I went into Meineke to get an oil leak fixed. They found my timing cover was cracked. So they replaced my timing cover. The invoice was $1500.00 plus dollars.I took my vehicle home and it continued to leak oil. I took it back to have them do the warranty work. They smeared silicone all over the outside of my engine to try to attempt to stop the leak.After seeing what they did to resolve the leak l didn't have any confidence in their ability to do it right the first time, or do a proper job on their warranty work.I took my truck to another mechanic and discovered why it was leaking. Meineke cut the gaskets off my valve covers and filled the gap with silicone. A non industry start repair.I contacted Meineke to show them the repair they did and they told me they are NOT going to pay to have it fixed because it had been over a year and the warranty was expired.This is after l had went in to have it fixed under Meinekes warranty. They also told me this Meineke was under new ownership and the were NOT going to stand behind the work the previous owners had done.Go anywhere but Meineke, their warranty is worthless !!! Their work is sub-standard !! Now l'm stuck with A $1200.00 repair bill after having paid them $ 1500.00 plus dollars !!

Hey, thank you for fixing the 15 Elantra. So far so good on the transmission.Job was done ahead of schedule. I noticed the rain marks on the vehicle . But I was back on the road in less than two weeks. As long as you re covered through friends or family or by your own by having a second vehicle, just give them the time. They ll get the job done asap.

I'm sure they did the best they could, 11/2 hour window motor, turned out to be 7 hour of waiting, the manager couldn't find the time to get out of the office to ask me if I needed anything. The workers, Couldn't get off their cell phones. They were slow however there is always something to do. I wasn't the only disappointed customer there were 2 others. My advice to future customers is beware take their estimates and go to another shop.

Got me on the schedule quickly and when I showed up for my appointment they took my truck in immediately and did an excellent job. They even brought an urgent need to my attention and were able to handle that as well. Friendly courteous staff and professional mechanics. Labor rate was even fair. The staff at Meineike car care center was kind, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable.They had my car in and out in a timely manner and explained everything in detail so I understood exactly what it needed and what they were doing to fix my issue.

I am ecstatic about the service I received here! The mechanics did excellent at diagnosing and repairing my shocks based off of a sound I was hearing. I have a VW and usually have to wait for parts, but this is the FIRST shop to give me the option of picking up my car while the parts came in. This was huge and gave me faith that they are really doing right by their customers.Was referred to this shop by my extended warranty and plan on continuing as a customer here. Shout out to Julia, Bobby, and Doug for their patience and excellent communication!

North Oracle location was awesome with replacing my front bumper and driver's side headlight. They're even going to polish the other headlight so it's not all grungy looking anymore.

One of the best experiences I ve had when it came to getting my car serviced. I forgot the young lady s name that checked me in, but she was amazing she went above and beyond to make sure I and my car was taken care of. Had a rough trip from LV to Tucson. Took my truck in for an inspection. They saw me right away and went above and beyond to address and fix the problem. Highly recommend this shop, very professional and knowledgeable.

Originally went in just to have air conditioner recharged, thankfully we did because turned out our car was unsafe to have been driving. Bobby, the manager there and his crew have been ABSOLUTELY wonderful and amazing. Couldn't thank them enough for the service they have been providing for us. I 100% recommend taking your car here if you need anything done. Sadly, I have to change my previous review to a very negative experience. After installing a new a/c system, and a new alternator, my car battery still will not hold a charge. My car was running fine when I took it in there for a/c repair. Now, after several attempts to fix the problem, and a whopping $1500 bill, my car is still not able to hold a charge. They obviously damaged something during the a/c installation and don't know how to fix it. They told me I needed to take it somewhere else. So now, I still don't have a running car and this $1500 bill. I have tried several phone calls and emails trying to sort this out and no response from them. They were very nice at first, but now they are just ignoring me. I really just want a refund.Services: Auto A/C recharge, Auto A/C replacement

I was able to make an appointment online in less than an hour. Shop was friendly, diagnosed the issue quickly. Fix was reasonable for what was required. Very happy overall.I needed AC flush/refill and both valves replaced.Services: Auto A/C recharge, A/C installation & repair

Not the quickest place to simply get an oil change from. Took over 2 hours and there were hardly any cars there. It s nice they diagnosed my car, but most of it wasn t necessary and not needed as urgently as they stated. Decent coupon and pricing but will most likely go elsewhere next time.

Bobby && his team at Meineke are the ABSOLUTE BEST !!!! Bobby himself is all around AMAZING at what he does on top of that he knows his stuff. Him && his team have gone above && beyond to help us && our car Mitsy. They are reasonably priced && Bobby won't steer you wrong. 3 hours for an Oil change is absurd. Not only that, while inspecting my breaks that I told them I had just done myself, had cross threaded one of my lug nuts and bolts and came and told me I had done it while working on my breaks. Every lug on my truck was able to be hand tightened to the wheel when I tightened them back down. They charged me for them under protest. I explained to them how rediculous that was. And the person working the desk said well at least I m not charging labor to replace parts they broke.DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR ANYTHING.the mechanics were hoursing around in the shop and see unprofessional. The front office seems disorganized.This was a mistake I will not make again.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

I appreciate Doug and his staff taking the time to diagnose my car correctly the first time. I had a number of problems, brakes, transmission, exhaust, ac, and he provided me a detailed list of each problem with pictures and details and let me know what needed to be done and what should be done.I gave him the okay to get work done and was more than kind to work with my on paying the total amount. My experience with other repair centers has not been as positive where they just want to get me in and get me out where Meineke listened to my request and took the time and care to get it done right the first time.Thank you Doug and staff!

Came to them when I needed help with my vehicle.. Julia is very friendly and Don is awesome.. he found my horn was un-attatched an very touchy.. will keep coming to them.. they don't treat you like your dumb an have a great sense of humor.. thanks guys, really do appreciate you..

Terrifying horrible experience. Employee named Doug chastised me in front of customers in waiting because I tried to use Groupon that was expired. Didn't help or give me a solution. When asked for him to please try code he said see didn't work and wanted me to go back to back deal to prove he was right. He even at one point said I was wasting his time too. Beware of this location on North Grant in Tucson. I hope management will address this issue. Severely disappointed and slighted.

First off the staff working at the location are great people.The problem I had was i purchased a Groupon for a full synthetic oil change with oil filter.After arriving I was told there was an additional 50$ charge for extra oil and a premium charge for the oil filter which ended up being 50$ on top of the Groupon.

I will never come back here again!!! I've been going to Meineke for many things and even have their credit card. I was told by Doug it was to late to take my coupon told me I should of told him last time they took it when I paid. He said he couldn't fix it!! I was very upset with him. I hope it was worth losing a customer for $10. He told me it's not worth this for an oil change I'm already overpaying for he told me then I should go somewhere else!!! Took my car for service. I was on a long trip and it was running rough. The techs spent days trying to replicate the problem and went thru the entire car. Since they couldn t find anything to fix, there was no charge. Amazing.Service: Vehicle InspectionService: Vehicle Inspection

So I definitely feel compelled to write a review here. I was forced to use Meineke since they are contracted with my warranty. I went in for brakes, and tires. I dealt with JD and he noticed my rotors need replaced as well and even had me see for myself that they were grooved. He got it added to the claim and was very helpful. Honestly, I was a little scared after reading the reviews here. Anyway, they did one thing that I feel is paramount in this business which is under promise, over deliver. They told me my car would be ready at 5, but turned out to be ready at 2:30. My car was in the shop over night and I was called twice with updates so I didn t have to wonder. The whole experience was good and these are hard working guys trying to make a living. Please give them a shot and try to remember that reviews are a product of a bad experience more than good and often times that is the anomaly, not the norm.
