Highly recommend going here for any and all Automotive repairs and service! From the front office staff Alayna and the other Angel all the way back to the shop Nathan and Nelson the owner, they provide EXCELLENT Customer service! Honest, Reliable, and efficient! Don t waste your time with other Auto Shops and go to Next level Mechanics you won t be disappointed

Nelson and his team have worked on my car twice. Each time the work has been flawless. 100% perfect. I trusted them with both of my parents vehicles and had the same result. Literally the best experience I ve ever had with any mechanic shop. Couldn t recommend them any higher. 10/10

HIGHLY recommend this shop!A trustworthy, honest and professional mechanic/shop is always worth its weight in gold. Very grateful to have had this experience on all counts, with Next Level Mechanics.From my first call to discuss the issue with my vehicle, to getting a fair and itemized estimate promptly sent to me, to consistent updates on diagnostic findings/progress, and the final call to confirm the completed status (which was ahead of schedule) everything was done with the utmost professionalism.As a side note, I also really appreciated the opportunity to receive/send texts about my car while it was being repaired, the Military discount offered, as well as an option for financing for their customers being available if-needed.For all these reasons, I can confidently recommend the shop and all its staff. I plan to take all of our family s vehicles here, from now on.Thanks again, Nelson!

My car broke down in the middle of the heat. And autozone would not change my battery because they did a diagnostic that it was my alternator. I took my car to Nelson at Next Level and he got my car in quick, coordinated to bring in my car right away with Phil which was not expected but very very much appreciated. Not only did Nelson identify that it wasn t my alternator but in fact was my battery, a gel battery, he had my car fixed within 24 hours! Elena was very good at communicating with me the whole time. They are amazing, prices are fair, communication and service are top notch. Will be coming back and telling all I know. Thank you again for the prompt service.

I had a last minute emergency, and needed to go on a 2000 mile road trip. These guys were amazing about fitting me in just before the holidays, taking care of everything I needed to have a safe trip -- and then deal with an unexpected surprise that needed resolution out of no where. And to top it all off, their pricing was much better than I could have asked for. I am so grateful I found these guys, and now I have a place I can trust to take care of my car.

Recently bought a Lexus IS350 with 245k miles and had it inspected by them. After the inspection, I was educated about the timing cover and why it needed replacing; on top of other important parts like the water pump, timing chain, motor mounts, system flush, and a few more.I worked on many of my own cars typically but this was a big job for me. Thankfully with their knowledge and advice, I was able to refresh the motor like brand new and be prepped for other upgrades in the next month or two.Their pricing was extremely affordable for the amount of work, and the turn around time was faster than expected. They showed me all the work the did, and taught me some things as well!Great team there, honest work, and they went above and beyond. I ll be back in a month or so for my diff bushings, coilover install, and more !! And will need a timing belt done on my other vehicle!Overall, very satisfied with the quality work they provided! Thank you team!Apr 2024: I ve brought my car back over and over for multiple jobs. And each time it s been fixed with a great turnaround time. All such as throttle body, fuel injector rings, purge valve, etc!

I had the BEST experience with Next Level Mechanics. After the local Ford dealership failed to repair my vehicle for a week and following multiple outrageous quotes from other mechanics, I found and called Next Level.My car was diagnosed and repaired quickly and painlessly. The entire process from first phone call to drop off to picking up my vehicle was pleasant and went smoothly. Repairs were affordable and carry a warranty. My car was fixed a month ago and zero problems since.I will never use another mechanic in Tucson, Next Level and Nelson have earned my business and loyalty.

I recently took my truck here and I have to say I m a bit disappointed. I went in for an oil change and for them to diagnose an issue with my horn and I left being told I needed new shocks soon and few other things however I was aware that these weren t immediate issues but for my own piece of mind I had another mechanic look at it to see if any of this stuff was necessary to repair in the FORESEEABLE future and his exact words were.. these guys must be smoking crack because you don t need any of this done any time soon . He also said that some things that were written up weren t even an issue and you were probably targeted because you re a female .I do want to say I don t think this is a bad shop I just wish someone would go over things with you rather than hand you a piece of paper with estimates and a few side notes.I however will say the young lady in the front is very sweet and personable and the office was very nice and organized.I believe that they do quality work here because all of my needs were met and that they are a good mechanic shop over all but they did not stand out to me personally. The Hourly rate seems a little high in my opinion but it s still better than a dealership.This shop has potential to be good but be prepared to be quoted on other things with very little context as to why or when these things would be an issue.The former business that was there was my family s mechanic for 20 plus years so I m really sad to see that mark from superior automotive has retired and closed up shop.

I've been taking my vehicles to Nelson for a couple of years now. Most recently at Next Level Mechanics as the owner. He has consistently diagnosed our vehicles quickly and correctly the first time. He even found the source of water leaking into the cabin of one of our cars and didn't charge me since it was a windshield seal. Instead, he recommended that we have a windshield specialist take care of it. I trust him and refer him to everyone who asks for a good mechanic.Services: Auto power window repair, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Auto maintenance

We have gone to Next Level Mechanics since the day they opened. Nelson takes pride in his job and he is very knowledgeable when it comes to auto repairs. We now take all three of our cars for various services. The prices are better than most mechanics in Tucson, but it is the customer services and the time he takes to provide the details each time he works on our cars. I came across Next Level on initial research after contacting others with outrageous prices. I called and didn't get an answer but left NO message. Nelson called ME back to inquire. I was honestly sold from that point. His prices were affordable and not breaking pockets like most places. He and his staff were extremely professional, kind, and they do AMAZING work! I recommend him every chance I get! If you want great work done for great prices, this is your only stop!

I've brought multiple vehicles here and every time I receive immaculate service. Nelson went above beyond the call of duty. He is very upfront, honest, and knowledgeable. He checks with you before he does anything and explains in detail what needs to be done right away and what can wait. I recommend this shop to everyone I know!

I brought in an older car that I had bought, the thing was a total mess and I needed to have someone else do the work to take some of the project off of my hands. They didn't once complain about the mess and I even got the car back cleaner then when I had brought it in. I had them do a clutch and flywheel replacement, water pump, they set the car to TDC(involves engine timing), new timing belt, and valve cover gasket. I expected some issues as it's an older car, the only thing that created an unexpected cost was a couple of the Valve cover bolts snapped and needed to be extracted and replaced. The job was done by their estimated finish date even with the problem they ran into... I'd highly recommend this shop for their pricing, quality, and customer service. It was a better experience then expected for going to a shop that I had not heard anything about previously, thanks to everyone at Next Level Mechanics for the great service!Service: Auto maintenance

This is my new go to shop! All the people are so kind especially the owner! Even though I m young I didn t get treated bad and I didn t get taken advantage of! Nelson is awesome! Super recommended. He spent 2 hours looking over my used 4runner after I purchased it and found all the things that were neglected by previous owners. I feel comfortable that everything was fixed and done right to NOW have a reliable vehicle for my kids and I! Thank you Nelson!

Highly recommend Nelson, he is knowledgeable and communicates well (explained what work he recommended vs required and explained the pricing)!My brakes and struts were replaced in one day. Their prices are reasonable and affordable compared to other shops in town.

These guys do it all and do it very well. My car was in and out and it was done fast and right. Nelson noticed I needed a couple tires and an alignment. Got me back in just a few days later and now it drives like new. 5 stars all day!! I had my car towed in because it would not start. Nelson, the owner, contacted me the same day with a very descriptive and easy to understand report of what happened with my car and was very helpful and pleasant to deal with - not to mention didn t charge me and arm and a leg! Definitely recommend this shop, I will definitely be returning with anything I may need

Nelson is amazing and an excellent mechanic. My car had a faulty fuel pump and Nelson got my car and fixed it all in one day. The repair was fast and affordable.
