This place really sucks at customer service and performing their duties.Every single time I come here something is broken, missing, or damaged.Over priced services with service techs lacking appreciation for my vehicle.Could have lost my dip stick and dirt in my systems.

I've spent over $6000 there in the past 9 months. Having a problem with a suspension on my front driver's wheel. They replaced everything charged me and they still can't figure it out. Then they replaced the struts and shock mounts. Even though I had them done a little over a month ago. And they say they want the customers to be happy and not have any problems with their vehicles. I own my own business. And I give a 110% no matter what.and them done 3 weeks ago.

Great service. I had a recall, Advisor said it might take 2 - 2.5 hours, they were done in 1.5. Comfortable lounge.

Very pleased with the service. Gave me a free loaner truck. Very efficient, got me in and out quickly. Met their quoted price and finished on the time they said it would take. Also gave a wash.

I leased two cars back to back with Jim click Nissan. I needed my 2020 Sentra serviced and they communicated very well to me and showed me what specifically needed to be done. They were thorough and put my mind at ease. The auto service team is full of experts and professionals.

Customer service is inconsistent. Have maintenance for life. Need oil change but 1st available appointment is approximately 6 weeks out. At least they did give me a call back from the voice mail message l left. The female calling me was a poor example of good customer service from tone of voice and lack of communication skills. Will be getting oil change elsewhere this time. Addendum: earlier this month they had called me regarding service was due. Since I was on the road l did not answer my phone and they left me a voice mail message. Isn't that interesting?!

They never called back after I called twice about the transmission they replaced. Not running well. $5900.00 I think I deserve a call back

Nice experience here. The team fit us in with short notice as we were traveling from out of town. Easy to access facility and nice covered drop off / checkin area.Repair was done well and without any surprises. Cost was in line with the estimate.Waiting room is typical: chairs, some semi-private rooms with desks, Internet access, coffee and tea.They provided me a shuttle back and forth to the dealer while the car was worked on. Very convenient.I d come back here again.

The service agent's were knowledgeable and helpful. Service was performed well and they even washed my car when finished. The waiting area was comfortable with a selection of beverages if needed. Check out was smooth and easy. Will definitely be returning for future service.

Miguel Arias did a super job as always. Paulino is an excellent salesman and will go the personal extra mile. Bernice at service counter is efficient and friendly. Overall, this Jim Click Nissan location provides great service and courteous attention.

Three week wait for an appointment for an oil change. I have to take off work an hour early to make it. I get there and there are 12 cars ahead of me. Two and a half hour wait. What was the purpose of making the appointment?! This is just the latest disappointment in ten years worth of dealing with Jim Click maintenance for life. Totally unacceptable!

Service department way behind on scheduled oil change appointments. I had a 1:40pm appointment left work early and at 3:15 my car wasn't even in the bay yet for service. Why even have an appointment if you can't complete them in a timely manner. Have better luck just dropping it off for the day. The worst part I even Declined the free car wash and tire rotation just to be able to get the oil change and leave. I asked them to turn my car around and left.Here is the reply I received via text message:On behalf of Jim Click Nissan here I apologize that we were not able to get your vehicle done at the time you wanted I tried everything in my power to have the technicians finish the other appointments that were in before yours as fast as possible. We will be working on it.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance

Jim Click Nissan has always treated me with respect and honesty. I feel like I get my moneys worth everytime i go. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and they take pride in the brand they represent.

I'm not sure what happened to this place. They used to have great customer service .They had no interest in repairing my vehicle. You'll get kicked to the curb if you question their charges. No one answers the phone. I can't even get a returned phone call and good luck getting an answer when you do get a hold of someone.Service: Vehicle InspectionService: Vehicle Inspection

We sat there for nearly 3 hours waiting and waiting for the job to be done! 4 days later, the oil is leaking out so could not be driven! We had to have the car towed all the way back across town (we live in Ria Ranch) to the Auto Mall to get it repaired! They had 3 hours to do it right but didn t! We had issues the month before with work not done on our Rouge. Their customer service leaves MUCH to be desired anymore.Service: Oil change

Had oil change appointment at 11 am . After waiting 2 hours was told will be another 2 to 3 more hours. They refuse to provide courtesy ride home as I live 13 miles away. I asked to reschedule for Monday but women said she will not. To just wait since I been here for 2 hours already what another couple of hours. I ended up coming home with no oil change and a migraine. Terrible scheduling and service. Will never buy another from Jim click nissan as this is the 2nd time they do this.Service: Oil change

They "couldn't give me credit for the time left on my battery". I, however, had a new battery installed already from COSTCO. Three people told me to have my car TOWED so they could "teences with Click'sst it". None of the 3 suggested asking a neighbor to jump start my car! I get mail and email telling me the warrantee just went out and to bring it in for a check!! I've had 2 bad experiences with Click's sevice.

Good experience except the guy I was talking to disappearing for lunch without letting me know. So I had to explain everything all over again to someone else. Noy a huge deal, just a slight inconvenience

They're great for the maintenence for life. Pricey if not.They did not turn off my change oil indicator.Scheduling is online only and they are pretty far out sometimes.They have never returned my phone calls.

I went in for some car repairs. The service rep that I had spoken to on the phone (Jeff) took care of me. He remembered the details of things that needed to be fixed. The staff were masked. I felt well cared for. The repairs were completed in a timely way and I was notified promptly that the car was ready. I appreciated that they had washed the car. I would go back if I have repairs that need a dealership's attention.

I was there for a routine maintenance. The process of scheduling the appointment was very quick and effortless with confirmation by text message plus a reminder a couple of days before the date in question. The appointment itself was kept punctually and the check-in was quick, professional, and friendly with all the necessary distancing and security. After a bit more of an hour everything was done and as courtesy my car has been washed.

In for oil change, rotating tire's and inspection of a recalled bracket (bracket was good) Estimated wait 2 hours. Excellent Service, All Employees wore Mask and are Polite, Friendly and Helpful. My car was ready in 1hour & 15 minutes.They washed and vacuumed my car. 5
