This is the best parts store because of the friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff.I had worked with 4 other parts stores and one hardware store after I had problems with parts I bought that are guaranteed for life, but I didn't plan for 2 of the 6 ignition coils to go bad in 2 months.I was treated poorly by each place like the problem was the fact that I did the work. I'm female! I thought those days were over.I know a lot more now and only wished I went to Merle's first.They are all professionals working in a big clean shop.I was treated like a customer who needed some troubleshooting without treating me poorly.I was treated with respect!I trust them and Tom really helped me the most explaining where to go with bigger jobs when I asked, and better lasting parts. I valued his knowledge and they won me over from the other parts stores.Great business with quality parts doing things with excellence!

All the people working there are amazingly knowledgeable about every part I asked them to get for me. And they are courteous. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my auto parts and I've been going there for 50 plus years

Great place. Certain life changing events made it so that I needed to visit Merle's. I was recommended this place. Richard Sertich helped me, with his over 40 years here I told him what I needed and in no time he had all of it for me. He even put my windshield wipers in for me. Super nice, polite and knowledgeable. These are a bunch of hard working guys. Two thumbs up, definitely!!!

These guys have a great selection of parts and wonderful depth of knowledge when it comes to all things automobile. They help me with my air compressor fittings. Thank you guys I appreciate it.

I've used merles for all my auto parts needs for decades nice to see all the same faces for decades. But since they have been bought out delivery and parts availability have declined greatly and sad to see so many new faces because must people are leaving the new company.

I tried to find some parts for my travel trailers drum brake with no luck. This place had to go to their warehouse to get the parts, but an hour later I have the parts I need! The price was half what other auto parts stores quoted and instead of one of each part, the bags had 4 of each part! Now I have backups and I am one happy customer!

Merles is an excellent automotive parts store. If they don't have what you need in stock, they will get it from another store in a timely manner. Great customer service with knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful employees!

I typically don't write many reviews, good or bad. However, the last experience with the 22nd street store, sticks in my craw. Every time I drive by there, i tell my self I'm going to write a review on them. i walked up to the counter and was there for what seemed like 20 min without anyone even saying 'I'll be right with you' . I just needed a gas cap. There were 3 people behind the counter, 1 on the phone. 2 looked up at me and went on with what they were doing. Frankly I'm used to parts counter people being rude, by they took it to a new plane. Maybe they have improved, I'll never know. Been doing my biz with online folks ever since.

Rich at this location is one of the most helpful salespeople in the auto parts industry. Very knowledgeable! Reminds me of the days when you went to the parts store just to say "HI". I don't discount the rest of the employees knowledge , because all there are very helpful and pleasant

First place I call for all of my parts. Merle's is a fantastic store that offers multiple choices for parts. Parts are usually in stock however they will ship directly from the warehouse if not. Don't forget to check out they drags they now sponser!

Thanks to all the Merles staff today for taking so much time to look for a smallish bolt. Three or four different staff assisted in finding it no other customers were neglected.And thank you Darcy for all your help.

You would think if they say the part is there that they would check before you get off phone. Just relying on computer isnt enough. Have to take time to make sure it's there before custumer drive 45 minutes one way to get parts. That why they send the failed parts mechanic to the 22nd store cuz they are the worst employees of the company. Unbelieveable waste of my time.

Merle's automotive supply all around I got to say that they're good company they treat their customers very well and if they don't have the lower quality product and stock they're always willing to make it so where you can afford even their higher quality products so I give them A plus rating

If you have a shop they will help you with defective parts they will reimburse you for money spent on labor that the customer wants back if you buy a part at Merles take it to the shop it's not covered under the warranty because you did not let the shop make a profit on you and the part that you bought this is especially true of Brake Max even though you spend a ton on labor a lot of the parts from Merle are rebuilt and it doesn't look like they go through QC Department

Called, was very specific on part, ordered parts to be delivered in 2 hours. Drove 1 hour, arrived, part no where close to the correct part. Not even for the part of the vehicle I clearly explained in detail and repeated.

Guys here are RUDE and don't acknowledge you when you walk in (at least with me) they pretend to be extremely busy! I hate coming here for that, but the quality of parts is excellent

The most helpful auto parts store. They have everything or can get you anything. Now they've moved to the other side of the street. Cleaner and brighter.
