Let me begin by saying this is an amazing company! My ford explorer broke down on East i10, the driver showed up in no time. Got the car loaded with the most care I have ever seen. Gave me a ride to my house and dropped my car off perfectly in my parking space! You could not ask for a better service. The driver was one of the best I have seen in my life, fast efficient and very knowledgeable and polite! When my ford goes down again with it will it s a ford this will be the only company I will call! Thanks again

Attention, all drivers who have mechanical problem or towing problem. Do not try to come to this prison you guys will stack they will stole your money waste your time and they will treat you like enemy. They are liars. They are cheaters. They will charge your account and they will not fix your car or truck, I bring my truck for a small issue. It was air pressure low issue which they took three days on it and they charge me 1500 and after three days they told me there s nothing we can do about it and we have to charge our labor fee, but I told him this is not fair, they told me that they wouldn t let my truck to be out if I don t make the payment they didn t give me my key. My clothes in food would like in my truck and and I can Uber and I rent a hotel when I come on the third day they were keep telling me that we need this part we need this part, they are absolutely not Mechanic they are just rubber they will rip you do not even call for service because they are not mechanic they re not professional. I had a very small issue and they couldn t fix it so how they will fix your truck fix it by yourself you will be better than them, they will work in your truck. They wouldn t fix it but they will still charge you. Their labor fee is higher than others Mechanic. I had a really bad experience as a friend as a brother I m telling everyone a few guys read all the reviews before you guys even calling, you will be regret hundred percent sure I will picture and see and make the decision. If this is worth it for $1500 or night in at the end they let me go with you are worse than this. They make it worse instead of fixing it and specialy I want to mention your general manager, his name is Manny or Manville. and I really hate JOE because he broke another plug which cost me another problem so please do not even try to call them if you want to fix your truck or to your car or truck do not call them just do not call them

Great Service on the phone, except they told me it would be a 2 hour wait, cost was going to be $135. I ordered it. Called after two hours, told me to wait another 30 minutes. After 1 more hour I still hadn t gotten a call from the tow truck that he is on the way so I cancelled cause I found another one that could come immediately. It seems like they only have one tow truck driving all around Tucson, so I wouldn t recommend them if you re in a hurry.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Mobile Maintenance and Towing LLC that I feel compelled to share. While their initial response to my car breakdown was prompt, the subsequent events left me highly dissatisfied.The tow truck driver who assisted me was friendly and helpful, but the troubles began after the tow. It was never mentioned in the service agreement that the company had a policy against leaving vehicles at businesses overnight. Consequently, the next day, when I expected my car to be delivered to the dealership, it was nowhere to be found.Upon reaching out to Mobile Maintenance and Towing LLC, I was informed of an issue with authorization, which they promised to resolve and deliver my vehicle as soon as possible. However, the promised delivery time of 3 PM came and went without any sign of my car.When I called to inquire about the delay, the operator I spoke with was rude and dismissive. She insisted that my insurance company needed to pay the claim, despite the fact that I was dealing with a car warranty, not insurance. Frustrated, I explained that my vehicle needed to be delivered within 30 minutes or I would involve the police. Her response was shockingly unprofessional, suggesting that I should go ahead and do so.Reluctantly, I contacted the police, who intervened by contacting Mobile Maintenance and Towing LLC. It was revealed that the warranty had not yet paid for the delivery, a fact unknown to me until that point. Unfortunately, by the time the issue was resolved, the business had closed for the day.In desperation, I reached out to my warranty provider for roadside assistance the following morning. They informed me that my vehicle was being held due to storage fees that were never quoted in the original price. Apparently, the tow company decided to store it and then charged exorbitant fees. Moreover, they claimed to have attempted delivery to the dealership, but it seems they have a practice of not actually delivering and charging storage fees instead.After my warranty company paid the storage fees, Mobile Maintenance and Towing LLC assured me that my vehicle would be delivered to the dealership by 7 AM on the third day. As of writing this review, that deadline is only two hours away, and I m still awaiting the arrival of my car.My experience with Mobile Maintenance and Towing LLC has been nothing short of a nightmare. The lack of transparency regarding their policies, the unprofessional behavior of their staff, and the excessive storage fees have left me deeply dissatisfied. I urge others to approach their services with caution and consider alternative options to avoid similar frustrations.Service: Car towing

Recently my sister had to have her Model S Tesla towed from our property to the Tesla center. We were very anxious as there is a danger of harming the battery if handled incorrectly. We had a John B. come over from MM&T and my family was incredibly impressed with the professionalism and impeccable care he took loading the car. John was extremely thorough and treated our car with great respect as if it was his own vehicle. Even driving down the precarious driveway, he took his time. We kept his card and would definitely go through this company again for towing if the need arrives.I HIGHLY recommend MM&T.Service: Car towing

Our car died while driving up Mount Lemmon. It was 110 in the valley. We called AAA at 3:15pm. Expected the AAA tow at 5. 2x AAA cancelled the tow because they could not reach me where there was a bad signal. Mobile Maintenance was willing to take the job and got to us within an hour +. About 10 PM. The driver Juan, was so kind to a couple of melted people. He dropped us to pick up a vehicle and took the broken car all the way to our mechanic. Pleasure doing business with them.

Just had my car picked up by Gabe. It s a newer Charger with a very low profile front bumper. He made sure the bumper didn t scrape. Gabe was delicate with my vehicle, on time and professional at pick up.

This review is in regards to retrieving personal belongings from my totalled car. I realize that people also use this location to bid on vehicles but I cant say I have ever done so. The staff here was incredibly friendly and understanding. I just walked in with no prior notice, gave them my VIN, and they had my vehicle at the door within moments. I was able to retrieve everything I needed from the vehicle (making multiple trips from the vehicle to my rental) and no one rushed me at all. They gave me a orange vest to make sure I was safe in the yard and I got to keep it ( as a souvenir I suppose ) The process couldn't have been easier truly. Make sure to wear close toed shoes! And also be aware that your vehicles belongings may have been moved to the trunk and watch out for glass shards or bring gloves. I very much appreciate the staff here and the experience made a stressful time a little easier to weather.

Car was scheduled to be towed from a parking garage. Had a 3 hour eta. After 3 hrs, got a text that they were on the way. Then they canceled the tow. No call. No text to request if car could be moved. The dispatcher just canceled and left us to figure out a new plan. I called to say I could move the car to a more convenient pick up spot while driving a short distance on the rim. Asked if the tow truck was still near by. She said it was too late and I was just gonna have to figure something else out. What terrible service.

Great service and very responsive. Picked me up with a flat and dropped me at a tire store so I could get back on the road. Very reasonably priced as well. Thanks!!

Don t know what they re doing or what they re talking about. Came to test the battery and claimed the battery wasn t the issue. Had the battery tested elsewhere and it was in fact the battery. Wouldn t refund money for their incompetence.. Office is rude and unhelpful. Don t waste your time or money!

* * BEWARE * *If your roadside assistance says Mobile Maintenance and Towing, LLC (in Tucson, AZ) is going to be coming to "help" you..DENY their service...unless you want your vehicle (motorcycle, car, truck, RV, trailer, big rig, ANYTHING) totaled! Once they mess up your vehicle they will leave you and not care what happens! The owner, Lloyd Snoots, wants people to think he is a "stand-up guy" then hides behind rude employees while he's "out of town." Never once were we rude...even while watching them (for FOUR hours) destroy our motorhome's ability to ever drive again. We gave them a fair chance to make it right and they have chosen not to stand-up.DETAILS: We had an electrical issue that we think was the "fusible link" (for those in-the-know), so arranged for a tow (through ins) to get the motorhome to a mechanic first thing next the morning that could verify, and was probably going to just fix it ourselves.After waiting 5 hours, since the first tow company was late then canceled. We had a second tow company arrive at 1am... this is when the "in-training" (later learned) tow driver, incorrectly secured the motorhome causing it to get stuck, twisted, on the lift bar...where he then for 2 hours tried various, more damaging, techniques to free it before finally calling his supervisor to arrive. Who then for 2 more hours forcibly freed it. The majority of which is all on video or photographed.END RESULT: frame, radiator, transmission, and steering damaged and to top it off we were literally left at the mechanic's shop at finally 5am with 2 flat tires and a "sorry" with no information but a business card.We will see them in court! Everything is well documented. Video proof of the Driver and the Supervisor doing damage to our motorhome and admitting fault will be very hard to dispute. We aren't looking to "come-up" we just want things to be made right BUT also want to warn others, so you don't end up screwed over and stranded by this company!

Contracted with this company through insurance and they diverted the original driver delaying my service and then canceled my service without any explanation or communication whatsoever. Truly disappointing experience

They really helped a city slicker out today. Got my trailer back on the road again. Ended up having to saw a barbed wire fence post that was jammed into the trailer wheel area. Being way out of town without the tools, they really helped me out. Thank you.

Damage to tow truck they chained it by fuel tank damaging fuel tank chains placed under axle lifting and damaging axle yoke have photos and videos of it now refuses to deal with it and that driver almost running over a pregnant woman In the lot he raced bat out of hell into also striking tree to front window of his truck for info inbox for photos and videos great job no wonder why cowboyz rank higher

I needed a tow on a Sunday at 9pm, so I went through my insurance and this was the company they chose - I m so glad they did. The estimated pick up time was 60-90min but I only waited 30. The driver was very nice, and quick to drop off the car at the given location. Thank you for your help

Inexperience people, they don t know noting, so don t come and waste your time and money, my park break decreases the air, I came here they try to open the bold, they broke other part inside, 6 big people were around my truck but they couldn t find a place where the problem is, rather then the broke my part and charge me 500$ for noting

Do you want to be ripped off? Than this is the place to call.I was told that it's company policy to put a new U joint in after they drop the drive shaft. The driver showed me the empty bag he said the U joint came from. The next mechanic that looked at it showed me that the U joint had never been replaced.They charged me over $3000 to tow me 60 miles. A few days later another company charged me $750 to tow me 107 milesStay away from these guys

Had a great experience with Mobile Maintenance & Towing. John, the driver, arrived within 20 minutes and had my car loaded and moving shortly after. He was very respectful of it and made sure to accommodate for it being somewhat low. Would use this company again.

Attended a online auction purchased a vehicle I was sent a invoice for 2 vehicles. Went to there office provided proof I did not purchase 1 of vehicles they stated u can not use a phone to bid at auction but could not show me we re it says that in terms of use for auction. The lady at desk was very rude and not understanding at all. Would not do nothing to try and help me. I offered to pay for the more expensive vehicle even tho not the one I wanted. Was informed there was a $250 renege fee due for 2 car or I will be banned from auction. I ve been attending these auction 4+ years never a problem Until today. These people are very money greedy and don t care about customers

We were driving a 38 foot bus with 50 rescue dogs from Jalisco Mexico and one of the air-conditioning units on the bus quit blowing cold air during a serious heat wave We called everyone anyone could think of and no one could help us on a Friday afternoon. Finally someone suggested Mobile Maintenance. I called them and explained our dire circumstances to the very nice lady that answered the phone and they said bring the bus to us and we will try. They were so wonderful! They put a huge cooler blowing in the back of the bus for the dogs. Court and Dale knew right away what he issue was, got it fixed, recharged the ac system and on the road with a nice cool bus for these precious dogs! They are our save our life guys and we are so thankful! Really wonderful people

I have roadside assistance through my phone service and so I didn't choose this company myself but, if I'm given the option in future, I will DEFINITELY request this company!!The time frame given was predictable, one to two hours, Alfonso arrived within 30 minutes!!! I wasn't able to meet him there but he was able to hook it up without the key so he proceeded to load up and head to my place. Then my ride and I didn't make it to my house in time so he unloaded very neatly in the exact place we always park! He kept in contact with me every step and was super friendly. I only wish I had been here when he was finished, I definitely would have given him a tip!!! Thank you guys so much! This could have been a day ruining experience and you made it easy and pleasant!!!

Don t use them if you need your car towed because they ll never show up. My insurance company assigned them to tow my car at 1:45 with an estimated 2 hour wait. After two hours they updated to an additional 90 minute wait. An hour after that they cancelled the ticket and my insurance company had to assign another provider at 5pm. When I called the office to call inquire as to why they held onto the ticket so long the office staff was unprofessional and not apologetic at all for the time wasted. I contacted my insurance company to note that I do not want them assigned to any future towing needs.Service: Car towing
