Service at M C Automotive Repair was OUTSTANDING and VERY fair in price. My car was towed in on Sunday evening with an unknown electrical problem and by Monday afternoon fully repaired at less than quoted price. Mark is fair, efficient and honest. I will use him for all future work and highly recommend him!! DWM Quail Creek AZ

My family and I have been going here for years. They're amazing and friendly and do really good work. Even for services they can't do, they always know a good local place to call instead. Best place to get engine repairs bar none.

Giving a shout out to my AWESOME mechanic! MC Automotive Repair has ALWAYS been fair and reasonably priced, respectful of my vehicle and time and has never disappointed me that I selected this business to service my fabulous Lexus.Recently, a close friend mentioned taking her car to a competitor repair shop only to discover (upon getting a second opinion) that the first entity was setting her up for a MAJOR and UNNECESSARY repair expense (which would have cost her over $800 had she gone to that provider).As a female, I am GRATEFUL for the INTEGRITY that MC Automotive has ALWAYS demonstrated to me by its reasonable pricing and dependable workmanship. Since I travel long distances frequently, this is a business relationship I - and my family - have come to value and depend upon without regret!

I'm going to tell you like it is!! I work for a dealership and I could of used my shop here but the shop was 2 to 3 weeks out for any service. So I reached out to Mark the owner and he installed the A/C compressor and made my son truck an Iceberg. Outstanding quality, Professionalism and most of all the cost of repair, well I'll let you find out for yourself. I will have all my vehicle done there. In the past I ve had no issues, until now. I scheduled an appointment a week ahead of time and once they had my car in the shop it was multiple days before they actually started any work on it. So they had my car way longer than necessary in order to complete the work. Super disappointed and shocked about what horrible service I received.Service: Auto sunroof glass replacement

This mechanic has great pricing and is all about making sure you are on the road again with a solid car. They aren't forceful however they will lay out suggestions for future visits aand even let you know the details of what is wrong currently. They do all this with fair pricing and a genuine heart. You can tell they enjoy what they do!

Without question MC auto is trustworthy. Over and over again I ve been robbed, cheated and let down by dealership, independent, and franchise mechanics. Mark and his staff are integral and genuinely care about people over profit. Safety and honesty are their guiding principles and their humble expertise is the best I ve found. So grateful for the quality work these guys have done on my vehicles.

I found MC Automotive several years ago and will continue to make them my goto mechanic. MC Automotive has helped my entire family with vehicle maintenance and when issues would happen, Mark would personally strategize to take care of our mechanical needs immediately and record every detail for our own records in a special program so we can keep up with our maintenance schedule.Holly G

Update: Only been a bit since we reviewed MC Automotive, but had a specific example to share.A big thank you to Mark At MC Automotive. He only goes to the shop on Saturdays to work on his personal vehicles, but we had a customer that just purchased a vehicle and the battery died.I know a battery sounds like a simple thing but this was mounted under the wheel well and involves removing the tire and opening a panel to access...not a two minute fix.Mark Nielsen opened his shop took his time and took care of our client.Thank you MC Automotive for the amazing customer service.This is our prior review: Mark and Jamie do a great job, honesty in a mechanics shop! We would highly recommend you give them a shot.

These guys are up front, dependable and great at making sure you understand. I had no additional problems after they fixed my car (that weren't already there). They even fixed a dent in my car for free just because. They cost a bit more but are worth it. You definately get what you pay for with these guys!

Mark is very honest and will not do repairs that aren't necessary. He always let's you know if you will need a repair soon and gives accurate quotes.I have been going here for at least ten years and I have always been satisfied. I always recommend AC auto to anyone who ask me for mechanic recommendation.

I am out $1300, I hope no one else has to lose the same amount of time or money.Had Clutch system replaced, car did not sound or work correctly after this repair. Took it there 2 more times after the initial repair day. Both times it came back with the same noise and problem in the "new" clutch.Finally took it to dealership, when they took it apart it turns out that the parts were not OEM as promised by shop. In fact they were not even the correct parts for my car, which explains whey they did not work.This would have not been such a big deal mistakes happen on ordering or delivery, but the tipping point was I was told my car needed a Serpentine belt, which i also approved to be replaced, this also never worked correctly as every time I started the car the belt would Chirp non stop. Come to find out from the dealer that the car does not have a Serpentine belt but rather 2 individual belts. So I don't know what Serpentine Belt they changed.In Conclusion, neither the Clutch, or the Serpentine belt got repaired. I was lied to 3 times to my face. I can understand mistakes or accidental overlook. but NO ASE Certified Professional would make this types of mistakes, or call a alternator or power steering belt a Serpentine belt.I was not going to write a review, but after all that happen, time i had to spend dropping and picking up the car, same issue not getting resolved after 3 times in the shop and getting lied to about the car, if I can help anyone avoid having to go through the same horrible experience, it was worth writing about mine.

Mark at MC has been such a breath of fresh air. Other large companies have quoted Az Pest Solutions a crazy amount for a major motor replacement. We decided that due to the history with Mark as well as the teams professionalism, AZ Pest Solutions switched all of our commercial vehicles to MC Auto!

I found m c auto on yelp because i was looking for a reliable mechanic to give me a second opinion about a possible water pump problem.The ford dealership told me my water pump was possibly leaking but i had to pay to have a mechanic actually verify it was the water pump because the guy that found it during my oil change was not qualified to say so. M C auto replaced the water pump at a much more reasonable price than ford offered and in the process replaced for free my serpentine belt which totally blew my mind. I highly highly recommend m c auto to anyone looking for a really good repair shop.
