I have known the owner and its wonderful staff at NACC since 2011. I have taken multiple personal vehicles here over the years and most recently, I took one that was scraped and needed some minor paint work. I made the mistake of taking this vehicle to get a quote at a 'reputable' body shop closer to home, and I later found out when I took it to NACC that this other outfit charged me twice as much (as I was paying out of pocket) due to some alleged sensors that needed to be replaced - they did NOT need to be replaced! Honesty is one of the many attributes that I would ascribe to my friends at NACC, among many others. Thank you!

National Auto Collision Center is the go-to spot for excellent auto body repair work. The teamwork of this locally owned business made my customer experience so positive, and the work they did on my car was completed beyond my expectations!

After being hit by some random guy who refused to go through insurance but paid cash to fix my car, I took my car to National Auto Collision center on W. Grant. Angie was amazing! I can't say enough good things about her. I wish I would have done a better inspection after picking up my car. It's fixed but the paint job is not what I expected. There is some overspray on the part of my bumper that has a black wrap and on my honeycomb grille. There are also some paint issues where the paint is not blended well. Honestly, it's hard to see which is probably why I missed it when I picked it up. Overall I'm very happy to give them my service and thankful for all Angie did to make the whole ordeal as painless as possible.

Thank you Bill and Fred for taking good care of me!I'm very happy with the paint job on my hood. NACC is the only company I use for paint/body repairs.I really appreciate the loaner car, that was a big plus.

Worst body shop in tucson. Inexperienced, unprofessional, untrained, and uncertified. Extremely poor quality work and poor customer service. Anyone, and I mean ANYONE, is better off doing the work yourself at home.

My recent car repair was handled in an extremely professional and efficient manner. Everyone at National was helpful and they explained the repair process, car rental and insurance steps. Thanks to Elizabeth and Fred!

I will never take my car any where else! I only trust National Auto Collision to work on my car and have never been dissatisfied! The owner, Bill, is always so understanding and helpful. He is very professional, knows what he s doing and gets the job done. His staff is always polite and willing to help and listen to what you have to say and try and help. I have never had a problem that they couldn t fix the first time! I highly recommend all my friends, family and anyone who needs work done to their vehicle to go here!Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Battery, Oil change

I keep getting this place on my timeline, and I don't even drive.Every time I go to Ace Hardware or Arby's which are behind and next to it , I get this place on my visit list! STOP IT Google! Not tying to put terrible reviews for your business but just trying to get maps to fix the issue. Once again Stop it Google!

I have had three trucks in at this location and have always been happy. Fred is awesome to deal with and keeps you informed along the way. If something goes wrong (one minor thing) they do not hide it and make it right over and above what is really necessary. I am going to now trust them with my resto 72 and know I will be happy. Thanks FredOne last thing to add. My trucks are always the cleanest they have ever been when I get them back.

Great service, honest, personable staff, clean bathrooms, open garage bays so you can watch your car being worked on or you can sit in the air conditioned waiting room and watch through the window. This is a very busy shop, but they got us in same day we called, diagnosed and fixed the problems in a timely manner and had us good to go in less than 30 minutes! *I highly recommend this particular place on Silverbell/Grant Road vicinity in northwest Tucson!*

This place took great care of me after someone hit the passenger side of my car. It looks like nothing ever happened. They kept me updated all the way through the process and got it done super quick. Fred is the man. He took care of the insurance work and everything. If you need work done this is the place to go for sure. If i could give more stars i would.

I am super happy with National Auto Collision! Jonnie is spot and my new car was rear ended by an uninsured driver! My car took only 2 weeks to repair and it is like brand new! They even cleaned the inside! Highly recommend this shop! I had been there previously for a little scrape on my husbands truck! Just the wheel well! Both vehicles had the special paint! Absolutely perfect both times!

I took my car into National Auto Collision Centers, 1931 West Grant Road, 4 February 2019. It was ready, as promised, 6 February 2019. The work was perfect. The car looked like new. I was happy.But what really made the experience so awesome was the pleasant and professional staff. Estimator Tim Miller talked me through the whole process and it went down just as he explained to me. Hassle free and great He was nice enough to touch up a few other chips in the paint on other parts of the car. I offered him some money, for being so nice, and he refused, Just a gracious and kind human being. Receptionist Elizabeth was also always gracious and kind. It was as good as getting your car repaired can be. It is nice to deal with such wonderful human beings.I recommend this establishment whole heartedly.Jim VailTucson Arizona

I was here under less than ideal circumstances, but they took care of everything pain free and kept me informed on everything that was going on. They ordered parts and kept a reasonable timeline. My car looked pristine when they finished and even washed my car! I couldn't have been happier given the circumstances.

If you have to be in a vehicle crash, these guys and ladies can put you at ease. Experienced, caring, and knowledge-sharing associates are there to help you through the tangles of insurance paperwork and to understand the dynamics of auto damage. Good people you never want to see, but if you need them, you're in good hands!

I must reduce this down to 1 star. Below is my original review if you want to read it. But now they have responded and said that the undercarriage damage was repaired as a favor. What? And I still smell fuel leaking when they said it had no damage in that part. This is so upsetting. So, when my vehicle was smashed into and the side panel was totally damaged the bottom stayed in perfect condition? When the staff apologized for missing this part of the repair they were just blowing smoke out their ears? I just don't understand this. When your car is damaged it should be repaired, the parts that you can see and the parts that you can't see. The parts that can't be seen are still damaged from the accident. And what about the smell of fuel all the time. What is causing that all of a sudden? The damage was at the fuel line panel. I will NEVER go back here. I chose them because the insurance company said it would take less time and would be guaranteed. It took longer since they didn't do it right the first time and I still smell fuel leaking. It is at the mechanic now - my mechanic - Highway Drive - because I trust them with my safety. I didn't take it back to Collision because I don't trust them to fix it. They seem to be more concerned about what can be seen not the underlying problems caused by the accident. And I didn't contact the insurance company because they had threatened to "total" the vehicle due to it's age. I don't want to lose my only vehicle. I can't afford to buy a new one. It's sad that someone can smash into your vehicle and then you lose it because it's an older vehicle. Doesn't seem fair across the board. But that's a review for AmFam, not Collision. Beware of a total repair, not just surface.Here's the original one:I would love to give them five stars. We recently chose them to repair our vehicle. The car that hit us said if we chose them it would be done quicker without hassle. Reviews were great so we agreed. We received a call that it was ready. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised to see the repair was perfect, on the surface. The top side of the vehicle was wonderful. Looked perfect. However, the underside of our vehicle was not finished, not fully repaired. Someone had to have seen this. Someone probably said, "they'll never see it.". It was very disappointing. This would have been three stars but our claims rep immediately offered to complete the repair and fix the underside. This brought this up to four stars. It was sad to have this happen.

had the front end of my Infiniti painted here 5 or 6 months ago. the quality of paint job was awesome (beyond expectations). they were honest/ fair and very down to earth.....fast foward to today: took it in for a significant scratch on my driver's side door (I could not remove the scratch nor could the detail shop I took it too). went to grab a coffee, when I returned the scratch was gone! if you want your vehicle done right, this is the place to go.....

Fred the estimator isn't very communicative unless you continuously call. Once they start messing up your vehicle with runs and chips and scratches. He will then start giving you updates. Declined pick up of my truck 3 times, after numerous times finding chips, overspray, and runs and compound/ swirls all over. They even painted over stickers on my door. They told me the owner and managers would inspect my truck before final pick up. Finally picked up my truck after a month and half to still have runs and overspray on my truck. They even clear coated dirt on my rocker pinch weld. Don't recommend them. I've been a body technician for years and would never let a vehicle leave in condition they do.Services: Electrical repair, Painting, Auto detailing

I took my 2013 Accord to them to get an appraisal for two areas of damage to see if I should file an insurance claim. After getting the estimate I decided to pay out of pocket rather than have my premiums go up per my insurance rep. The estimator, Jonnie, combined my areas to save me money and they came in $300 less than the two individual quotes. Thank you!!!! They were prompt and got the job done, exceptionally well, in a day less than promised saving me a days auto rental fee also. I highly recommend National Auto Collision Centers for all of your car body work.Gene Berard

Horrible horrible place to not go to this place . We took our car there originally because Allstate recommended them. My car was supposed to be ready July 29th I took the day off to drive up there to pick up my car and the adjuster tells me blankly nonchalantly Oh they forgot to order some parts and your car won t be ready till tomorrow. A week later I had to take another day after work she told me parts finally came in she said my car is going to be ready in the morning...almost there to pick up my car and come to find out that they sent the car to have codes cleared and I guess that takes days. I don t understand why I was mislead and took multiple days off work for absolutely nothing. Very unprofessional.

I don't have pictures unfortunately. But the truck was pretty much destroyed from the front. Drop it off with these guys and a few days later the truck looked brand new again. Definitely quick and good service

Most people involved in a vehicle collision aren't proficient in obtaining repair services. Mistakes are easy to make and difficult to fix.Choosing this company to perform work on your vehicle is perhaps your wisest choice.I've had two encounters with then now, and they are (IMHO) the best in town. Pleasant, Prompt, Professional, Personal.I would never entertain taking a vehicle anywhere else for auto body work.

Tim is a blessing... I have come to National Auto Collision twice for some pretty odd reasons due to some unfortunate mishaps and was met with a comforting presence and a reassuring willingness to help each time.
