My oil change with the tire rotation and other system checks took approximately a hour. Staff were professional, friendly and informative. I used a Groupon for the oil change but they did find other items that needed to be addressed immediately. The vehicle has 16500 miles so I felt that it was too early for the suggested other services. There was no hard sell and I can recommend them as a reputable business.

My engine was overheating and I took it to Meineke on East Broadway. The initial fee was around $90 for engine cooling diagnostic, which I agreed to pay before they began. The same afternoon, I got a call from Adam, the store manager, who advised me that they had narrowed the cause to either the head gasket or the heater hoses on the firewall. They needed to charge me an additional hour of labor for the firewall inspection, which brought the total to around $160. I agreed to the new charges, and the following day, Adam called to tell me the inspection was complete and had netted no findings. They recommended the replacement of the engine for around $9,000 or the replacement of the head gasket for $11,000. The car is older, so I decided against the repairs and collected my car, paying the full charge, including the additional hour of labor.We continued to drive the car for the next couple of weeks while we prepared to purchase a new vehicle. One afternoon, I pulled into the driveway, and when I got out, I noticed a heavy coolant smell. I popped the hood and looked around. I first focused on the head but found no evidence of leakage, which should have been obvious given the strong smell. I then checked the oil to look for leaked coolant and found none. Then, I noticed the heater control valve shooting a heavy stream of coolant upward, where it was absorbing into the firewall insulation. For the uninformed, the heater control valve is connected to the hoses that enter the firewall; the same hoses I was charged additional labor to inspect.I bought a new heater control valve from Auto Zone for $20, and installed it myself in about an hour. The car has been on the road for over a year, with no problems. Whether the ultimate cause of this problem was corruption or incompetence, this is not the place for any significant automotive maintenance or repair.

Had oil change and other fluid and brakes, and more looked over. The owner and employees are courteous, helpful, and efficient. Try them out if this is your neighborhood or looking for warm diplomacy and to the point detailed explained. Happy Holiday's to all.

They were very welcoming and helpful. Had a nice waiting area. Had beverages to enjoy a while. The oil change was being performed.The oil change took a little longer than I expected. They went into detail a lot, but overall enjoyable experience.

The lead technician/mechanic (Patrick) at this Meineke location had a tough problem to solve involving the computer systems of this car after a "friend" of one of my daughters had tinkered with it in ignorance and caused serious problems.But Patrick persisted and not only solved that problem but went above and beyond the "call of duty" to solve another problem I hadn't known about.I highly recommend this facility and am totally pleased with the communication, patience and skills of each of the three people there (Adam, Patrick and Tyler) with whom I communicated.

This team was amazing! I had completely destroyed my engine and the Mieneke crew was able to help me navigate not only the repair process but working with our insurance as well. Far from an ideal situation that in the end was resolved in a stress free manner. Took the vehicle home and it was perfect!!!! Met some great people in the office and the tech was thorough & fun. Its important to me that I dont just get service where I go, I love to make relationships with people. These guys did that. Great conversation, and quality work. Equally important. Highly recommend.

I gave two stars because the staff was friendly. Great people. However. It took 2+ hours to do an oil change which I understand things happen. But then I was sent a list of very unnecessary work that totaled almost 3000.00 to add or decline which I declined because who can afford that in this economy. People just want an oil change and get out. Not to check that unnecessary other work. Seemed like they were trying to get money out of me. I just can't afford that. A lot of the work they suggest is unnecessary.

Tech was thorough, he never worked on an '84 Landcruiser.Only possible issue is the Invoice shows 7.4 qts. of oil added, when the sump & filter require 8.4 for a drain and refill.Will be calling about this.

Great team at the E. Broadway location; competent, skilled technicians, great customer service, and good overall atmosphere.I always appreciate how transparent they are with pricing and service info; the use of mobile/digital tools to share this information with customers is an added bonus as well. Also, the team has consistently completed work earlier than scheduled/projected, which is always welcomed.Location regularly partners with Groupon and other local promotions for offers on oil changes and other maintenance work, but even without those, between their regular pricing and Meineke direct coupons, it's very competitive to other shops in town...Overall, highly recommend this whole team to anyone on the Eastside (or otherwise) in need of quality automotive support...Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Came here through Silverrock, for warranty coverage, they inspected and dealt with issue that I came in to have looked at. Very friendly, and kept you informed of what was going on with vehicle. They send photos and point out what they are talking about and or concerns. Dealt with Silverrock so not having to deal with repair shop and company for warranty. They made my experience with them very comfortable, they explained what they found how it would effect the truck and what needed to be done what will need to be done..

Location on Broadway and Kolb. Fantastic customer service. As a woman I have never felt comfortable going into any type of body shop. They made me feel extremely comfortable, and confident that I was going to get the best service. they did just that. I went in for an oil change. They gave me a list of things that needed to be taken care of on my vehicle. I was in and out of there. very fast but very efficient.Service: Oil change

The only mechanic I will go to! Everyone here is extremely helpful, accommodating and personable. They have been able to work with my rough work schedule and deadlines for when I need my car back. Don and Adam are the two who typically call and it s always been friendly and informative. I get updates every step of the way and always get my car back better than ever. 10/10 recommend

We moved to Tucson from Phoenix where we had reliable and trusted car service from a Meineke shop there. Unfortunately, the Meineke shop on Broadway is different and suspect. With the oil change, their recommendations for immediate service totaled well over $1,000. With some checking, we determined that the recommended work is not required now and much less expensive at several other locations. We won t be using Meineke in Tucson unfortunately.Service: Oil change

My wife and I recently relocated to Tucson from Hawaii. We were out and about and my 2016 Jeep just stopped working. No electrical at all. We were able to get a jump to get it started, but I couldn't turn it off without a jump. We called our insurance to get a tow and the insurance company was going to tow our Jeep to this Meineke; however, it would be 2-3 hours for the tow. Since we were able to get it started again with a jump, we called them directly and let them know we were on the way. We talked to Adam who stayed with us since our first contact until we made it to the shop. Donald and Adam took absolutely great care of us, listen to the symptoms before running some diagnostics before coming to the conclusion it most likely was a bad battery. They were able to take is in right away, ordered the battery and got us back on the road in about an hour. This was probably the best experience I have had with a auto maintenance shop. Patrick, Donald and Adam are absolute masters at their craft and we just wanted to say THANK YOU for getting us back on the road, talking to us like we were normal people so we could easily understand what happened, and providing some great advice for some follow on maintenance.v/r-Mark & Dianne!Service: Auto battery maintenance

They are always helpful, they get the job done on time and with reasonable prices! just watch out for their normal inspection they do to try to sell you things based on cars mileage... Say if you replace your own air filter recently they'll look at the mileage and still recommend to replace the air filter which I don't blame them on because that's kind of how business works, either way they are super friendly and funny 12/10 best shop I've worked with

Very poor service. One star is because I can't leave zero. The wait was at least an hour and a half even with an appointment. I'm sorry to see the decline in service as I've been coming here for several years.
