Hail damage Bought my beautiful 2023 Last Call Dodge Challenger brand new around the end of May. Come early August she was pummeled by ping pong size hail leaving me in dismay. That same afternoon after I got home I started counting all the little divots that were unloaded onto her. At about 43 dents I decided to stop counting and started looking online for hail repair shops. National Auto Collision Center on Broadway was at the top of the list with great reviews. As the shop was slammed with other vehicles that also got hit by this storm, I waited patiently until they could squeeze me in. Was able to drop her off on a Tuesday, and in about a week she was all ready.Absolutely outstanding work, with the PDR. If I didn t know for a fact that it was my car I d swear she was a whole new car. It was so unbelievable how great she looked that the staff in the office had a hard time handing me back the keys, hoping to keep her a little longer.Still waiting on the driver side mirror to be replaced as it was cracked by the hail, but this issue is not on the National Auto Collision Centers end as there is a recent strike going on, and parts being delivered are at a standstill at the moment ( secretly I think it was their way of getting the Challenger back in order to see her one last time).A special thanks not only to the tech that labored all the damage, but also thank you to the three beautiful ladies in the front office that kept me informed throughout the entire process. They all deserve a raise for the phenomenal customer service that was provided, awesome job everyone!!!

I've been taking my car to them for repairs for years. Amy the owner is awesome. She suggested a wrap on my Challenger instead of an expensive paint job. I love how it turned out. Her brother Hunter owns Southwest Graphics next door and they do fantastic work.

I came to this place to deal with some damage on the side of my small SUV . The estimate was already done so I made an appt for a month ahead of time since the vehicle was still drivable.When the time came for the repair they had no convenience vehicle, which was one of the main reasons I chose this place, and even though the parts were supposed to be ordered ahead of time it took too long for this type of repair.I dropped it off the day after Christmas, December 26th and I received the car back the 6th of February. I ended up with $1700 worth of rental costs because of all this wasted time and no convenience car.Update 2/7/24In response to the reply.Yes you added to supplementary repairs to the original estimate. In both cases my insurance company approved the changes the very next day. So to blame my insurance company (Geico, the insurance company with the most customers in the United States) is ridiculous.As for the convenience car I asked for one on 3 separate occasions including when I made the initial drop off and you never managed to get me one for the 6 weeks my car was there.There is no overhead for letting my car sit there and doing nothing on it.Lots of excuses they have. What I have is a car that took way too long to repair, a advertisement for a convenience car that never turned up, and $1700 extra that I wouldn't have had to spend if I would have taken the car to a different shop

On my first experience I had Excellent Service, and the staff was friendly. It's not my job to convince anyone to come here but I believe that you wont be disappointed. I'm so thankful to have found a amazing place that wonderfully repaired my car from an accident. Thank You So Much

National Auto Collision team was AMAZING!! The office staff communicated regularly while they had my car in the shop. They fixed my vehicle quickly and the repair looks outstanding!!

Selected National to repair vehicle after accident. Long wait to get vehicle in shop, but that must tell you something! Process was seamless and very impressed withtheir work and staff. Unfortunately for me, but also, fortunately, I am a frequent flyer with them here in Tucson. I ve had the misfortune of being involved in several fender benders, but each time I ve taken my car to national collision centers on Broadway and Yvette and Leah and the girls there are fantastic. I love them! They do a great job on my car if I have any questions if I have any concerns, they addressed it immediately. They work seamlessly with my insurance company, and everything gets taken care of every time.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Amy and her staff were very helpful in the process of getting vehicle repairs done due to an auto accident. They inspected the vehicle and we're very detailed on items that needed to be repaired, also replaced. The wait was longer than expected but the final outcome was worth it. We took our Mazda CX-5 to have the body and paint repaired after an accident. They did an excellent job. The paint has some metal flake in it and they matched it perfectly. The car looks like new. Maybe even better than new.Service: PaintingService: Painting

Great automobile body shop. They started by having my disabled damaged Buick on time after my insurance company called them. They called 10 minutes after I got off the phone with my Insurance company. After picking up my car at the arranged time and place. They gave me information on the progess on a regular basis. My car was actually repaired and ready for pick up a day early. Would definitely recommend this business to anyone who need auto body work.

I will be recommending this center to anyone who needs their car worked. I can't say how grateful I was for the workers at this Collision Center. Yvonne and all the ladies went above and beyond helping me throughout the process of getting my car in, during snags that came from insurance and rental, giving helpful tips, and keeping me informed while my car was getting worked on.When I'd finally gotten my car back I felt like crying- it's like it never went through an accident in the first place! How in the world does this place have a 5 star rating? Most likely because they intercept all the bad ones. Horrible experience from beginning to past the end.They replaced my bumper and left fender after I was rear ended. They called me the first week and said my truck would be done the following Monday and I was amazed. Monday came around and still wasn t done. No communication. I called that following Friday and nothing. After calling once to twice a week and false promises to call me back two and a half months go by and finally it s done.Truck was brand new. Key fob came back disgusting and oily. They kept it a few extra days and was supposed to detail the truck. That never happened they returned it dirtier than they received it.Icing on the cake we now have to pay for the roll and lock to be professionally repaired on the back of our truck that they obviously did not know how to put back properly. (Don t worry we will be sending the bill).If your looking for a horrible experience these are your guys!

My experience with Christopher at National Auto Collision was awesome! I took my car to them right after I was rear-ended and gave me me an estimate based on what he could see, but cautioned that it could come in higher once they began work. He coached me through the whole process so I could make a smart decision addressing the fact that the car repair may cost more than the car was worth! Integrity and honesty from the beginning! In the meantime, he kept me informed along the way and the final result was better than I could have imagined. They worked hard to match the new paint color of my bumper with the rest of the car. Perfect and no sign of any damage what-so-ever! I am over the top thrilled with the quality of work and professionalism of the whole staff. Thank you Chris and David and office peeps and the outstanding in the shop guys!!!! I am so (surprised) grateful for what you have done! Oh and they came in under the estimate! Wow!

My review of the good, the bad, and the ugly.Good:Customer Service was attentive and answered all my questions. I worked mainly with Eva and I know I annoyed her to death calling her every day asking for updates but she did a great job putting up with me.The repair technicians did a good job with the light installation and bumper replacement. I m satisfied with their craftsmanship. The painting was done well and the fitment is good.Bad:Car sat for roughly two weeks without being looked at by the technicians and car spent about a month total in the shop. This was not for a collision, it was to replace some bumper damage and change to some different headlights And tail lights I purchased. I m sure they were busy but If I knew how long the car would go untouched I would of not chosen this location. For the damage I had on my bumper it should have taken 2 weeks max, but I ll give them some credit since there is trouble with shipping still probably due to corona virus and what not.Ugly:Quoted 1700, charged 2700. Admittedly, I Agreed to a change of price before hand but it felt kind of like a shady business practice to make me want to use their shop and then after my car has been there multiple weeks charge me an extra 1k because it s kind of already too late to back out, since I don t want my car to sit in another shop for another month. Looking at the quote and my receipt it looks like I got charged 500 extra for Labor and 500 extra for parts, I was led to believe the 1k was just for the parts, but maybe that was my assumption.I m not sure if the bumper was entirely replaced or if they just replaced what was broken because there are some parts that look to be reused. For example my emblem and front bumper grill are the exact same ones (I know because I wrapped the emblem and there is still rock chip damage in the same locations). They ultimately fixed the unsightly horrors that I wanted fixed and I am satisfied with how it turned out but for the cost I m surprised the entire thing was not replaced. They also did not replace the bottom mesh. I didn t care about this either way but again, for the cost, why not replace the bottom mesh too.Overall I recommend this location to people paying through insurance and or people who do not care about the wait time. If you are paying with your own money though, they made it clear that the insurance claim vehicles take priority so another place might be best in that situation.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I stopped by this location a month ago to get estimate for dent left on car from a hitand run in parking lot.I was referred by office to guy who comes to your house to remove dents.Thus guy came highly recommended by them.He gave several different prices, several times abd dates to do job, several excuses for being the biggest flake..He spent 6 hours on one dent that looks worse and paint ouis now messed upManager took call dud did nothing but get defensive and basically blame the customer, me for calling this unprofessional guy and using him to remove dent.$200 later I am not going to be return customer here again.They did great job last year thats why I went back.I waited over two months for part on back order that wasn't even on the approved claim from my insurance.I took my car to different shop they only made me wait 3 days

Great service and shop. Everyone was personable and they listened to specific directions on how to take care of m my air bagged vehicle while painting and installing the parts. I will definitely be going back when I get new parts. Paint match was also spot on and there hasn t been one day I've driven without getting compliments. I even took the car next door to the car wrap shop and they ve helped me out just as much. I love the way my car looks.Service: Painting

You couldn't even tell any damage had ever occurred. They even called to give me updates during the process. Very helpful staff. Quick turn around time got my truck done and back to me fast. Most people are waiting up to a year to get vehicle back due to backorder parts. I had mine back in just over 2 months. I will refer everyone here. Broadway and Swan location. Thank you to all the Staff at National auto collision repair.

Absolutely fantastic service. I had a front splitter/OEM lip torn off my 2019 Civic Hatchback and needed to get it repaired.I found National Auto Body collision reviews on both Yelp and Google and with as good as they were rated I had to give them a try.While the overall repair time for my car was about two and a half months that had nothing to do with National Auto Body. That was all on Honda and the fact that they are having a severe parts shortage. I waited 2.5mo alone for just 2 inner fender liners.However, despite all of this Angie (who works there) kept in touch with me and kept me posted frequently about updates related to my car. In the end I got the lip from ABS Dynamics and even with it being an aftermarket Type-R style lip, it was installed perfectly on my car. I also had their team paint the lip gloss black to match my rear splitter.In the end my car is once again drive able and looks amazing. I can't thank the National Auto Collision team enough. I will definitely be going back to have them install and paint a Spoon Sports spoiler once I get it.Lastly, their prices are more than reasonable as I paid out of pocket to have everything done because I didn't want my insurance taking forever to get the repair fixed. I even bought their entire team some epic pizza for all the work they put in and the time they spent with me.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
