Had to do a check up and a good amount of repairs on my Jeep Grand Cherokee.. These guys were very helpful and friendly. Most importantly they took time to explain issues, solutions, pros and cons etc. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking to get their car worked on.

Have been bringing my car in to Midas for a couple of years now. They re always super attentive and kind. They let me know when anything is going on with my car or they recommend repairs. I ve had a great experience and will continue to bring my car in.

The sheer professionalism and the friendly atmosphere at Midas make me feel like a valued member of their automotive family. Very good service. Another mechanic had told me I needed three things done to my car. I asked Midas to check it out and they said that it was not correct. So it saved me quite a bit of money. Thanks for being honest

Jeff and Bradley are absolutely amazing.Had my Civic serviced for the first time outside of the dealership, and happened to get an oil leak couple weeks later. They both worked very quickly and professionally to take care of it.

Had a fantastic experience here. The guys here clearly care about their customers. Had a lot more going on than an oil change, and though many of these places focus on upsales because that s their job, these guys were not like this at all. Worked out a great deal for me and truly could tell they wanted me safe. 10/10.

I had such a pleasant experience at this location in Tucson. I just moved to Tucson two months ago, and for my whole adult life, my car has been serviced by the same people at the same auto shop in my hometown in Iowa. As a single young woman, entering the male-dominated space of car shops can be unnerving, but that was not the case here. I immediately felt welcomed by Joe's friendly presence in the shop, and when Jeff came in, he gave me the same energy. I was able to connect with each of them due to their genuine and personable demeanors. They also explained things in a thorough yet NON-condescending way, which meant a lot to me as I don't know much about cars. I was so nervous to find a new auto shop after moving across the country. It is easy for me to say I will be bringing my car for all future services to this location. Awesome people and service here, really satisfied with the ease and time period in which they handled my car's services, while also having a friendly and happy demeanor in the lobby.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

READ THIS: Do not ! Finance with Midas they told me what was wrong with my jeep but it wasn't the main problem! Now doesn't run and I'm in the Hole $8000 and need to find a better more trusting mechanic. Here I come JEEP

Being new to the area means finding new providers for every service a person could need. Unfortunately, a couple of months ago, I needed a tire replaced right away. I stopped at the Tanque Verde Midas because it was close and open early.What luck! They were able to get a tire on my car and get me in my way. I decided to use them for non-dealer services and recently had scheduled maintenance since there. They were able to accommodate my schedule even though a couple of rescheduled appointments were necessary. It seems they have a very thorough inspection checklist they sent car owners to let them know what needs attention. They even made sure I'm not sure to renew my registration!I will continue to use those location for any service that doesn't need to be done at a dealership.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

This place has had my truck since 4/12/2021 got a quote and payed 04/15/2021 today is 07/27/2021 and it s still in pieces. They keep say it will be done soon week after week. Today I see that they are using my $900 oil pan for a kick stand. I just want my truck finished they haven t cared since they already have been paid. I wouldn t recommend them for big projects that are paid for prior to service. It s been 4 months almost I just want my daily driver back.Service: Engine repair

Had two of our cars in the shop today. They were in and out within a very reasonable amount of time. I really appreciated how communicative the staff was about their findings. They gave us an inspection checklist (via text) with details and photos to help explain what needs attention and how serious the items were. They also gave us quotes with options for payment plans. Unlike other shops, I didn t feel like I was being swindled or pressured. Customer service like that definitely makes them a shop worth holding onto. We will be back for some repairs in the near future.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Great service. Friendly staff. They seemed to be very diligent and wanted to get the job done right. The special they had was pretty impressive: oil change only for $20, and get a tire rotation on top for about $25. If your have a truck you will likely need some extra oil so expect the total to be $47 with tax. Make an appointment!Also,,,,,they do A Lot more than just oil changes!VictorB

The Tanque Verde location is the only place I take my vehicles for all services and routine maintenance. Jeff and the staff take customer sevice to a new level. So amazing, caring, friendly. They seem to go above and beyond to make sure customers are taken care of and not to leave you with questions regarding your vehicle. Love this place and would recommend your vehicle services to be done here. This is my third time coming here and they always do a great job. I really appreciate how they don't just check the codes. They actually do some real troubleshooting to get you what you NEED done. I explained that I was hoping to have my repairs done so I could be able to pick up my kids from school on time and they put two people on it so I was able to do so. Great group of workers and I trust them with my vehicles.

Jerome was so friendly and attentive. The whole staff had us in and out quickly- so quickly that we had time to grab a lunch with our friends in the area. They made sure to inform and educate us about the condition of our car and what to be looking out for in order to keep it in top condition. An overall great experience. I am very impressed with the service and overall customer experience. I scheduled a regular maintenance appointment yesterday and the gentleman on the phone was very polite. Today I came in late and I was accommodated, and finished in 45 minutes. The gentleman at the counter explained the issues thoroughly and patiently to make sure I understood. When I lived in Tucson, my girlfriend and I took both of our vehicles here for many oil changes and various repairs. They were always timely, did great work, and never over charged. Very reasonable friendly staff. I highly recommend their services to anyone in the area. Thank you so much!

Cory was knowledgeable and kind. I had a vibration when going 60+ mph and it turned out my weights were gone. My wheels were balanced and my car was parked out front before I could start playing my phone games. Great job Midas!

Recently had exhaust work done. Everything was done professionally, but I really wish they were clear on the total cost. I was quoted $61 each for exhaust tips which turn out to be $95 each and was not told the labor cost, cost was $349 total work plus tax was over $600. I called back the associate said he explained all the cost to me, which left me feeling like the dummy even though I was miss quoted on the price of the part. Any changes to price customers should be notified. Overall I m unhappy and I will take my business elsewhere in the future.
