My friend and I had just bought a small trailer but the lights were not working. We looked for auto parts store and the closest one turned out to be the store 2619. Well we parked in front and immediately Jeremy started working on it to test and replace the adapter needed. After a little while Estevan came by and both of them started tackling the problem. My friend and I were really impressed with both of them. They went above and beyond to try fixing the lights as it was dark and we would be on the highway heading back home. It was a relief with the advice they gave in terms of how fast you can go with our small trailer safely. We made it home safely and are very grateful for the help both of them provided. We've never received that type of help and the time and effort they put into. If we are ever that way and need something we would not hesitate to come to this store :)

Yavier is a fantastic. I read people well and after talking with him I know he s a good guy. Very genuine and caring.I ve managed several businesses, and you are very lucky to have Yavier. I normally do my own car work but have been sick, but he helped me tremendously with my battery. Thank you Yavier, you were a lifesaver when i needed help.

I ordered 3 parts at 10:00 am from the store on pantano. It was ready for pick up at 1:15 same day, great. So I went in at 4:30 and the order was not ready for pick up. I really think the man I talk to didn t even know there was such a thing as pick up an order. He had to go into the computer find the part and then go get it while I wait. What was the point of ordering it in advance. I ll give them a 2 because they did have the parts. I suggest you call them and ask if your order is ready for pickup. Wake them up to the fact there is an order. BTW I was only one in the store.

This place is wonderful! They were so helpful. Anthony is the best! Even went as far as to help me with installation. Highly recommend. Rare to find such friendly customer service!

Helpful, friendly crew here. Had an issue with a part arriving late and they gave me a call when it arrived. Good return policy too. I've purchased and returned more than one wrong part with no hassle. They also helped me find the right part on the second try. And, if you buy too many bottles to make it to your car in one trip, you might even get a hand carrying then out.Also, will they help you put a windshield wiper on in the rain? Yes. Yes they will.

Yessi is a hero! They gave me a great price on a new battery when I couldn t afford much and desperately needed my car to work. And my car has such a tight place to get the battery in and out of. I complaints from them. They made it look easy-ish! I can t express how wonder this location is. He s so friendly and kind. The manager went above and beyond to help me, too. I ll continue to use this location for as long as possible!!

So, I had this awesome experience with customer service there was this worker named Yessi who installed my battery and wouldn't take my tip when I offered. It was really cool to see their dedication and selflessness. Yessi is definitely a standout employee

i wish i could give this place 1000 stars as the service was ABOVE and BEYOND anything i ever expected. I was in to have a battery tested, i walked the battery to the store from my apartment about half a mile away. they determined i needed a new one. Price seemed fair. The best part, an employee named Estevan WALKED HOME WITH ME WITH THE NEW BATTERY, and even INSTALLED THE NEW BATTERY FOR ME! Again, special thanks to Estevan! I hope im spelling his name right. He went above and beyond to help me get my car running again. Ill be a customer forever. Thank You.

Outstanding customer service, I went here twice. The clerk assisted me in getting the right 134a AC for my car and the manager I think his name was Mike but they both were outstanding. They saved me at 110 degrees after AM Shell 5561 E. Speedway destroyed my transmission on a test drive on purpose.

Fue una grata experiencia con este asombroso empleado su nombre Yessi, chequeo la bater�a de mi carro e instalo una nueva que compre y no acepto propina. I had this awesome experience with this worker named Yessi who checked my battery and installed a new one and wouldn't take my tip. It was really cool to see their dedication and selflessness. Yessi is definitely a standout employee! I am proud of how much hard work and dedication is put into pleasing a customer. And, he is bilingual!! Awesome!!!!!

It's expensive compared to other car parts suppliers and the quality of the parts is very low. Also it's a crapshoot as to whether you get the right parts. We're going to have to redo our ac repair because they sold us a 1 speed motor (it's supposed to be a 3 speed) and the fan is for the wrong truck. So we either have off or artic blast and a horrid rubbing and rattling sound. Fun times.

Great service. So friendly and helpful. And last time I had a girl that weighed 105 lbs at most!!! change my battery for me and I thought that was so kickass!! Knowledgeable staff. She was teaching me how to do stuff that as a girl I would love to know how to do! Just all around great experience.

Went into get some oil for a top off and they were asking me to spend $90. After questioning why it would be $90 instead of the normal $20, they responded with because the $20 oil would make your car go bye-bye .

Great, friendly service. I needed a new battery for my Accord and Nathan not only tested the old battery, but he swapped the battery out for me, which was really nice of him. Nathan went above and beyond to help me out and I'm grateful for that.

Staff wasn't very friendly or helpful. I was not acknowledged at all and I was the only one in the store.I wasn't asked if I needed any help. There were two guys managing the store one guy was on the phone talking to his girlfriend you could hear the whole conversation. Did not like the feel of the place at all. The two guys acted like they could care less if they had a customer in the store or not.

We had a bad battery and needed to have it replaced and Dale at the Pantano location was so wonderfully professional and helpful. He was quick and efficient and I haven't had such excellent service in a long time. Thank you Dale! You've earned lifetime loyalty from us!

Everytime I go in to O'Reilly Auto Parts, the manager Justin is always ready to help me with my problem. He is one of the most knowledgeable mechanical geniuses I have ever met. The only person I will go see to order parts when he is there.

Justin was a big help , had to get an alternator and power steering pump. Was quick and he even checked my battery for me! I was refered to Dave's auto repair to get the part's installed! They gave me an awesome deal there too!!O'REILLYS is my favorite Auto Parts Store!

Always a good place to go for your auto needs especially if you do your own repairs. This visit was for windshield wipers & as they always are happy to do, they replaced them for me. I know they will do it for anyone but I really appreciate that little extra service. Maybe that's why I go there instead of another auto parts store, plus I have been sold the wrong blades at other places too. O'Reilly is for me!
