My car brokedown middle of the night. Called Ramon at 6am the next morning and he was at my location within 15 minutes. Performed a full diagnostic and replaced the starter. Ramon came out same day and completed a difficult alternator installation on my vechicle along with correcting a few other issues that weren t noticed. I will definitely do further business in the future. Very professional and fair pricing. Thanks again.

I had Ramon do a pre-purchase inspection of a Nissan Frontier that I ended up purchasing at a Tucson dealership - he was one of the few mobile mechanics to actually answer their phone! He was great to accommodate scheduling me on short notice and had a reasonable price. His checklist was very thorough...much more complete than the last one I had done. This was an out-of-state purchase, so I was relying on his professional opinion to finalize my decision. Things worked out great - thanks Ramon!

My car wouldn't start at 6am and Ramon came immediately after I called him. He found out the problem right away and started working on it. He made it look easy and was completely professional. Definitely will be my go too guy anytime I have car trouble

Ramon came out a few weeks ago and did an engine diagnostic. I was so happy that he was going to fix my issue. Unfortunately he charged me $80 and never heard back from him. He said he was going to look into the part I needed. I text him, no response, I called and left him a detailed message and no response. Now I will need to pay again for engine diagnostic to have someone else repair. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I m going to be honest I don t like to call mechanics if I really don t have to, but MotorZone Mobile Mechanic was great! Really nice guy and was very professional. I was having issues with my starter, I had the part just couldn t get the starter off myself and obviously couldn t take my car to a shop because it wouldn t start so I decided to call MotorZone mobile and he only charged me $75 dollars to come all the way to my house and change out my starter. Took him about 15minutes, my car was up and running! He was cheaper than the other mobile mechanic I had called and I know the starter isn t a very complicated part to change when you have the right tools but I figured $75 dollars isn t bad at all for them to come all the way to your house. It would ve cost me more to tow my car to a shop. Thank you MotorZone!

Excellent Service , they go straight to the problem , Professional attitude at all the times , they gave me a clear explanation of the process of repairs performed in my vehicle , Highly Recommended , they tested every piece before to assure it need to be replaced, not like other mechanics that start changing pieces even when they're in good working conditions , the prices are fair and I feel way ,way more secure after taking my vehicle to them , they took really serious at the time of inspecting my car so it is in greate working condition, I trust my Family safety , Ramon make us feel our car is safe so my Family is safe in the road, Thank you Mr Ross for your Serious and Committed Job.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Sent 3 request for a quote, not one response back. Customer service is not good if they cannot respond to a quote. If I cannot get a response for a quote I can only imagine what kind of response I would get if there was a problem with their work.
