Called them today to have a vehicle towed to new owner they kept in touch and let up know when they would be here to pick up great service!!

Called for about a dead battery. Immediate answer, said it would take 45 min for the driver to arrive. Driver arrived within 25 minutes and got the car back up and running. Friendly and efficientService: Battery serviceService: Battery service

My car this morning wouldn't startup due to a bad battery. Had to call these guys to tow me to the dealership to get my car service. They gave me a 30-minute ETA, and were punctual. The tow guy was professional, courteous, and respectful. I would totally use Just Towing again in the future.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

He didn't seem to understand the business he contracted with. Just Towing was responsible for fulfilling the towing request I made through Fidelity Roadside Services (aka Sunshine Towing, who turned out to be a rather shady company). He did not seem to understand that he was responsible for fulfilling a contract that had a terrible cancellation clause. When he called us, he didn't understand that we weren't just looking for any tow, we were looking for one which would fulfill our contract and thus avoiding paying double through the cancellation clause.After failing to comprehend this several times, he hung up, and then called back Fidelity Roadside Services to say "we canceled," invoking the clause we sought so hard to avoid.As a result of him working with Fidelity Roadside Services on a contract he apparently did not understand, I had to pay double for the tow, once for the tow and once for the "cancellation" that wasn't a cancellation. And since Fidelity has the bar-none-worst customer service in all of US companies, there was no way to correct this error in their favor. (If you don't believe me, look up the comments on the BBB page for them at 23302 Oxnard St. Woodland hills CA 91367-3123 and see how their scams work. I wish I had known how to look them up before entering the contract).If Just Towing wants to keep their customers pleased, they need to stop doing business with shady companies whose mechanisms are designed to defraud customers, or at least they need to understand the contracts well enough to successfully provide the tow.Service: Car towing

After waiting for A & L Towing for over 3 hours with multiple texts adding another 45 minutes for arrival in 102 degrees, my insurance dispatched JUST TOWING and they were on site in under 15 minutes! Great friendly service, highly recommend!!!Service: Local haulingService: Local hauling

Blew a tire on the interstate and since I didn't have a spare I called up the insurance company to arrange a tow. Domingo with Just Towing showed up fairly promptly. Great communication, nice guy, clean truck, safe driver, and knowledgeable. Brought me over to Discount Tire and knew just where to drop me. Because I got my tow through my roadside assistance I can't speak to price, but I would recommend calling up this company for your tow based on those other factors.

Their listing says that they offer service 24 hours a day but on 11-15-22 at 11:20 p.m. no answer and never even bothered to call me back. And they weren't the only one this night.

This company is so awsome. They found my house in vail where it's very hard to find. They are a great company to work with. Every tow company I've call before them have taken hrs and many phone call to get them here. All I did was call and they knew exacting where I was and she knew how to spell my street name too witch no one ever does or in right city. I would recommend them to all my friends and companies I deal with. I'll use them from now on. Thanks JUST Tow.

They responded quickly then changed the price quoted on me saying that because I didn t have my card on me it would cost me $25 more to input my numbers .

Just had a great experience... I had a flat tire, got the Tire this morning and the car fell off the Jack called and someone was out in 20mins. Tire changed just in time for work..... Thank you!!!!!
