Followed John to Klippers because there is no place that is as honest, the quality of work as excellent and everyone is so friendly, helpful and caring. Can recommend highly. You will never go anywhere else. Sitting in the waiting area are generally repeat customers coming in that know John and the staff. It is a comforting experience. They take care of you like you are family.

I had an issue with the fuel sending unit and fuel pump on my 2017 Chevy Colorado. The people at Klipper were helpful and informative, they went above and beyond to get me back on the road. I will continue to go to them for services needed on my vehicles!

I really wanted to like this place since I had so many people refer me and the staff is extremely friendly, but I cant. I took my truck in once for an alignment where it drove great off the lot, but was messed up by the time I had gotten home. I returned weeks later to have them fix it (which they did for free) but when I drove home, my wheel was nowhere close to being straight. So now I am currently on a cross-country road trip steering to the right. 2 stars for being nice i guess.

Klipper Automotive is a really awesome place. I have only been for maintenence but I am always met with kindness and professionalism. They are quick to schedule and so friendly. They go above and beyond to order parts you need and make time right away for followup appointments to install. I'm so happy I decided to go to them it's been nothing but positive.Service: Oil change

Was able to snag an appointment same day that I called. Had oil changed and tires rotated. Tire rotation was complimentary. The time estimated for the service was spot on. Everyone at Klipper was polite and friendly. Pricing was very reasonable. Klipper Automotive exceeded my expectations and I'll be back.

Klipper Automotive gives trustworthy service. Their staff are friendly, prompt and conscientious. Their waiting room is relatively comfy stocked with coffee; however it would be nice to have some decaf for appts. later in the day.They also have a basket with chip treats. Thank you. I ll be back.

I called Klipper, spoke to Jonathan, and they got me in on a days notice to repair my daughter s truck AC. We were pressed for time as she was heading out of state for college the following day. They got me in and had the truck repaired within an hour. Klipper was a great experience from start to finish. I made an appt and mistakenly came in a couple days early, they fit me in anyway with no issue. After they diagnosed and fixed my issue as requested, my car continued to have a leaking problem that I brought my car back for a few times. Every single time, they were happy to see me and wanted to fix the problem. And they did! My car is working perfectly. I ve honestly never received such outstanding customer service before as I did here. I m so glad I brought my car to Klipper instead of waiting on the dealership to figure it out months from now. Owner, Manager, Mechanics, Driver and Their Susie (whatever her title is) are very knowledgeable and honest. Yes they are a business but they don t over charge or do unnecessary repairs. Did I mention friendly and caring? They are! Wouldn t go anywhere else.

Absolutely THE best automotive service center in Tucson! Seriously-- nothing else compares. The staff, mechanics, and facilities are first rate, and Susie is the most pleasant personality on the phone-- very caring and helpful! I am astonished by the overall wonderful experience with this company! They are a keeper :)

They did $1300.00 of work and did not resolve issues . Went back and said Needed additional work!! Really disappointed with them.But they were all very courteous & friendly. So I decided to go back and have them work on my car again & I am glad I did as they found the problem and repaired it. I will definitely go back & recommend this shop. Thanks to John and staff

I had my oil change a few days ago. They do an excellent job. Got it done in a timely manner. Very friendly courteous staff. It was an excellent place for me to use for my car. I will continue to use them and recommend Klipper.

They were extremely friendly and attentive to my concerns plus they completed repairs before expected. There was a minor problem with reconnecting a water hose but they corrected it the next day...Good & honest people at an affordable price...Highly Recommended.

Spent 3500 to have my jeep fixed, got it back running worse! Never again!It was this shop for sure, I m leaving the review to let others know to be weary of where they take their vehicles for mechanical issues.

Klipper is the definition of a "small", reliable, trustworthy business with a family atmosphere. I have worked with many auto shops over the years and when I discovered Klipper I never looked back. I have taken my car in for maintenance over 4 years now and they do a great job at explaining what parts need to be fixed right away and also prepare you for what may need to be replaced in the future. If you are worried about being overcharged, this is the last place you need to worry about. As someone who does tons of research on cost of parts and labor before agreeing on a repair, Klipper has always been on par with the national average or charges below. The staff at Klipper are always very understanding, own up to mistakes, and genuinely want to help you. As an example, I recently had an oil change and after a month I noticed a leak dripping from the drain plug. I called them up as I figured it was linked to this issue. They were overbooked and still squeezed me in the next morning. After an inspection they discovered it was leaking due to a different repair they did for me a few years back. The 2 year warranty expired, but they offered to do the repair for the cost of parts and no charge on the labor. Once the repair was complete and I picked up my car I realized I wasent billed at all. I understand my situation is unique and that this was done as a courtesy, but when do you ever experience service like this at an auto shop? I'm not one to take the time to share a review, but Klipper deserves it. Thank you so much for doing what you do, and never stop being the best auto repair shop in tucson!

After taking my car to a shop that opted to fix something that was not remotely related to what I needed fixed, and charging $600 for it, I was told about Klipper. They fixed the problem in a day and at a great price. Half the cost of a useless repair at another shop. Klipper also has the nicest and most helping staff. I finally found my forever repair shop. Thank you Klipper!!

I took my car in for an oil change, I also explained to them that the SRS maintenance light kept going on intermittently since February and Precision Toyota could not find the issue . Precision wanted to charge an outrageous amount just for a diagnostic. Klipper's mechanic found the problem and fixed it within an hour .I am so grateful to Klipper and I definitely will be taking my vehicle to them for any other auto needs.Klipper Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.

Again, great service and good communication all around. We were offered a ride to and from our home while our car was worked on. Compared the cost with quote from dealer and John was 1/2 the cost. We are comfortable with John and his staff to give us the best. Have more upkeep to do to make sure dealers warranty stays valid.

I ve gone here multiple times and they re amazing. They take the time to figure out what s wrong and communicate very well what needs to be done, I feel so comfortable not knowing anything about cars and trusting them to recommend maintenance as well as fix any issues my vehicle has!
