After visiting several dealerships on my way home, I decided to stop by Larry H. Miller and I believe that was the best decision I made that day. The process was seamless; they made sure I got what I wanted. Kudos to Gilbert Suarez; he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. He took his time to explain everything to me and got me to test drive three wonderful cars, which got me hooked.... lol. Eventually, when the car was given to me, it was so clean and smelled nice, not to mention the nice footmats they gave me. All the staff were friendly and patient with my numerous and unending questions. Finally, I am blown away by them (Gilbert) checking up on me to ensure everything is going well and I am smiling. I will surely recommend the Larry H. Miller Volkswagen dealership to my friends. Keep up the good work guys!

If your going to go car shopping I highly recommend you stop by Larry H Miller at the Auto Mall there team will make you feel right at home. ask for Victor Gunnells an experience buying with a no pressure to buy,very kind and friendly sales man. That will Walk you through the buying process step by step making sure you understand everything you are signing. I had a great experience I would purchase a vehicle from them again.

After having bad experiences at other VW dealerships, I was able to purchase my new car with zero issues. I got what I asked for and they didn't get greedy or push me for extras that I didn't want. Gilbert was extremely friendly and professional, keeping me updated with what was going on with my car and has continued to provide excellent service even after I purchased the car.

Prior to buying from Gilbert S at Larry H Miller, I was still in my very first vehicle. I had spent hours scouring online and visiting different dealerships in the area. As a young woman across the country from her family and friends looking to buy on her own, the process was super intimidating.With every new dealership I began to anticipate a level of sexism or underestimation or general "sleaziness" from the salespeople I would be working with--until I went to Larry H Miller Volkswagen and worked with Gilbert, Brendan ("Shoes") and the rest of the management team. They were all incredible and genuine, and made the process so easy and stress-free. They truly fought for my business in a way that was not overbearing nor intimidating, but kind and welcoming. Never once did I feel anything but respected as a customer. The quality of the vehicles and willingness to work within my needs were both exceptional.I am very pleased with my purchase and continue to be impressed by the courtesy offered by their team. Not only did I get a great deal on an incredible car, but I was able to feel confident in my first car purchase! I could not recommend this dealership more highly.

Upon discovering a nail in one of four recently purchased tires, Eleazar instructed me to bring my in car in, my spare tire was put on and he immediately processed warranty paperwork to approve a new tire. The next day, I received a call to bring my car in to install the new tire. Truly I appreciate the prompt, efficient and excellent manner in which the situation was handled. I can t express how easy it was to purchase a car at Larry H. Miller Volkswagen . When other car places said what I wanted was not gonna happen the guys over at Volkswagen made it happen!! Thank you so much to Steven for getting my payment where I needed it and Victor for being the best sales man I ve ever met. Excellent service. I was there for an oil change, which included a 20 point checkup. I expected him to find problems and pressure me for repairs. Yes, the report showed some suggested repairs. But, no pressure. I couldn t believe it!!! I will be back!

I don't even know where to begin, I've had the worst experience with Larry H Milker on 22nd and Columbus and still having to deal with them! I regret taking my car there in the first place. I should have listened to everyone who warned me about this place. I originally took my car there for them to put a new engine In the car which took them over a month to do once I got my car I was told I'd be contacted with the paperwork since the guy I was working with Manny was not Done with it. The morning after I picked up my car I had message In the car saying I needed to service electronic control at first I thought it had to with my brakes which I knew they needed to be changed but noticed my car wasn't driving the same and I was hoping to hear back from the dealership so I can let them know, a few weeks pass by I never hear from them and I had my dad drive It because I was worried that my car was getting worse. He instantly told me that my car shouldn't have been given back to me and that I need to contact the dealership right away because parts were placed incorrectly. I called yesterday morning left a message for manny to call back and of course I never received a call back which I expected since this is howOur Whole process the first time was I chased them over and over forThem to even communicate the status of my vehicle. I called again hours later this time asking to speak to a manager which I was put through voicemail which I left a message and now I'm still waiting for them to call back! I expressed to the lady answering the phone how upset I was about This whole situation and I couldn't even get a call back. If I didn't have to bring my car back here I wouldn't and I wouldn't ever recommend anyone coming here. I love my car but I hate this dealership

The process of buying a new vehicle can be such a drag, however the entire staff at Larry H. Miller VW went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. Even with a couple of bumps in the road, they were able to make it right. A major shout out to salesman Joe C for being so patient, understanding and going above and beyond while I made up my mind with what new car to go with. Thank you to Darrel T also for making sure I got the best deal! I will be telling my family and friends to buy their cars from here!

Steve, Beau and Thadeus were amazing today! They helped me get my first car and I was very well pleased. They explained everything very thoroughly and made the process enjoyable. I am extremely happy with the process and would recommend seeing them. They have a large amount of inventory.And if not recognize as such, I would consider these men as an asset to the Larry H Miller company.

I ve always had issues with my Volkswagen Tiguan since I bought the vehicle with 5 miles. Today I took it in for an oil change and they did not rotate my tires or check the air pressure. I will be traveling tomorrow and my car is not ready .. in my previous visit they did not put the water cap on and my vehicle spilled all the water and antifreeze. My vehicle started heating up the next day. I live about 30 minutes away and had to drive the next day to get it fixed. very frustrating when it s one thing after another. The staff at the service desk is always very attentive and helpful. But I can t say the same about the people working on the vehicle in the shop. They do a messy job!! Besides the Tiguan has been the worst vehicle I ve bought

Thomas and the team were prepared for my appointment. They kept me up to date on the vehicle status. When I arrived to pick up my car, I found that they went above and beyond my expectations. I went in for an oil change and a diagnosis for a clunking in the front end. They notated that we had a warranty on the car and did the 40k mileage service that was under warranty without me even having to ask (I was unaware of the warranty coverage), they diagnosed and repaired the clunking sound (under manufacturer warranty), and I showed up at the time they committed to, and the car was clean. Very impressed. (And they gave my son the cutest stuffed animal)... like I said, above and beyond.

Every time I go to Larry H. Miller Volkswagen, my daughter and I are always treated so well! Both visits, my toddler has received a complimentary stuffed animal that always makes her smile. The complimentary specialty coffee drinks, water, and popcorn always makes our wait comfortable. They now have two arcade cabinets for the kids to play as you wait for your car to be serviced!I always ask for Thomas as my advisor and for Joseph as my service tech. They always work with me and my budget and always know what I need for my car. My last visit, Joseph found that I not only needed an oil change, but that my car battery was close to dead! Since it was under warranty, I was able to get it replaced without a hitch! So thankful that Joseph found these things and fixed them quickly. I also am thankful for Thomas and his booking and billing experience. There were no surprises charges and he helped me out just as much.Thank you guys! You rock!

We had a good experience today for a tire change and of course with the help of Eleazar Armenta who was really helpful and that's not the first time he helped us . He is really polite and has the patience for customers. All I can say is the great man in the right place.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with purchasing a car from Larry H Miller Volkswagon Tucson. Brendan was FANTASTIC and the management team that supports Brendan were equally wonderful. I was so impressed that I was remembered by so many faces from the first visit to the second visit.Brendan was personable, patient, and wonderful to give me the time and space I needed in order to analyze everything at my own pace which allowed me to feel fully in control of the pace of the decision-making process. I felt like I could ask how ever many questions I needed to in order to feel comfortable with a purchase. This was hands down a 5-star experience and made the car buying process easy, smooth, and not at all intimidating. I never felt pressured along the way and only felt valued as a potential (and eventual) customer.I am very happy with my purchase and even more happy with my experience. I left feeling like I not only walked away with a great car but I left knowing I supported a great team and establishment.And, they didn't hold it too much against me that I was a Sun Devil shopping in Wildcat territory ;-)
