who hires someone to turn down money .......because they would have to count

I generally stray away from O Reilly s. If it wasn t an emergency I would ve waited for an order at AutoZone.Paid $100 more for a battery and received NO help with the installation.Way better service and pricing at AutoZone across the street. Don t waste your time.

Had what I needed . This is a good store and very convenient however the prices compared to online or even Walmart on some items are way high. But if you need a part now O'Reilly's is there for you

I was able to find everything I went in for without any help. The check out people were nice. Things have seemed to have gone up in price, and that was the only thing I didn't like.

This place ALWAYS has very polite, prompt, and helpful people working. I'd drive across town to use this particular store but luckily, I live just down the street.

Showed up 30 minutes before closing needing a new battery after waiting 2 hours for roadside assistance for a jump. I came into the store a little frazzled but Austin was awesome! I had so much corrosion on the battery that it was very difficult to remove but he was patient and really helped me out. Great experience

I cannot thank Christopher at the O Reilly parts store at Magee and Oracle in Oro Valley, Arizona for his assistance on looking at the two low beam headlights and suggesting that we buy a two pack and see if replacing them might fix the issue. He was right on and helped me through each part of the installation and removal of the damaged lights. It took only about 20 minutes and saved me not only a huge amount of time and inconvenience but a significant amount of money if I had gone to an auto shop. I will definitely, and always, come to these professional people to assist me in minor fixes or at least help to advise me what next steps I should take. Thank you again Christopher for your assistance and your incredible help !

The staff is great and always helpful. Their auto battery quality seems to be slipping though. I bought a replacement battery in June of 2020. I've had to get replacements under warranty twice since then. The warranty expires in June of 2023. I probably won't replace it with another O'Reilly's battery.

Like always with these corner parts store chains, one better watch ones order like a hawk or one will be back at the counter cause they gave two upper radiator hoses instead of one lower, or the t- stat seal ordered isn't there when they called saying orders complete or, or, or...the list goes on every single trip. Watch em folks as 90% of these counter kids are bad news.

It's really refreshing when people are genuinely helpful and respectful, beyond that these guys always go out of their way to ensure I walk out happy! I hope they pay the employees great, cause let's not joke around, they're what sets this store apart from all the others. I've been coming here since it was checker auto with my dad and I'll keep coming here.

The place was very well set up for distancing at the counters with the card readers out away from the counters. A woman came to help me find exactly what I needed after I was trying to find it for a few minutes unsuccessfully. She did not try to upsell me on the higher priced one either. Which imo is the best customer service practice. Very nice. I'll be back for sure.

It's been quite a while since I've visited this location but it still provides each customer with a professional and no hassle shopping experience. From the smallest of light bulbs to the full engine rebuild, shopping here is always nice. It's great to know that even when you call for part availability and prices you'll get experienced staff to help you. Thanks team @ O'Reilly.

My boyfriend was told he needed a new life to his oil, I thought it would take forever so I opted to stay in the car. I was pleasantly surprised when he emerged mer minutes later and the employee cam out with him to make sure it fit. Fast friendly service.

Friendly and helpful. I was given fast assistance in locating parts for my son's car, and also some helpful advice on fixing the shark antenna on my Hyundai using a silicone adhesive. Thanks!

I had an issue with my Jeep and thought a $3 part would fix it. It did not, however, Chris (the assistant manager) spend almost half an hour fiddling and trying to fix my issue. If they ll invest half an hour in a $3 customer, I think it s safe to say these guys are top notch guys. Really grateful. I did get the problem solved as well, btw.

Iove this location. They are knowledgeable and go out of their way to help me. They spent time to change my brake lights in my fiat and made sure today I had the right headlight I needed. Stopped going anywhere else.

The cashier was very unfriendly and short with me, even acting impatient and tapping his fingers while I signed for my purchase (made with a credit card). I definitely didn't feel like a valued customer and will go somewhere else next time.

Ordered parts gave me the wrong ones. The rest of them were to be in by 8:00 but employee didn t know the truck doesn t come until 10:30 on Sundays. Sent me to Prince to pickup 3 more pieces not there. Ryan was very helpful. Need to train more throughly.

I ordered a much need car battery from O'Reilly Auto Parts,7871 North Oracle Road, Tucson, AZ 85704 on July 1, 2021,telephone.Today July 3, 2021, I called the same store for an update onmy order. The customer service rep had no status on my orderand did not return my call for a status request. I find their lackof response rude and disrespectful.I do not recommend using this O'Reilly Auto Parts Store #2650.

Joseph and Preston were so helpful last night. I came in two times (plus one phone call) with parts and questions and they both took their time trying to troubleshoot what was wrong with our vehicle. I will definitely be back. Thanks guys!

Pretty much another cookie-cutter auto parts store. Lots of cheesy plastic bling for your ride along with the occasional useful part. Prices seem reasonable and the staff is quick to ask if you need assistance. Clean and well managed.
