I had been car shopping for a good month before finding the right car for me and the perfect price at LHMJ Tucson. I made the drive down from Phoenix to view/test drive the car and truly their customer service was excellent, the process was super smooth and the even better deal I got was definitely worth the drive. Orlando and Jonathan were both extremely informative, very professional and just awesome from the moment I inquired about the car to now. 10/10 overall, financing was also very smooth and easy. I m extremely happy with my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Summit.

this all started last year around august. i got in a minor accident and it had to be towed to the shop. it was in the shop for over three weeks and the day i came to pick it up they waited until i got there to tell me that the entire time they had my vehicle they didn t notice my right driver side break was COMPLETELY split in half. i expressed concern about the safety of my vehicle because that just seems weird to me and they assured me everything would be okay they re changing the front brake pads. the next day i picked up my car and everything was decent until it rained two weeks later and my car was pulling so violently to the side it almost flipped. i m a night shift worker who leaves when it s dark out and gets home before the sun comes up so i never get a real good look at my car, well after that i looked and my BRAND NEW tire was so bald you could see threading. i took it the next day and asked what was happening and they said it had to be my alignment that was off. i said that didn t makesense because i was just there two weeks ago and they said they fixed it. i asked for a copy of my last alignment record and for some reason they just so happened to not have ANY history on an alignment done on my car but had history for everything else (convenient right) they had me go change my tire before they re did the alignment and while i was getting my tire changed i had them check how off my alignment was. BOTH TIRES WERE OVER A DEGREE OFF. i specifically asked if potholes or anything would make my tires be that far off and they straight up told me it would only be that severely off after an accident. your team members then took it upon themselves to continue lying about the alignment and continually talking to me in a condescending tone. well fast forward to now, went to get my brakes changed again and they only changed ONE brake pad and told me a squeaky sound my car was making was the new brakes, but to no surprise that was ALSO a lie and they just failed to see an exhaust leak. i 100000% regret having a vehicle here and i hope no one has to deal with this peoples negligence at all

Really great experience!!!! Attention to detail was on point with the Service Members of Larry H. Miller Chrysler Jeep.Also, great snacks in the waiting room, and they got me an Uber they paid for each way. Hard to beat that!Was a little disappointed they didn t wash the car as advertised, but it was a bit of a rainy day. So, maybe that s why.The only other confusion was that I bought a three oil change package and the paperwork says good for a year and Service said good for 18 months. Not sure which is accurate.That all being said, I was very impressed overall. Great staff! Great Service!

Mikey was amazing and was so helpful. He went over and beyond to get me and my future wife our vehicle. I live in Phoenix and he works in Tucsons dealership. He traveled not once but twice to make sure that me and my fiance were taken care of. I wouldn't recommend anyone else to any other dealership. Thanks Mikey and the Larry H. Miller employees. You guys are awesome!

I went with my Sister Sherry to help her buy a new car, and I was very impressed with the treatment of my Sis and the the deal they made her. If I ever need another new car I might even drive 1000 miles from Kansas to Tucson to buy it from Larry Miller's.

What an incredible experience! I could not have asked for a more professional, efficient, caring, lovely experience then if my own family were employed at Larry Miller. Mike was so charming and helpful in getting my car serviced that I was blown away! I had brought my elderly mother with me and the staff in the service department could not have been more hospitable. They made sure we were in and out and my car was serviced effectively. Thank you Mike!! You are awesome!! But that s why I drive from Oro Valley down to Larry Miller Jeep because the entire organization is awesome. Highly recommend them.

Larry Miller s staff is outstanding, especially Ruben. He was very kind and courteous, making sure I knew the process and how to communicate with him during my appointment. They offer a courtesy shuttle within 10 miles in case you want to go somewhere while your vehicle is being serviced. There are snacks and coffee available while you wait. The lobby is clean and comfortable. Top notch service.

Terrific service department. Scheduled an oil change/ routine service. In and out much more quickly than I anticipated. Apparently they had had some technicians call in sick as well nice work the rest of you and thanks! I ll be back in a few months for my next service!PS: I didn t buy my car at this dealership, nonetheless, they treated me extremely well.

I came in with a budget and vehicle in mind and the salesman, Mikey, was the best of help! He helped me look through my options and showed me what would be feasible and best for what I wanted. He helped me find a brand new jeep that was affordable and I absolutely love it!! Mikey was also able to explain every feature of the car and without hesitation, demonstrated how to use everything as well. I would definitely recommend this dealership, and especially Mikey, to anyone considering looking for a vehicle!!!

I recently just bought a 2023 Jeep grand cherokee, I live in Fl but the transaction went very smooth. I didnt want to purchase the car without seeing it first so Vince the sales rep sent me a detailed video of the suv and it caught my attention. The next day I decided to continue with the purchase but Vince was off, so he communicated with Jose Duarte to assist me. Buying a car 2000 miles away can be stressful but Jose made it easy for me. He is very talented in what he does and is also very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great deal.

Larry H. Miller Chrysler Jeep TucsonHonestly, the most frustrating experience Ive ever had, the first diagnosis was, oh, the coolate cap wasnt on thats the problem, after they insulted our intelligence they re-diagnosis it as oh there is a recall, and the recall fixed it but you owe us $170 for coolant flush, and coolant!! After I said NO WAY! They backed off that feeThen all this happens, after it s driven home 10 miles !Is this dealership for real, will they stand by there service?What Now?They Need to make this right, but can I even trust this service department?No phone call, no apology, nothing..,they don t deserve to be in business

Very efficient and fair. The part needed to fix my Jeep was discontinued even though my Jeep is only 10 years old and they couldn t fix it. I don t blame this dealership or any of their employees. It was out of their control but they did not charge me for the diagnosis which was a great customer service move under the circumstances. I have found a used part and will definitely go back once it arrives.

From the moment I arrived, I was treated with respect. I was given the opportunity to tell the salesman (Gerry Hamilton) my needs and expectations. Gerry showed me what he had in the lot and explained the differences of each vehicle. Thanks to his attention to my wants and needs and his explanation of the new vehicles I realized I had almost made a mistake in my selection. Thanks to Gerry, I was able to select the correct vehicle for my needs. Throughout the process of purchasing a vehicle, the salesmen, General Manager and the Financial person were professional, courteous,Friendly making sure I understood every aspect of the purchase. Took my jeep in because it was running rough and smelled of rotten eggs when I excellerated.They got me in quickly and were prompt at giving me an estimate on what was needed.When I picked it up there was a small discrepancy on the final cost but the manager didn't hesitate to make me happy. My jeep hasn't run this well in a long time and I can say I'm happy with the outcome all the way around. I was referred to Larry Miller by a friend and I'm happy I was and will go back again for service and will also refer anyone to them.

Our salesman Gerry Hamilton was the best!We told him we d be in at 11:15 to test drive a jeep. I received a call from the sales manager Johnathon Foster to let me know Gerry would be with a customer until 11:30. He didn t want me to come in and wait. I was so impressed by the call.We purchased the Wrangler Jeep with no hassle, no pressure! I highly recommend doing business with Gerry.I also received a call a few days later from the sales manager Johnathan Foster asking if I had any questions. This team is top notch!!Thank you for making this such an easy process.

I called and made an appointment with Daniel, my service provider. On the day of my appointment, everything was ready and Daniel provided transportation to our hotel. My jeep service was completed on time and a complete detailed explanation was given to me on what had been needed to done to repair my jeep. Daniel was very helpful through the entire process.

Ruben was great. I went in for an oil change in between my shifts at work and I let Ruben know I needed to be outta there by a certain time and he made sure my vehicle was done in a timely fashion. I have no complaints about my visit on 3/13/24

After noticing that my tire pressure check was not completed I went back inside to the service writer and was told that I don t need the tire pressure reduced because of the cold weather. I said that it is 5 pounds over and I want it set to the proper pressure, he then ripped the key fob out of my hand and got into my car and drove it around the building and returned and told me to drive it and it will be ok. I drove the car for forty miles and the tire pressure went up. I brought the car to another dealer who graciously put the tire pressure at the correct pressure.

Over the weekend I came to Larry H Miller to explore getting back into a Jeep after 8y and two cars outside of one. Edwin is the man! He helped me trade in my BMW and come home in a spectacular new (pumpkin-colored) Wrangler Unlimited. Great sales team, straight forward and honest. No complaints!

The service dept. was professional and nice. I had a 3 hr wait while my car was being worked on. I was very impressed with how clean and comfortable the large waiting area was. The free snacks and drinks also made my wait exceptional.

As soon as I arrived at the service center I was greeted and taken ro my service advisor Mike Maxwell. I explained what I needed done to my Jeep ro include a repair and was informed of the procedure. I couldn't wait for the car and had to leave due to another appointment. Mike explained the process and how I could keep track of the process once he sent me the link. Within 10 minutes, I had the link. Once everything was done, Mike called me and explained what took place in the servicing and repair of car. Mike told it was ready for pickup and offered a ride. I declined because I already made arrangements. Mike was very knowledgeable and made me feel my Jeep would be carefully taken care of. I would not hesitate taking my car back again to Larry H Miller Chrysler Jeep.

This was a great car shopping experience. The sales team (Jaff) and finance people were terrific. They made my wife and I feel valued and not just another customer. I highly recommend these guys. Also, so far love our new Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe.
