I was helped upon arrival and my car was taken in for service immediately. It took 1 hour and 25 min from start to check out. Definitely the longest oil change I ve experienced. When I got in my car, my overhead sunglasses compartment was open. Not sure why that would be accessed to change the oil. Definitely not coming back.

Just left after getting an oil change and had a great experience. Jason at the front was very helpful and answered all our questions. Very personable and professional. This is where we will be coming back for additional services when needed.

I took my SUV in because it needed back brakes they were metal on metal. Jason at the service desk was very transparent and honest. He showed me the pads he took off of my car and recommended to replace rotors and of course the brake pads. Also the prices are competitive. I highly recommend!

Jason and all the staff were so professional, kind, polite, worked to get everything I needed in a timely manner. Great work, great price. Showed me exactly what was wrong. No shenanigans played here. Upfront and honest. They have a loyal customer for life here, as long as I live in Tucson, Arizona.

On the 15th of March 2024 I was driving from Hereford to Tucson. While on the loop coming around to Oracle a bolt fell out of the bracket for my front left break. It was making a crazy sound just as I was passing by Midas on Oracle. I pulled in and explained my situation to them. Thanks to Jason and Jacob they took care of me immediately, found the problem fixed it, checked all of my breaks, tightened up everything and I was on my way in 30 minutes. They didn't charge me a dime, but I still gave a $20. tip to the Mechanic. I give the highest recommendation to Midas and the staff/mechanics running it. You guys are Awesome. My 100-mile drive home was safe due to you all. Thank You so much.

Incredible customer service! They stayed late to finish my oil change, free inspection, and even search up coupons for me to replace my break pad! Super fast, educational, and nice people :) this is my new go to place, will definitely be coming back.

I really like this midas location. They have always been helpful with my oil changes and have never tried to upcharge me for anything unnecessary. They always explain what needs to be done and take you out to your car to show you as they explain. I've gotten my radiator, alternator, shocks, and other parts of my car fixed here. Jason and Jacob were very helpful and professional. They kept me in the loop about what my car needed, how long it would take, and they were very helpful in their explanation of what was going on with my car's radiator.

Best spot to get an oil change. The guys were super friendly, this was my first time in tuscan so they even gave me recommendations on where to eat. And before I knew it the oil change was done.

Gabe is a very good person. His candor is extremely good. I felt a warm welcome as I came in and he assisted me in a very professional manner. His techs are great people as well. His tech diagnosed my cars issue almost instantaneously. I recommend Gabe and the crew to anyone needing an honest and professional shop.

Don and Jason are all STARS!!! They both took great care of me.I actually had an appointment with meineke but I accidentally stopped in to MIDAS and I am surprised that the store took such great care of my truck on veterans day!!!

The front desk manager Robert has exceptional communication skills and treated all customers on the phone or in person with calm, honest, supportive help maybe 17 people?All done in the 90 minute waiting time.It was also impressive how all the employees worked professionally with each other and the number of people who called or walked in looking for services.I highly recommend the Midas on Oracle.Services: Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

BUYER BEWARE! They took advantage of my wife for not being savvy. They quoted her $1100 dollars on 2 Control Arms and 2 Outer tie rods, just for the parts. I looked up the parts from a certified vendor and all 4 pieces totaled to $150. They also wanted to charge her another $850 in labor for a 2 hour estimated job. These guys must be absolutely stoned.

I absolutely love this Midas. I come to this location for my oil change every time. They always take care of me in a timely manner and let me know of any issues they find. Both managers I have met will go above and beyond for their customers. I will highly recommend them always.

They did an excellent job. Very professional and straight to the point. They made quick and efficient work on my oil change for my car. I want to give credit to Robert at the front counter. excelente service best place totake youre car for servic oil change ..and other services the managers and crew great no complains prices are great yoj will be happy midas on oracle and fortlowell next to quick trip and la michoacana ice cream place..i do recondmend them my truck brakes are doing great now oil change was great honest place they even wend far and beyond and fixed my tire and even put my spare away with out not making bad faces or anything i was happy i never had a service like that before ..so for everyone that sees my reviews you need somtjing done on youre car midas on oracle and fortlowell..just say carlos recondmend you guys..be safe..
