I have always had a great experience coming to Next Generation Auto. The mechanics are always honest and upfront about what repairs NEED to be done. Their prices are comparable if not, less than bigger chains. The best part is the mechanics talk directly to you about what work will be done. The office staff are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. If you are a woman and are afraid to go to a mechanic/auto shop for fear of being taken advantage of, go to Next Generation Automotive to alliviate those concerns. The staff at Next Generation is exactly what you hope to find when trying to find the right repair shop. I have been going to them for years and they don t disappoint. Most recently they fixed my electrical instrument cluster, which was making a beeping sound and now I can see it and my car is QUIET. We had a high estimate at another place . We went here for a second opinion and cut the coat in half. Quick turnaround. Car run s great. Honest repairs. We'll be back for future repairs I highly recommend.

I thought I found my mechanic. This place was nice, mechanics were awesome, except they randomly refused service because I wanted to bring my own parts. Never had a problem before, bringing my own parts here. I like to be in control of which high quality parts go in my car. Be aware, if you want to provide your own parts, they won't do it anymore!

Asked to have to have my fluids checked and a couple other things. Problems were solved within 20 minutes, and the employee was very knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend Next Gen Auto and this place should get an award for their incredible ethics and customer service.

They were recommended to me by a mechanic at a different repair shop - he said they were the best in town. And you know what - they probably are. They were efficient, professional, and solved my problem within an hour. They could have sold me a new wheel speed sensor but were honest and just repaired a broken wire (saving me considerable $$).I highly recommend.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had my car at a shop for suspension work they had it for 4 days a friend recommended Next Generation an ,they were able to repair it at a very very reasonable price; the other shop wanted to do repairs that were not necessary and upsell me for $1,200. Next Generation found the problem and repaired it at a very reasonable price and did the repairs only needed. Thank You!!!.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I go here for all my vehicle needs. They are the most honest, integrity keeping automotive business I've ever encountered in my years of having a vehicle. I guarantee, you will never be charged for what shouldn't be charged and you will always be dealt with fairly. Their standards are top notch.

We are a small dealership located a few miles from Next Generation, our regular shop was backed up and we had several vehicles sitting. Their office manager and owner Jared listened and fit a few cars in to help us out, they had great follow up and reasonable pricing. Would recommend to my family

Everyone here is so honest and knowledgeable. They are respectful of your time and money, so the quotes are always competitive and the turnaround time is quick. They ll never sell you something you don t need or wouldn t do for their own vehicle. Whenever I take my vehicle here, I know it s in great hands!

I've been bringing my vehicles to Truth and Jared for years. They are knowledgeable, reliable, fair and honest. At times the issue I bring my car in for is so minor they either fix it, advise me of my options or repair it at no charge because it's was so minor. Now that's customer service! I can recommend them to my 90 year old mother-in- law.

Next Generation is very honest. I took my SUV there bc it loses oil pressure at low RPMs at red lights. It never lost while I was there & they told me that they don't do engine work of that type & recommended a mechanic but didn't charge me for checking it. I will return

Seriously don't take your vehicle anywhere but here. They're friendly, fair and won't hide anything from you. I've always been skeptical about mechanics, but these guys actually care. There's a reason my parents have been coming here for years and I've recommended them to a number of friends.

My husband is a retired autoworker. He did his own work on our vans ntil his health failed. Next Generation is the only place he lets care for our vehicles. Hardworking honest business!

It's been 4 years, and I'm still amazed how honest these guys are, especially in this profession! Friendly, reliable, knowledgeable, fair prices (and sometimes free of charge services for small issues!). Highly recommend them.

These guys have worked on two cars of mine: a sports car and an SUV. They are very good mechanics, have reasonable shop rates, and are very honest. Another shop told me I needed a repair when I took my car in for an oil change so I took my car to Next Generation and they said the repair was not needed. They will get all my auto service and repair business from now on!

Honesty! That's what I want in my mechanic and that's what I get at Next Generation. I cant tell you how many times I went to get a quick oil change at some other place and they tried to tell me all the things I should replace on my car, and I never knew what was really needed and what was just an attempt to get some extra money. Not at Next Generation! In fact, on many occasions I thought I should get something on my car replaced and Jared convinced me not to waste my money because my car didn't really need it. They do great work at a fair price, too. Now I don't take my vehicles anywhere else, even for an oil change!

Moved to tucson from Canada 5 years ago and was recommended this place. Been coming here for anything from diagnostics, to general repairs. High quality professionalism, excellent work for my 3 vehicles (ranging from a 21yo VW Jetta TDI with 400k miles, and a 2015 Focus). I have been driving multiple vehicles across town for years because of their Expect mechanics, totally fair prices, good communication. Only down fall is their busy and sometimes hard to get in.
