Absolutely great experience! Had two vehicles windshield s replaced at the same time. Best price I found in Tucson for a reputable company. They were able to get to it the same day. The installer was extremely professional and friendly! Would highly recommend Max Auto Glass for any window repair or replacement!

Replaced my windshield in 1 hour at my home address. My car requires new exterior molding and brackets. These were provided and instructions for a waiting period to drive the car to ensure the windshield had time to set properly. Very friendly and efficient crew did an excellent job. Would recommend for others to use their services.

I had a great experience with Max Auto glass. I was able to get an appointment to replace my windshield quickly, they came right to my house and replaced it in less than an hour, and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Director, Scott, took care of us in a top notch manner. Scheduling issues arose and they immediately accommodated. Best customer service I ve had in years amongst any industry. While also doing a great job on our car window they removed recent sap to prevent erosion. The extra care and attention was much appreciated. Would recommend to anyone, ask for Scott.

I am very happy with Max Auto Glass - Extremely happy. Andy, the technician that came to my home this morning communicated very clearly when he was on his way, he was punctual, and he was extremely professional. He replaced my windshield and showed me where the previous company made errors which is why I was getting wind sound Inside the vehicle. He told me he would transfer my car wash barcode sticker to the new windshield and I wouldn t even notice. He was right. I also thank Wendy and her colleague (forgot name, sorry) for processing my claim, scheduling and communicating with me, and ultimately taking care of my issue with a very high level of professionalism and high quality of service. I will definitely continue to use Max Auto Glass!

Man, where do I begin!I m an auto transporter, and had a vehicle get damaged along my way. Called up, and Scott answered the phone. When I tell you this guy goes above and beyond the call of duty. Ordered my parts on a Saturday, had me ready to go Wednesday before lunch. I was on a really tight schedule, and Scott made it happen, at a very veryyyy reasonable cost. He s got multiple locations in the area!!! Don t take my word for it though, go see for yourself! Thanks again to Scott, his team, and everyone in billing!

Service was quick, accurate and professional. I had a dash cam mounted that I completely forgot about until 15 minutes into the technician s replacement. I figured I d have to remount it, but Anthony reattached the cam back to its original orientation. It was a nice touch that I didn t expect, but maybe that s just me. Regardless, it was really awesome and I highly recommend these guys!

Wendy was efficient, caring and extremely helpful. She helped me deal with my insurance company and due to a tine crunch on my end, sent out a technician fast! The technician was professional and considerate of my time crunch. Definitely recommend!!!

Excellent service! Their glass tech arrived on time at my location and had the job done in half an hour. Helping make arrangements with the insurance company was great. Everything went just like it was supposed to. Highly recommended!

The windshield glass replacement went very well. The Brake Max mechanist found that my windshield glass damage. They get me connected to Auto Glass person. We then made appointment and everything went very smoothly. I really appreciate.

15 minutes after getting a bad rock chip that immediately had a half inch crack streaking out, I was in their lot getting it repaired. The 2 previous calls would have me wait 3+ hours. SuperTech fixed it so well we didn't really see where it had been. He also smelled antifreeze which saved a future repair as I filled it up right there.

Great service from start to finish.The technician met me at a BrakeMax that s closer to me.Front windshield on a Subaru with EyeSight.While other places quoted me at $1200, Max Auto Glass quoted me at $743.This included the replacement windshield and calibration for eyesight. No complaints.

Great job on the glass. Not so great job that the Glass Technician drove through our yard after the job was done, without asking if it was the right way out, not using the driveway he came in on...almost drove over some trees we had planted there.

The front desk staff that I called on the phone was very friendly and helpful. The technician was quick and thorough and I was seen the day of my glass cracking. Its hard to find customer service like them nowadays. If I have any problems in the future with my windshield again I will definitely be coming back to Max Auto Glass.
