Staff quickly looked at my car and found the exact part using my VIN. He printed out info so I could get & install it myself. It was a dealer-only part, so Merle's isn't making any profit. Each customer is a priority at this store. Thank you so much!

Our company has been coming here for years and customer service is always hit or miss. Would rather answer the phone in the middle of helping you then letting the other employees not doing anything answer the phone.

Probably the most rude customer service personnel answering the phones. Perhaps it was too ok be expected if calling so close to closing. Is 25 minutes till too close? I ll not shop here if they can t even have any intelligence or customer service what good are you, thanks but no thanks!

I loved the people that work here. I was a vendor here and they always treated me nicely and with respect. All the staff here are awesome, dad bods are all over the place if you re into that Please stop by and tell them Bernard sent ya! Thanks to you all and best wishes in the future

I had to call to inquire about a battery for my pickup truck. As soon as I arrived Anthony came out and assisted me with testing it. Sure enough the battery was bad. He set me up with a quality battery helped me out every way that he possibly could and I'm very appreciative of all the guys over at merles

There thr best deal in town I called all over and they where the only one in town with my battery at a great price and no hassle and they even put my battery in for me wish I could give them 10 stars I know where to go next time.thank u to all the everyone that works very hard at Marle's

Merle's is almost the best. If they tracked your purchases electronically for warranty exchange I would consider five stars. The same with having a online parts lookup. The amount of time it takes for their employees to lookup parts, where the customer could (and I would prefer) would easily pay for the computer upgrades to do this. Prices, part availability, and customer service are great.

Got a part and the older gentleman who helped me at the counter was not fit for customer service. Just kind of angry the whole time like my presence was upsetting him. Talked to Will on the phone and he was great.

Merle's has all the parts and materials you need for all major makes and models. Even Autozone's and O'Reilly's parts that are "special order" parts Merle's usually have in stock and their prices are very reasonable.

They are friendly and reasonably priced. They are willing to work to find what I need for my car. This store is extremely busy, but they still provide individual attention.

If they see the part you're carrying at the door, they probably know what your vehicle is . If it's not on the shelf it'll be there before u can finish a Wendy's coffee. THEY Rrrr the PROFESSIONALS. I pass many other places to save time & frustration.
