Been coming to Luna for decades always have great work done I never look elsewhere even though it's almost a 2 hour round trip for me because they've always taken care of me and anyone I've sent here

5 stars,been using them for years now they always take care of me.if you would rather have the oem alternator or starter repaired for way cheaper go to this place. Thanks Fernando for all ur help

Brought in a Packard generator and voltage regulator, was told both were bad and needed replacement. Paid for generator overhaul and new regulator--did not work when reinstalled. Put old regulator back in, everything works fine. They would not accept the return of the new, non-functioning part due to an "internal short." If there was a problem with the vehicle, the old one wouldn't have worked, and shorted out as well. Definitely not bringing these people any more business. Can't stand behind a new part or correctly diagnose a defective one! You lost my business for good!

Excellent service, faster and easier then going to the auto parts stores that are remanufactured with low quality parts. I highly recommend them. THANKS GUYS

Price for repair an alternator higher than the price of a new one. When I say that, they offer to make the repair for half the price, but without warranty. Still in this conditions the price was almost the same than a new one.Finally I bought a new one, but the attention the I went for the old alternator was really bad.

Just popped in to look for an odd old part and they were super friendly, helpful, and went out of there way to hunt around and find one for me. Great price also. I'll be back!!

The personal here are very professional and friendly, accurate on your needs, would have given them a five star rating except for the parking area is very small and right next to a very busy Grant Rd., Getting in ,no problem if one to two cars, exiting very difficult!

Rebuilt my 2003 Subaru Outback alternator (brushes and bearings) for less than an exchange. Took about six hours, but finished the same day.

Nobody answers the phone and I called multiple times. The music you listen to while waiting is torture to listen to because of the scratchy sound!
