I couldn't figure out how to change the battery in my key fob. The gentleman at the service counter was fantastic in under 5 minutes he replaced the batteries in both and fixed the button on one of them. Understand people this thing has secret buttons and sequence to open them and he could probably do it with his eyes closed. He made my day. Thank you! UPDATE: 3/12/24 - decided to take my Mercedes in because it was taking two times of turning the car over to start and the AC wasn't blowing on the driver side. So far so good AC is ice cold. Colder than it's ever been. They replaced the fuel pump and so far I haven't had to start the car twice but I just got it back. But I trust that this fixed it. Thank you David Layton for your patience. And thank you service team for your work. UPDATE: 4/10/24 - Another visit to get lower ball joints replace and alignment done. Another spectacular job! I want to give a big thank you to David Layton and the Service Crew at Mercedes Benz of Tucson. I will always return and thank you so much!

Took my car to get serviced and get a coolant leak fixed at Mercedes of Tucson and everything was taking care of with excellent service. My service agent Lucky was very helpful and kept me informed and up to date with what was being worked on. The entire staff that helped me were all awesome and friendly.

David and Jarret, treated me like family! They are both very pleasant to work with. They made my auto purchase very easy and went above and beyond in explaining everything through out the process. I did not have to spend much time at the dealership, because I already knew what I wanted. They never pushed me to purchase products, but did recommend in a way that I did not feel they were pushy and once I saw the value and ended up buying more than 2 products. David connected my phone to my Bluetooth and made sure to show me some security features, Jarrett called me the next day after signing to let me know he was able to get me a better APR. Thank you both for all of your help and consistency during this process!!

I had a scary diagnostic issue in my Sprinter RV as we were traveling from our home in California towards Arizona. I called these guys and they were calm, knowledgeable and able to book me right in so when I arrived in town I was able to drop the van with the straight away. They were very accommodating, and ended up finding out that my problem was actually covered 100% as a warranty repair. They had be back in the road in a couple days. I am very impressed and grateful.

I called to check on availability of parts for a vintage vehicle I'm working on. Spoke to Jason who was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and helpful. A real asset to his company.Just as aside, my daily drive is a 1993 300D with the 2.5TD. 257K miles on the clock although the odometer hasn't worked for 4 years. No major problems. That's a quality motor.

Exceptional purchasing experience with Carolina. She is very knowledgeable about all Mercedes models. She patiently and clearly explained the various vehicles. Her fact based approach combined with astute listening skills, helped guide us through the decision making process. She owned our experience from the initial test drive through the delivery of our GLE. Carolina cared about truly finding the right model and specific car for us. We never felt pressured. She was completely transparent during each step of the purchase process. We could not be more happy with our GLE. Highly recommend Carolina if you are looking for a highly knowledgeable sales representative who genuinely cares about her customers!

Such a great dealership. Service advisors are so nice and accommodating. Always good snacks and refreshments for customers waiting on vehicles being serviced. Although there is only one Mercedes dealer in Tucson, these guys are the greatest.

I guarantee you, my purchase on Feb 2nd, was probably the least expensive sale your dealership closed...and you all made me feel like I just bought the priciest car on the lot!! The service that Brandon provided me was one of the top five purchasing moments of my life...and I worked retail management for 25 years. I'd be trying to steal him from you if I still was in the profession. Not only did he follow through in timely manner with all my calls and texts, but he gave us a safer and more pleasant route to take to the dealership on our drive in from Goodyear. The purchase closed with one of the smoothest transactions I could've ever imagined (remember the days of it taking hours to buy a car?!) including an awesome dinner recommendation before our journey back north. Trust, honesty and good old common sense are fleeting nowadays...NOT at Mercedes of Tucson. Whatever automobile they can help a guest drive away with will most likely be delivered with no less than this level of care and efficiency.

I had an issue with my Mercedes me connect services. I scheduled the service (in which they had to keep the car at least 24hrs to diagnose properly). I thought I'd have to rent a car, but they had an Uber pick me up, take me home, AND when my car was ready to pick up... do the same. I am VERY impressed with this, along with the professionalism that Kayla Diaz gave me from the time I first made contact, along with everyone I happened to pass while there! GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! When it's time for maintenance to be done, they'll be the ONLY ones touching my car!

I am giving two stars because Brandon Gates was extremely helpful at the beginning of the sales process. The rest of the situation was nonsensical.I contacted dealership about a certified GLE and Brandon was very responsive and helpful. I had plans to fly down and see the car before having it shipped up to Seattle. I didn't hear back from Brandon until 3pm the following day, so it was too late to adjust travel plans. He was going to be out of office, and handed me over to Carolina, who was clearly very busy. She was ok, but not as responsive as Brandon had been.The momentum died, and I let it go, and continued to look for an alternate car, closer to home. 2 weeks passed, and the car was still listed. I reached out to Carolina to schedule to come down and see the car in 48 hours. Dealership refused to waive the $1000 non-refundable deposit required to hold the car. I was willing to pay refundable deposit, or they could have held the car as a good will gesture seeing that I was flying in and already had the loan approval in hand. They chose to do neither. This silly decision has soured my interest in this car and this dealership. Someone cares that they treated a potential customer like this. I was just unable to find that person.

My service representative Mr. Luechtefeld was courteous efficient and discussed in detail what was needed. He assisted me in completing the work and other details that I requested. I enjoyed working with him. He provided excellent follow up as the work was being completed.

I was traveling in my sprinter camper van through Tucson when some unexpected issues came up. Just a couple of days before Christmas, Kyle was able to fit me in to address and work out the issue the same day. And amazingly it was all covered under warranty. I ve dealt with multiple MB dealerships for sales and service, and none have been so kind and easy to work with as my Tucson sprinter service experience. Thanks!

We saw a 2024 GLE on line that was available at the dealership, contacted David Dudych whom we knew from a previous purchase, asked details about the vehicle, he gave us price and details via message, we even did numbers with him to see if a trade-in was favorable. I Asked to come in to the dealership on Saturday to close the deal, and for him to have everything ready. We arrived at the dealership and in less than one hour I was driving the car to my house. Speedy and courteous service!. Highly recommended!

I have a 2015 C300 which I had serviced by other reputable service companies that saved money. Then I had a issue which made those savings look very little and they were charging me what ended up being 80% more for the fix. Mercedes stepped up with a subsidy along with Chapman Mercedes Benz and did a tremendous job. No more, Chapman will service my car going forward as they go to bat for you. It is worth the little extra and have peace of mind that they will do you right.

Jesus did a great job helping my wife pick her new Mercedes. (He is a very patient man.) The process from beginning to end was very easy and Jeff and Jarret were just as professional and helpful as Jesus. Nice car buying experience for a change.

Not the service level this dealership used to be. Had our Mercedes in for service & to run diagnostics. Car had same issue a week later, got run-around excuses on why it wasn't handled the first time around. After over 4 hours of personal time running back/forth to the dealership, the car was returned (issues fixed). This was after over 6 phone calls to the dealership to understand what was going on. However, the windshield was supposed to be replaced & it was not, even though we were told a week before the car was brought in, "No problem, we have everything we need from your insurance company - we'll get it done." Now a third party is supposed to come to us to replace it - which is fine as long as it gets done. We had one phone call assuring us we would be taken care of.Since that call - NADA - no follow-up. So we're back to having to make multiple phone calls to follow-up on the windshield, which has to be calibrated for all the special Mercedes sensors. Not a job any windshield service can handle. We'll easily have over a dozen phone calls and a ridiculous amount of personal time invested in this before everything (hopefully) is completed. Not the level of service I expect from Mercedes.

We were so impressed with this dealership. Our salesman, Diego Durame, was patient, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the two days of looking at our potential purchase. He provided phenomenal service and was very attentive throughout. Jared in the finance department was also very friendly, efficient, and helpful and nobody pushed us to buy anything we didn't need or want. Would highly recommend.

The service agent was thorough with his report of the inspection findings with reasonable recommendations prior to starting the actual work on my car for what it was brought in for. He was very quick in updating the mechanic to check on my problematic headlights despite the car was all ready to be picked up. He was very professional in conveying the price for fixing the headlight & honest enough that the charge would only be half since the right headlight was ok.

We had a troublesome issue with our camera system. Our service tech did a great job finding and fixing the issue. Our service advisor, Lucky Luechtefeld, kept us informed. We appreciate the great service we get from Lucky and at Mercedes-Benz of Tucson.

Bought a new g63 cardinal red bought the paint pertection that was never app�ied but they did charge for it now i have water spots on my paint.they are not wanting to repair my paint. Dont recomend buying a car from them

Grateful to our Service Advisor, Lucky, who went above and beyond to help us with an small but important issue. There was a small lost clip that impacted the functionality of the convertible top on our car. Lucky told me to just come by. He figured out what was needed and fixed it right then and there. Talk about exceptional customer service!

Mercedes Tucson service shop is one of the best among other service shops I ve been to. And Shawn is the best advisor. I m impressed with the clean work space and prompt attention of the service staff. You can see through the large windows how the technicians work on your car.
