Place was clean, staff was friendly, work was quick. Got an oil change, and was happy with the results. They sent an inspection report and nothing was wrong (what mechanic doesn't find something wrong? An honest one). Just a note (in case it's a pattern) my alternator died about 8 hours after I got the oil change, which was a bummer, but not necessarily related.Went back for the next oil change. Still friendly, love the inspection results they give. About the same price as everywhere else for synthetic.

Jim & Edwin at the 5744 E Speedway Midas were incredibly helpful on my Mercedes, and were really looking out for me to make sure I got good care. They both actually showed care to make sure everything was right with my car, and gave me honestly the best prices i ve ever seen in my last 4 years on the road. 10/10 and will definitely be back.

I was recommended here by my cousin who has had multiple things fixed on her truck and I'm glad she did. Jim, who answered the phone was friendly and had great customer service from the jump. Robert the technician who looked at my car, exceeded my expectations and really seemed like a genuine person who wants to help people. He took the time to explain things to me and allowed me to ask questions regarding my concerns. I highly recommend this shop and if you are looking for a truly great customer service experience, ask for Robert!

Midas on speedway has literally saved my car! From reasonable prices to amazing customer service- you can really tell these guys care about their people that come through! Jim helped me repair my tire after a BOLT got stuck in it! Free of charge! Highly recommend and won t be going anywhere else for my services!

Recently got 2 tires replaced, the manager was so incredibly helpful and gave me a great price. My car was ready in 30 minutes, highly recommend!

Jim is the best!! He went above and beyond while helping my girlfriend get her brake pads and rotors replaced. He took the time to show us what was damaged and explained exactly what would be done to her vehicle, and cut her a good deal as well. Jim even offered to give us a ride home, which was beyond kind. I would recommend this location to anyone, but especially to women who are wary of unfair pricing and generally being taken advantage of.

The gentleman that helped me out was Robert. He was more than helpful. Very delightful. I would want nobody else helping me except for him. Because of the work that they do and everything was done very satisfactory. I am going to go back with them on getting the rest of my car done

Jim herman!! Excellent guy, customer service is Excellent, knowledge about everything thing mechanical considered!! Would refer to anyone! If you need your vehicle fixed Midas on East speedway is the location to be ! I wouldn't dare go anywhere else!!

I went here because my window wouldn't go up or down. They told me it was the motor and they'd ordered a part that would take a few days to get there. So I waited. I came back, and they had ordered the WRONG PART! So I had to come back. The correct part took a few more days to get there. I came back, and they put the part in. 2 days later, I tried to use the window, and it broke AGAIN! So I went back AGAIN. This time they told me whoever replaced the shattered window (I had previously gotten the glass replaced) didn't do it right so I could no longer lower the window without it coming out of the mechanism (why they didn't notice that before or even offer to fix THAT I don't know) so I reluctantly left just happy that my window was no longer stuck down. THEN I realize a few days later that THE DOOR WONT OPEN! I WENT BACK A 5TH TIME! Only for them to continue with the excuses blaming the manufacturer for the door, going on about how it happens a lot. MY DOOR WAS WORKING FINE BEFORE THEY MESSED AROUND WITH IT! Now they're telling me it's gonna be another cost to get the proper part! So either I have to PAY MORE for them to fix THEIR MISTAKE or deal with not having that door open ever again. So now I STILL have a broken window AND A BROKEN DOOR! I will not be going back to any Midas anytime soon.

The new manager Jim is amazing. I ve had a terrible experience in the past at this location. But the new manager really took care of me and my vehicle. I recommend this location to anyone looking for minor or major repairs!

Fast and very friendly service. Not only do I have my oil change done with them but other services as well. And I must say I've two names that I remember the most are Jerome and Jim. Great guys, both professional and knowledgeable and patient to take time and explain what's best for my vehicle. I'm a DOORDASHER so I appreciate them keeping me safe on the road so I can continue doing my job, so thanks to the guys at Midas, the techs and everyone are awesome!!!!

I worked with Jim store manager just went in for a oil change and he did notice a problem with a leak from the water pump and did show me and offered to get it fixed but did tell him my husband can fix it he did offer programs for getting it fixed but declined the offer and it was nice that he was not pushy bc of being a women like a lot of people do very nice customer service will come back give Jim a kudos he deserves it

I've been coming to this location for a couple of years now and it's been awesome. Everyone I've had to interact with has been great. Most recently, Joe up at the front has been incredible. He's friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful. My car is running as smooth as butter after the work they did. They can get busy (like any other place) so, prepare accordingly. Highly recommend :)Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

Growing up in a mechanic shop I can say from experience Joe was great! I did a quick Google search after another place quoted me over $50 for a basic oil change and Midas was my first hit! Nice waiting room with magazines and they took their time making sure to let me know of some light repair work that I should consider. Assured me my car is doing ok and nothing major. They were nice and Joe was totally professional...kinda funny too which was much appreciated. Laid back atmosphere Recommend.

This is the 2nd time I visited this location. Each time, I've had great service. Jerome and the guys took care of mine and my boyfriends car. Jerome was super helpful and explained everything to detail. Was super friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate good service and will be back to this location next time I need my oil changed.
