The new owner of North End, Wayne, has been working on my vehicles for the last couple years. He does a great job and is always honest and reasonably priced. I recommend him to all my friends.

Hands-down, best diesel shop in Arizona, reliable and affordable very trustworthy. I wouldn t let anybody else work on my truck. Wayne knows what he s doing. He s very very good at what he does.

Couldn't ask for a better experience, Wayne took care of my issue with a parasitic draw on my truck. Wayne informed me often where he was at with my truck. Once the issue was found. I wasn't charged an arm and a leg. Definitely will recommend all my friends and family to north end auto.

My go to repair shop has closed (to retire I think). I had a tail light go out and wanted to get it replaced asap. I pulled into North End and it was clear he was in the process of closing up for the day. At any rate he stopped what he was doing and took care of my burnt out bulb in no time and then he checked out my tail/brake light at the top of my hatchback. It was also burnt out unbeknownst to me. I absolutely appreciate the way he was concerned that all my lights were working correctly. I want to say this man is someone that I felt like could have been someone I'd known for years. In the end my bill was $5. Safe to say I know exactly where I will be taking my car to from this point on.

Bernie is great! Very honest about what he can and cannot do. He is very thorough and explained the issues with our car very clearly. We'll definitely bring our car back. He was recommended by a trusted friend and we could recommend him to others.

Was referred to Bernie's auto shop by a friend and had a great time -- Bernie involved me in the process of learning about what was going wrong with my car and was clearly very passionate and knowledgable about his work. Fixed that day. Highly recommend.

When I took the list of work Fletcher's said I needed to have done, North End Auto that I did not need it and saved me a lot of money. Bernie stands behind the work. When I check out I receive an inspection report of what they did, condition of brake pads, etc. On one occasion I made an appointment to have a used car looked at and the seller did not show up with the car nor answer my phone calls which tells me he knew the outcome of the inspection and had tried to sell me a lemon.

Bernie at North End Auto is truly honest. Quebedeaux told me quite of things were wrong with my car and only 1 thing was wrong with it. He saved me around $3,000.

I was very impressed with this place. The problem with my truck was not nearly as bad as I had expected and the price was very reasonable. I'm glad I've found a repair shop I can trust on my side of town!
