They're honest because they hire real mechanics, and the service writers are good at translating mechanic-ese into layman's terms. They charge a bit more for labor then most places, but they back up their work with excellent quality. I've also learned that mechanics really like it when you supply your own parts because they enjoy their work, and nobody likes sitting around waiting for parts.

Honestly, Best place I have been to.. Been going there for years and I know I can trust them to do a great job. Cory, Jeremy and Leo are amazing and very knowledgeable. I recommend this Midas to my friends and family. Great and fast service!I went there for an oil and filter change + tire rotation check.Awesome punctuality and professionalism; my car was pulled up right away and was taken care of in the exact time frame they estimated at my arrival.

I got a great deal on an oil change, which took less than an hour. They also filled up my tires for free. Christian and Jeremy were very kind and helpful.

Charged me $308 per front strut assembly's. I found the exact part online for $170 a piece from O'Reillys and got them same day even!. Needless to say I'll be doing the work myself.

Outstanding customer service. I don t typically go to nor trust an auto repair shop. This group has always spoken square and found ways to keep me from spending money unnecessarily. Most recent was a brake job on my truck - a job I d usually do myself but I don t have access to my tools currently - they worked with me on to make sure the unexpected expense didn t break me. I would recommend this crew to anyone.Services: Transmission, Brakes

They will absolutely rip you off, lie about prices and try to charge you for unneeded repairs. I went to get the squeaking in my brakes fixed, they suggested all new brakes, routers and calipers. Didn t fix the problem. I went back 3 times and they tried telling me it was some other problem and wanted to charge me another $3500 to fix it. Took it over to Firestone and they fixed the problem within 10 minutes. Tried to contact Midas management/ customer service and they are an absolute joke. DO NOT GO HERE! I even have a video of the tech saying that he didn t take the time to even look at my car.

Watch out if you're a female this place only there to rip you off I was there for an oil change the focus on other things to charge me I had an ear bud missing from my vehicle their guy had it in his hand showing it to me like he found it somewhere else

What was supposed to be 2 hours for an oil change turned in to almost 4 hours. They are super nice and they try to upsell you but aren't pushy... This trip they didn't push anything but I think it's because I was grumpy it took forever. It sat in the bay for an hour and a half. Before they raised it then it sat another 45 minutes plus. Super frustrating.

Only had an oil change done. Personel were polite and helpful. Didn't receive the appointment reminder text/call I requested. The service took a little longer than expected and it didn't appear that I received a free check of my tires or brakes.

A great organization at the Ina location with Jeremy. Went in to get my oil changed and told the team my car had being having some issues. They went above and beyond providing a detailed inspection and helped me out without upselling or forcing my hand. Keep up the great work team!

Big shout out to the crew at Midas on Ina. I was driving through Tucson from Phoenix when the front part of my car broke down. I google searched nearby mechanics and Midas popped up. I drove over and they were able to fit me in. The customer service was great. Fortunately the job was minor and they did not charge me a penny!! I was shocked to say the least. They had me back on the road in no time. A big thank you Midas! You guys are awesome.

A pretty good experience! People were friendly right off the bat, offered free wifi and water. Also offered to put my new license plate on for me for free! Carefully went over what I need to do for car maintenance. My only reason for not five stars is I had to wait an hour and a half instead of an hour. But otherwise good experience and would definitely come back!

I ve gotten lots of work done here and so far it s all been great. They are always efficient and respectful and get the job done! They got to the bottom of my recent major issue with my Cadillac and did great on it. They have gotten my salvaged car to great health, and fixed my boyfriend jaguar up a good deal as well. No complaints and the financing option helps a lot!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Brakes, Oil change
