Don t bother with this place. Wouldn t even help a pregnant woman install a headlight bulb. Not the entire headlight just the bulb. Really made a pregnant lady drive off with a headlight out. Pretty bad customer service and all around humanity. Do better.

They had just sold the last battery I needed so they gave me a discount and sent me to the next closest store to pick up a reserved one. Great service!

Amazing fast customer service the staff is always eager and willing to help you with whatever issues you may have dealing with your car every time I come here there is never a time where they are not willing to help me even go as far as to install the product in which I just bought. Definitely 10 stars when it comes to customer service and atmosphere as far as friendliness cleanliness and a place in which you will want to shop for automobile parts highly recommended to everyone

Great customer! By the time I walked into the store Jeff had already pulled the item that I needed. He noticed that I had a fast blinker in the front so he gathered thats why I'd come in. He was correct. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. He even changed the bulb for me.

This company definitely deserves 0 stars. My husband purchased an engine from the O'Reilly auto parts, on Kolb Road in Tucson Arizona. The first engine that was purchased was installed into his work truck, was deemed bad due to a bad rod knock. So, we contacted the store multiple times and was turned away. Along with the corporate office we were also turned away. The second engine we were given after 2 months of him losing work, employees and money. Blew up in the middle of the toad on Craycroft and river. When we then called the same o Reilly store, we both spoke to the manager AMANDA. She proceeded to say that she can't "snap her fingers and get it done in 10 minutes". Honestly worst customer service ever!!!!!! So DO NOT purchase and waste your money on o Reilly auto parts. They just think they can get away with anything. Also, we were told that this wasn't the first time they sold a bad motor, they are severely disrespectful including once again the manager AMANDA!!!!

I have been shopping at this O'Reilly location for the past 6 years. As of yesterday I will never come back. An employee by the name of Austin changed my wipers and was just so rude about it. He huffed and puffed the whole time at the register with myself and the person in front of me. He was rough with my car. You could just tell he didn't want to be there. I understand having a bad day but its not right to take it out on customers. I will be going to AutoZone across the street from now on after this poor level of service.

Not to expensive need mask helpful. If you need help willing to help replace batteries. Handicapped parking. Pretty clean on inside. Outside could be a little cleaner. Good quality of service. No handicapped entrance. Easy to find. Alot if parking

Every time I ve gone to this O Reilly they are actually car people. So find the right part amazingly. I went in there with the parts I needed but asked them first and they found the right parts to replace my wheel struts. It was very easy and fast. They were kind and helpful and fun to talk too.

Earlier in the day I visited the store on E Grant RD to purchase a fog light replacement. I ended up making extra purchases because there is no such thing as too many car parts/ accessories. I picked the fog light, K&N filter recharge kit and a really nice license plate cover. Customer service was great and I was very happy with my purchases. As soon as I got home I was very excited to install the new license plate cover. The cover was advertised as a universal fit but unfortunately my back up camera was preventing me from installing the cover. I was pretty disappointed I couldn't install the cover but knew O'reilly's would accept the cover as a return as long as it wasn't damaged and I still had the original receipt. Since I live closer to the store located on 2540 S Kolb. I decided to take a quick drive over to return the cover. When I arrived to the store a clerk was readily available ( Lonnie). I placed the cover on the counter with the receipt and asked to return the product because it did not fit my vehicle. I was immediately told I cannot return the cover because the plastic wrap was removed. I have never had any problems returning products with receipt present that weren't needed or did not fit properly. I asked to view the return of policy and was told the policy was not written down "it's just known". The clerk was very rude and argumentative as well as condansending. Even after explaining the cover did not fit, he told me I was wrong " it fits all it's universal." I then asked to speak to the manager and he responded " I am the manager." At this point I was very agitated. After refusing to accept the return and arguing with me for 5 minutes the clerk/ manager processed the return with attitude. I will never shop at this location again. Very poor customer service.

Poor Service!!! Not the first time either! Showed up 5 min till close to purchase something that would take 2 minutes with not needing assistance to find from the counter. Doors were locked and the guy with long hair seen me at the door and ran to hide behind parts to not attend me. I will now be closing my newly open business account. Imagine if my customer was waiting for something through US!!!

Quick in and out unlike Autozone. Knowledgeable staff helped me with all my needs...oil filter, wipers, and then offered to install the wipers free IN THE RAIN! Cant beat t hth em!

Aiden is the most efficient worker I ve ever seen. Went in at a pretty busy time, and he was helping customers left and right, while still maintains great customer service and getting people out in a timely manner. Would highly recommend!

I was in this store about 1 hr ago. I personally have been going to this store for at least 30yrs. You have an employee name is Aiden has been very rude that last few times i went there and also the same way with family members. I walked in today during the social distancing and Aiden is standing there talking to his friends about selling them a car. All i herd from the minute i walked in the door was Aiden cussing one word after another. He was not acknowledging any of the customers that walked in the door. You had another employee in there by the name i believe Henry. He was also very rude. I went in to buy carb cleaner and a couple other things and asked for help to find items. He told me isle 4 watched me look for what i was trying to find and never did offer to locate it for me. Since the manager you had there named Zac the store has never been the same. I will probably be looking for a new place to shop after so many years. The customer service there now os horrible!

I stopped in at this O'Reilly auto parts to get some washer fluid. I do not live in this area and I asked if I could use the restroom. I was told that there are no restrooms available to customers. I spend a minimum of $1,800 a month at various orielly auto parts maintaining a fleet of vehicles and this would be the first I have been told customers are not allowed to use the facilities.

At the staff at O'Reilly's were absolutely helpful I mean I was lost and I was helped efficiently and just really felt like they had my best interest at heart staff is awesome over there and prices are actually pretty good

Horrible service and very slow. I stood in line for 5 minutes only for the cashier to help the person behind me because I needed a fluid lookup and they just wanted to check people out, not help.

Bought 3 big batteries for my rolloff truck, easy smooth transaction, replaced batteries that were from O'Reilly in 2015. That is a good long time to get out of batteries.

Friendly and helpful staff. I had to change a headlight before heading to work, so I worked on the car out front. They provided multiple tools, gloves, and paper towel to help me get the job done.
