First time I went was to have a nail in my tire removed; they did it for no charge in less than 10min. We took my girlfriend's car there later after noticing a drip, and they were very thorough in explaining what was wrong (leaking coolant), fixing the problem, and even searching for other issues. Extremely friendly as well, highly recommend!

If you value your car, take it elsewhere. Jerry may be a nice person, but his employees are inept. Took my car in for a 1 day timing chain and waterpump replacement. The cooling system was full of engine oil.All fasteners were either hand tight or missing. The oil filter was not changed.Insult to injury was their forman said not to expect the engine to last long.I rented a lift and redid the job myself.I'm considering sueing these crooks. There are 2 timing chains on this vehicle. The cam/crank chain was 1 tooth advanced . The balancer chain was 13 teeth off. Lucky I did the work myself. The car runs great after costing me twice.and they never changed the water pump, nor the supplied front engine mount..and their one day service took 2 weeks.Service: Engine repair

I've been experiencing many issues with the employees at this location. I go to this location specifically for Jerry but lately his workload is being passed off to folks that cannot make the cut. When I have to return to their location for work and rework on a job that should be straight forward and easy for a mechanic it makes me very disappointed. I don't know if this has happened to others lately but I want to raise awareness. I loved Jerry when he was my personal mechanic and I hope his business can turn it around in the future.

Lumpy's is by the far the best place in town. They are honest, professional, timely, and always have the best interest of the customer. Recently my son's 2004 Honda Civic motor blew up. He was devastated. Jerry, Seneca and the guys took care of it. They sourced a motor with low miles, replaced various parts to ensure longevity, and had the car back on the road in no time. We were extremely happy with what they charged and we've had zero problems with the car. Give Lumpy's the opportunity, you won't be disappointed.

I came to know of Lumpy's from some good friends of ours who had used Lumpy's over the years. They spoke so highly of Jerry the owner and his skills and honesty so we decided to give him a try....My husbands car blew a water hose and overheated in a heavy construction zone where he could not pull over in time and cooked the engine beyond repair....The car is a Toyota Camry which he dearly loved. We had the car towed to Lumpy's and after a serious discussion with Jerry we decided to replace the engine. Jerry found one with low milage,\and replaced the all parts necessary to restore the motor to near new condition.I can honestly say that after Jerry and his team finished the work the car once again runs like it did when it was new.....His prices are reasonable and his work results are excellent....He is truly a Master Mechanic and a great person to work with.

Wow! Best price around. These guys went above and beyond. They fixed two issues I was aware of and even fixed an issue from a previous shop's negligence that was keeping my car from passing emissions. They were patient and good natured and explained everything clearly to me. Fantastic!

I did not have the best experience with this one mechanic (not at lumpy) he left my car really bad. He told me if I wanted him to finish fixing my car I need to pay him $600 up front to order the part my car needed that did not include the labor btw I already paid him $1000 anyways so I took my car to lumpy because my boss recommended them. At Lumpys they charge me $305 for the part and labor. They did a fantastic job and they didn t try to rob me for my money like the other mechanic. I will go back to Lumpy for any future issues I have with me car! I can t thank him enough. I wish I can post a before and after picture.

Excellent Service. They knew what they were doing and prices were good as well. I will tell you now if you need work done right and for a fair price this is the place to go.

Honest and friendly service. Went here on a recommendation from a friend after getting crazy high estimates for a lot of unnecessary work. Seneca gave me a straight forward quote and didn't try and do anything that wasn't necessary. I'll be going here from now on!
