I really appreciate the gentleman that helped me. He was super nice, and helpful in helping me replace two house batteries in my motorhome. Friendly, professional, and I even got to know him a little bit which was refreshing. Thank you so much!

I went in to see the price of a battery and felt degraded because I ask lower price battery. I was told if you re on a budget go to Walmart. The employee knew I couldn t drive me car. Then he ignored me and talk to the man that was helping, when it was my car and my money Ladies don t go here alone cause they treat you less than a human.

..MY NEIGHBOR AND I TOOK 3 BATTERIES IN AND RECEIVED $10 & $20 STORE CREDIT RESPECTFULLY..GABRIEL WAS GREAT BEHIND THE COUNTER AND CARLOS WAS GREAT ON THE PHONE..UPDATES AS WE GO..UPDATE : SO MY FRIEND USED HIS STORE CREDIT RIGHT A WAY..NOW LET'S RAILROAD mikey.. I GO BACK ABOUT A MONTH LATER..THEY TRIED TO SCAM ME.. SAYING THE CELL # WAS UNDER A DIFFERENT NAME AND I STOLE THE PHONE.. HAS ANYONE ELSE EXPERIENCED THIS..?FINALLY RESOLVED WHEN MY FRIENDWANTED TO KNOW WHAT'S TAKEN SO FX[KIn LONG ? HOPE THEY SELL US MORE BOXED PARTS THAT HAVE BEEN GONE THRU.. mikey dislikey.. ..Jan 2024 : Jury still out..?.. manager explained, gift cards, then why was I accused of stealing it.?. BOTTOM LINE :AS SOON AS WE GET THE GIFT CARD.. USE IT IMMEDIATELY.!. THEY DID FINALLY LET ME REDEEM MY GIFT CARD AFTER WATCHING A NERVOUS WRECK.. .. lesson learned..

Took my car battery to get it charge, my husband goes and picked up, they give him the wrong one, didn't fit my car, I went back with my husband right away to claim our own Battery, and they denied to give me my right battery, saying your battery was a Walmart brand and this one is a Walmart one, I told the guy but is not the size, he was rude and gives me the most stupid answer when I told him doesn't fit my car, he say, " they shrink some times" I ask for the manager, and he wasn't available, I walked out very upset, and I need a battery, ended buying a new one. WORSE PLACE EVER!

Ordered some paint online which should have been ready by Mon. Waiting until Tues to get an email saying it was ready, but didn't receive one so I called to check on it. When I called, the person I spoke to said he was going to put me on hold while he checked, but actually hung up on me. I called back and he said the order had been ready.So, yeah, if you want to have your time wasted and deal with incompetence, definitely shop here. If not, the Autozone on Speedway is so much better!

I was in The store tonight getting oil, gas treatment ,powersteering fluid and STP OIL Treatment for all 3 of my Trucks and car! When i pulled into parking lot and noticed 2 cars by them selves in the corner of the Parking lot like they Owned those 2 spaces. I took a photograph of Erics Gray Mustang the Manager of the evening. I asked if they knew whos vehicles those were who were rudely parked as if they Owned the place. Eric said his Mustang was gray not Green. I said to my self what ever. I had half a mind to park my truck in front of him so he couldn't get out! Let him see what a average person thinks of his inconsiderate behavior and Parking habits!

My 97 F-250 7.3 was having issues starting for about a week. It got so bad I had to jump start it after work and I immediately headed to integrity automotive & diesel. They wanted to charge me $160 just to diagnose the issue and couldn t even look at it till two days later. Needless to say I left and headed to o rielly on Silverbell just south of grant. I walked in and John the manager very professionally greeted me and asked what he could do for me. I told him I would like to have my electrical system tested. He jumped at the opportunity and diagnosed my issue promptly. Bad alternator. John didn t have one at his store but he was able to put one on hold for me at another store. It was a very pleasant experience and I will be returning for all my auto parts needs. John is very knowledgeable and helped me save quite a bit of money servicing my truck.

Not the friendliest store. If you're looking for a quick in-and-out experience, this is not the place to be. Ordering a part took more time than it would have taken if I had ordered it on Amazon. And I know my experience would have been much better than the one I had here just the other day. I like O'Reilly Auto Parts, but I don't like this store.

My battery died and I went there to get a new one. The price was the same as quoted over the phone and they installed it for no extra charge....all with a smile! Took about 10-15 mins for the purchase and install.

Went for help on my car, and when I asked for help on using one of the lender tools, the worker (I think he might have even been the manager. I wish i remembered his name) got rude and started throwing me flack for not knowing how to use it even though he didn't know either. I figured it out on my own, and got what I needed done. But since then, I am an auto zone exclusive kind of guy. And I promise I dont work there or have stock in auto zone, but their workers always have a certain level of professionalism and knowledge that orileys will never compare to.

Really bad customer service specialy from John the manager. Needed to buy an alternator and I requested that the alternator be tested beforeleaving the store. I had the alternator installed, and there was a burnt smell when I got home and drove back to O'Reilly, the employee on duty Tuesday around 8 p.m. tested the alternator and immediately got the failed or bad alternator reading on their scanner, he then said he was going to order a new one, it was due arrival at 10 a.m. next morning and that John the manager would be in at that time. I was at the store 10:30, no alternator, John said he would call as soon as it came, but never got the, I called back after 11 and the alternator was in, but no call from John. I paid for the alternator and had it installed, when I came back with the bad alternator, I got the worst customer service from John again, he questioned whether the alternator was bad, he was very rude and sarcastic, he did not want to give me the printout that said bad or failed test. As if anyone would like to be paying double for a faulty alternator and the labor cost and two wasted days of not going to work.I have always done business with OReillly, but never have I had this experience. 336. for the alternator, and a second charge of 336 for second alternator, 100 for towing the car, 200 first time labor and 100 for the second time installation cost, because it was never tested. It fail after two hours 1200 dlls. Out and still be challenged by John.

I've been coming to O'Reilly auto for a long while and have always had good experiences. This one particular experience is definitely worth a good review since it would probably be discouraged by store policy if I brought the store I go to a case of beer. So to make a long story short, I had to have my truck's engine replaced some time ago by a newer 2008 Hemi engine. I didn't think about this when I went to change the oil and picked up the oil filter for the actual year of my truck: 2007. I guess I should've remembered to mention that when I picked everything up. So I drained the oil and took off the filter. Uh oh...the oil filters were two completely different sizes as the new one had a smaller diameter for the threading! I called O'Reilly auto and spoke to John. Together we deduced what size I needed after realizing that we were dealing with a different year Hemi. Instead of leaving me hanging, John didn't hesitate to drive the correct oil filter over to my house even when they were swamped and short handed within minutes of talking to him in exchange for the incorrect filter. John you are a life saver! Thank you for making that an excellent customer experience I'll never forget!

We normally go to Autozone and it s rare we find someone to be 1: Polite, 2: Helpful,3: Knows what their doing. O Reilly on Silverbell was hands down the best experience I have ever had walking into an auto parts store. These gentlemen were the nicest could be, very polite considering I walked in right when the store was closing. Usually someone would give me a bad look followed by SORRY WERE CLOSED!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well at O Reilly s on Silverbell Adam is the type of employee every store needs. Even though their cash registers were already shut down, Adam welcomedme in the store and said he would be turn the registers back on for my purchase. I ran in just for some good old turtle wax that I usually use to clean windows and mirrors with. Adam introduced me to a very good glass/mirror cleaner along with some special paper towels especially used for that purpose. Took his time to show and explain the product to me and I greatly appreciate him for that. Any other store wouldn t go through the trouble of turning the registers back on just for some window cleaner but Adam at O Reillys on Silverbell sure did, and his co-worker was just as polite, greeted me, made me feel so welcomed they really showed appreciation that they wanted my business no matter how small or big it could have been. Thank you fellas for the best lifetime experience I WILL DEFINITELY MAKE O REILLY ON SILVERBELL MY NEW AUTO PARTS STORE. P.s Adam even offered me an O Reilly Auto Parts members card. Great store, silverbell & Speedway, and great lady employee named Lizz.. I Went in mid October for oil and a engine scan.The young lady behind the counter was very helpful and friendly..we had to wait for a break in the customers for her to perform this..No prob for me..unfortunately her helper had to run deliveries...she however had to keep up with the constant flow of customers, and could not get me done..Still no problem for me...she helped all the customers by herself.. flawlessly...bravo Lizz..I will continue to patronize this location. Especially if she is there..

Out of town in Tucson for a visit, noticed engine coolant very low - stop at O'Reilly for coolant, radiator cap, and the loaner pressure tester. Once the engine cooled down and system filled with coolant, I pressure test and notice slight leak from the petcock. Reaching under with a crescent wrench to tighten the petcock, the fin breaks clean off and it's still leaking but more now. A trip back to O'Reilly for a petcock and a set of ramps to get the car onto so I can see what I'm doing. O'Reilly is my go to place for this kind of thing. They were even nice enough to refund my money for the ramps that I no longer needed.

They couldn t figure out what wiper blade to sell us for a Toyota Prius. Then the manager removed our car s wiper blades, took them to his counter, and then proceeded to work on other jobs and ignore us,with no explanation. We took our wiper blades and walked out.

I have been a loyal Checker customer for several years and refuse to shop at the other store that begins with 'A'. However, a recent visit to this store on Silverbell in Tucson, AZ has me shopping at Auto Zone permanently. I purchased a can of Duplicolor 'Brite Touch' and upon using this paint, I discovered it was by far the worst paint I have ever used. I am a professional painter by trade, and have never used such a terrible product. Now, this is not Checker's fault, however, I figured I would return the product and purchase better Duplicolor paint, per Checkers satisfaction guarantee. Well upon attempting to return the product, I was denied by both an employee and store manager despite my offers to purchase more paint if given a refund. I was not satisfied and Checker refused to return a product that was not of good quality.

Friendly customer service, had the part I was looking for, and I didn't enter the shop with the illusion that I'd find the best quality paint products on Earth at an all purpose auto shop; unlike the jackass who rated Autozone over Oriellys because he's a "professional" painter who goes to an all purpose consumer auto parts store expecting to find high grade paint.Anyone who has ever bought parts at both stores knows that Autozone parts are of the lowest quality and Oriellys does price matching.
