Its been 4 days and NO CHECK ENGINE or CHECK GAGE lights! After multiple attempts with other places, I was able to get my truck in with these guys and I was more than pleased! They found ALL the issues and got them taken care of (and didnt break my pockets doing so). Everything from their communication to their repair work is beyond amazing! Thank you guys again!

Exceptional service. Not only did they fix our problem but detected a couple of others (which not all needed immediate attention but would need to be serviced once we got back to our state.) Honest and very helpful. Made sure we were able to get to and back to our place while our car was being worked on. You don't always get and trust someone when you are out of state like them. Highly recommend them. Would definitely go to them again. The work they did also had a warranty on it that could be utilized when we return to our home state (not just for Arizona).Service: Steering & suspension replacement

Sad I can t give zero stars. My husbands car was here for close to 21 days. If we wanted an update, we had to call them. If we say we needed the car back by a certain day? Too bad. This put us in such a bind logistically and was extremely frustrating.To make things worse, The original issue was so badly misdiagnosed that we ended up paying close to $3000 and the car is STILL having issues. We are obviously not going back to this shop and will advise everyone we know to steer clear.

I love the guys at Monsoon Automotive. I really trust them too. And so does my husband.We have a major problem with pack rats and the eat everything. We started spraying the top of the motor with peppermint oil and they left the top part alone. So then the pack rats started eating the main wiring harness on the bottom of the engine. Seth took a look at what was going on and was able to fix it instead of spending $1,000 on a complete new harness. I really trust these guys with my vehicle's.

100% recommend Monsoon. Being a girl, in a new city and having car problems, I was nervous I was going to get swindled wherever I took my car. I was was recommended to them by a friend. The service I received from them was probably the best I ve ever received. When they called to tell me what was wrong with my car, they took the time to explain what was going on- and told me it was ok if I didn t do it all at once that we could go by priority.My car is running better than it was before I even drove it out to Arizona a year ago. I ll definitely be back for any future issues!

They did a great job putting new headlights in my car. Friendly service. They do not try to scam you with other "problems". Will for sure go back again. Thank you so much! Also they worked to accommodate my schedule.

Seth and Cole are amazing to work with at Monsoon! Seth personally helped figure out what was wrong with our gmc 3500 and got it fixed so fast for a super fair price. They have also done regular maintenance on our VW passat and is working on the air conditioning right now, I couldnt recommend them and this shop enough! Its hard to find a good Diesel mechanic in town, but now that I have finally found one I won t be taking our cars anywhere else!Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, A/C installation & repair, Auto maintenance

Went to Monsoon for service on my truck. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that work was done well, on time, and on point with the estimate they provided. Very big thank you for an honest and excellent job. Would recommend and will return if future need arises.

Never got a call back regarding setting up an appointment. Finally stopped in person and got in the next day at 1pm but had to leave the car over night. Hadn't heard from anyone about diagnostic outcome by the next day around 10am, so I called. Very friendly, affordable and knowledgeable. Feel they dont over charge and do quality work. Just need better communication, maybe a full time counter person so the mechanics don't have to do that and work on the cars.

I had gone to a retail mechanic because my engine was running hotter then it should be and I knew I needed a radiator flush. After leaving my car with them for only 1 hour they call stating my entire cooling system needed to be replaced (radiator, water pump and thermostat) with a very hefty price tag. They also told me they wouldn't do any less then that. After feeling defeated I was given Monsoon on recommendation, though I was weary I went anyways. They are AMAZING! They told me what needed to be done, PLUS they pointed out a major safety hazard I was driving around with and didn't even know (the other shop didn't point out). They are honest, fair, and efficient. I already started getting quotes for the other issues I know the car has that I have been too afraid of being ripped off, I will never go anywhere else again.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My 2006 BMW developed a leak and I listened to my friend and took my car to Monsoon Auto. What can I say, these guys are professional and were honest on what the car really needed and what items could be changed later on. Rick (owner) and Jerry (manager) were also super friendly and knowledgeable. I was so happy with their service, I decided to drop off my 2012 Raptor for a check up as well. I recommend you visit these guys!

Going to repairs shops can be a nightmare and it usually costs an arm and a leg. We took our son's truck to Monsoon and it the best experience I've ever had at an automotive repair shop. They were kind and professional. I recommend their service, you won't be disappointed!

My family and I had a mechanic for more than 20 years when I lived in California. We kept that mechanic until he retired because he was HONEST! I thought I would not be able to find another honest mechanic, yet when I was referred to Monsoon Auto, it was much like the mechanic I had in California. This Auto Repair Shop in my experience has been very HONEST with me. I am on a fixed income and they not only perform my auto repairs at a good price, but they also are honest and tell me when something can wait a few months. That to me is what I look for in an honest mechanic. I also have taken 2 used cars that I wanted to check out prior to buying them to Monsoon and they were honest and told me one had about $4,000 in repairs I would have to do if I bought it - thank you so much for that, it saved me all that money - and the other, they told me was in good condition. Of course I purchased the latter. I was involved in a hit and run and thus am looking for a new -used- car and have asked them to keep an eye out for one that a customer may be selling that they feel would be inexpensive not only to buy but for repairs should they arise. I HIGHLY recommend Monsoon Auto. They are an HONEST auto repair shop which is very hard to find these days.

UPDATE 9/23 - Jerry has left several voicemails wondering if they can do anything to "make this right." I just haven't had time to really think about what I'd want if anything. Which is why it's important to me to have expert diagnoses if I take the time to go into a shop. So for what it's worth to you, they do follow up if you're not happy.>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Came in here back in January. Been making a lot more money the last few years so I figured I would try to find an honest good shop to do my car work for me instead of crawling under there myself. They get two stars since they actually did the work they claimed (probably a 3 to most but these days 4/5 is you did everything right in my book and 5/5 is you really wowed me). My problems, one they didn't fully resolve the problem. Brought it in for a shake on braking. They call say I need new front rotors, bearings and rear brake adjustment sounds about right and I probably needed it. Despite them being on the very high end for price, I'm happy thus far it it takes away the shakes. I authorize the work, 10 minutes later they call back, I need lower ball joints, kind of suspicious since they were replaced by the dealer I bought it from about 6 months ago but I just want the shakes to be gone and Seth seemed knowledgeable and the place has great reviews. I go to pick up the van, I inquire about the ball joints out of curiosity. Seth immediately takes me out to the shop and hands me a ball joint out of the trash. I can't feel any play but whatever, I don't really care as long as the van is good and maybe I would be able to feel some if it was still in the van and I had a pry bar. My main issue is there was only about a 50% improvement and the van still shakes more than when I bought it on braking. What would make it worth paying a premium for a shop to do the work is expert diagnosis the first time. I can replace all suspect related parts myself for a fraction of the cost. In summary, these guys will likely do the work they say, but may not fully resolve the problem. I have gone back to doing work myself outside of tires and alignment for the time being.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Brakes

Fellow women pay attention! If you need your car repaired, this is the only place to go! A locally owned Shop. And a vet. He's honest AND trustworthy. Every woman I've sent to him is Ecstatic. it's the one place we can go... and KNOW we will not be taken advantage of

I had an amazing experience at Monsoon Automotive they treated me with the upmost respect and did a great job on my Dodge Ram 1500 for all repairs! I had my AC, Clutch, Breaks and an Oil change all done and for a reasonable price. It s a locally owned and operated business so, you won t get joshed around with pricing and being pressured to fix items that have no need getting fixed. The owner Rick Becker was very accommodating, professional, honest and great to work with. Mr. Rick Becker takes pride in his business and it shows through his hard work and dedication to make the customer happy. I also, received a personal phone call from him about three days later to make sure that my vehicle was running properly and to make sure I was satisfied, and to see if I had any questions! I never received customer service from any other automotive company that I used in the past, like I did from him.I most certainly would go back for any vehicle repairs that are needed in the future and I would recommend this Automotive Company even to my own mother that s how good it is. Anyone that wants an HONEST job done on their vehicle must go to Monsoon Automotive, it s truly the place to go and it s comforting to know there is a vehicle repair shop that s actually reliable that the community can depend on.

I went in for a power steering belt adjustment yesterday and after looking it up online it said the job should have been about half hour to an hour long with a all together total of 150$ they held my car for 2 hours and charged me those 2 hours of labor. My total came to almost 300$ I'm sure that's how they make their money by screwing people over who are in desperate situations. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Great locally owned shop! Was in small accident and took my car in. Jerry helped out so much, working with me and my insurance and making everything run smoothly! Definitely recommend this place if you want an honest, reliable shop, this is definitely the place to go.

I've had both minor & major work done on my vehicle over the past few years. Definitely fair prices and when I say I need my car back to pick up my daughter they get it done. Highly recommend.

Rick and his team are great people. Monsoons provides an expeditious service at a great value. They are honest Mechanics that are extremely skilled which in my experience is hard to find. I will continue to drive across town wherever I have a need for work to be done on any of my vehicles whether it be an import/domestic, car, truck, van or anything with wheels and a motor.

Finding a great vehicle repair shop, with integrity, knowledge, and reasonable prices is a turkey shoot at best. There is no longer a need to look after my experiences with Monsoon Automotive. I have to admit that at first the appearance of the shop put me off. The organized chaos works for them. The personnel seem to have the correct tool for every situation. They know where it is and go right to it. The work is always excellent, and it shows on how well my high mileage older vehicle performs. I highly recommend Monsoon Automotive.

Took my truck in here to get the brakes done. They are by the book and honest. Told me about other issues with the truck that would be good to get fixed but also weren't imperative and let me decide with no pressure. Great place and nice folks!

Great service and friendly staff! They are very knowledgeable, honest, and very reasonably priced! They also give a military discount! I take my vehicles to Monsoon whenever they need repairs!

I had my 2000 Mercury Cougar worked on and I have found an honest and friendly company.They get 5+ stars from me. They have my car running like it was new again. I won't take my car anywhere else but Monsoon. The time they had it was reasonable and the staff were so kind and helpful.Thank you soooo much im a very happy customer. SALLY

Woman owner has very little manners. After the work was done problems arose such as and not limited to strange noises and electronic warnings going on and off. When I took it to a licenced specialist, he was surprised that monsoon automotive had done such poor workmanship. I asked why? He responded "I recommend them regularly when Im over booked"Im not looking for anything from monsoon. Sadly it was a learning experiance that I wish I could of skipped. No ill will, just telling my truth
