I've had my Soul with Jim Click Kia for over a decade. They took good care of me and my car, which avoided major issues with the help of Jim Click's "Maintenance for Life" program.I was planning on buying a new and different car for the future. I was browsing a lot online and considering different makes and models. My car was being serviced, so I looked at brochures while waiting. Greg saw me and offered his assistance. Greg was fantastic! He was super friendly and knowledgeable about each model, along with their key features. He gave me options according to my specifications and let me test-drive my best option.I was simply blown away. I bought a Niro, and I LOVE IT!P.S. Jim Click Kia also has an amazing lounge and waiting area.

I wasn t sure I was ready to purchase a new vehicle, but Oscar at Jim Click Kia found me the right car at the right price and made the process so easy and enjoyable. His positive energy is infectious! Oscar has been very helpful after the sale as well, answering any questions or issues, even scheduling appointments for me. When you re in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend you go see Oscar! He will take great care of you!

I had the pleasure of working with Alfredo Cordero. He was super nice and professional. He didn't try and up sell me or get me to buy a more expensive car. He worked within my budget and got me a great deal on my very first BRAND NEW CAR! He answered all my questions about all the tech inside the vehicle and walked me through all the features. My husband and I had a great experience at Jim Click Kia. We were immediately greeted by Oscar s friendliness and big smile. We described exactly what type of vehicle we were looking for and we were sold after the first test drive. Oscar was careful to listen to our financial needs and concerns. He was not pushy or impatient with us, which we are typically used to at other dealerships. After some back-and-forth, the sales team was able to work a great deal for us. We were very satisfied with the entire experience and the energy throughout the dealership. 10/10 would recommend to our friends and family. Jim Klick has earned our feature business, and we also gained a great friend. Thank you Oscar!

We had a very helpful experience with Oscar Lazcano. Jim Click Kia is fortunate to have a hard worker like him.He was very informative and a great Salesman. The minute we walked in, he was attentive and greeted us with a nice smile. He was helpful in every way. He knew just what I wanted. He really listened to me. My husband Daniel had allot of questions and Oscar Lazcano answered everything about the Telluride. I absolutely love my car. I would over and over again recommend doing business here. Caleb, Jesse, and Ryan were all extremely pleasant and informative during the process of buying our new Kia Seltos. From the day we walked in, not a single person pressured us or made us feel obligated in any way. Even though I was extremely nervous buying a new car they made me feel comfortable! They worked with us to earn our business from the start. Jesse explained every aspect of our new car so I understood how to operate the features! Ryan made the financing process seamless and really worked to get us the best rates! I have no regrets working with Jim Click Kia and will definitely be returning when we re ready for an upgrade!

If you're looking for a new car and great customer service look no further than Jim Click Kia! Everyone from the sales people, managers, finance and all the way up to Mr. Click they truly have the best interest of their customers in mind. Working with Alfred and Caleb was a great experience and they were even able to get me the color I wanted. I love my new forte! I highly recommend this dealership and Alfred and Caleb, they treat you like family!

Jordan Wolford was amazing! We went during closing time, and he did not seem bothered at all to help us. I told what I was looking for, and he was able to get it done right away. He stayed communicating with me throughout the week because I wasn't able to come in right away due to my crazy schedule. But once we made it to sign the paperwork, we joked about me having balloons and a bow. To my surprise, he had the balloons and the color I wanted. It's great to have people who care more about the smile of the customer than to have quick sales.

Joe Geck was amazing from the start! He understood my busy schedule and was more than happy to communicate via email and text with me. He was able to find my vehicle and it has been a perfect fit! I was in the dealership less than 3 hours to finish my trade in and finalize the purchase. I got my vehicle earlier than expected too! I will absolutely only go to Joe and the finance guy, Ryan for future purchases! Joe has followed up with me to make sure I am totally satisfied!! Thank you Joe!!

Having had several bad experiences buying a car from a dealership, I was hesitant, but immediately Evely at Jim Click made us feel comfortable, welcome and we knew she was honest and trustworthy. She listened carefully and we bought the car we wanted without hitch. Got a fair price for our trade in and were treated like family. Evely and Jim Click Kia will always be the dealership we go to for a fabulous car buying experience! 5 stars!

We were in the market for a new family vehicle and decided we wanted the Kia Carnival (which we are in love with)!After calling almost every dealership in AZ, I realized I missed one and found Jim Click Kia. When calling I was blessed with Alfredo! And when I say blessed, I mean it. From start to finish, he was personable, communicative, the right amount of professional and funny and above all else, honest. The gentleman who assisted with our financing at the end of the night, was also great. All in all a great dealership experience - which I never thought I d find myself saying.If anyone is in the market for a new/used vehicle, ask for Alfredo and he s sure to take care of you!

Clean, neat facilities, very courteous people. Thanks especially to Jesse Cortez, he payed attention to what I wanted, it was not available, so he went looking and found a Sorento in Phoenix. Had it brought down to Tucson. I really liked it and bought it. A big thank you Jesse, you do an outstanding job!!A special shout out to Jon Kilpatrick, Service manager, he is very knowledgeable, customer oriented, and will go out of his way to meet any need, or challenge, to fix problems. Jon is a great asset to Jim Click KIA, his expertise and work abilities should be recognized.

My husband and I are Kia fans. So stopped here for our first look at what now Kia has in store for us. We started out having a shaky experience. Not happy with a situation that made us reconsider buying. The salesperson was personable and aimed to please. She was sincere not a high pressured saleswoman. The finance manager aware of the situation made things right in order for us to be happy with the purchase. The communication could ve been better dealing with a new client. The new alarm system was not set correctly and was not able to drive or move the car the next morning. This is a 24 Seltos Very upsetting. But our salesperson, despite her day off took hands into the matter and got some tech out to the house to resolve it. Did not wait at all before he arrived. He also had the day off but got the job done in a very timely manner. Once again situations could ve been avoided. But the bottom line here is yes things do not always go smoothly in any situation but she made things happen along with the finance staff resolved the issues and now I m so much enjoying my Kia. The service dept is also great!

Just wanted to make sure and recognize the Kia dealership on Wetmore rd. Here in Tucson, AZ and of course the wonderful team of employees who helped me out greatly! JESSE CORTEZ Was my salesman, he treated me like a daughter and looked out for me and my best interest most importantly. He made the whole process with my Kia stinger as smooth as butter, and stress-free. Also DANIEL GONZALEZ (sales manager) treated me outstanding and got me the best deal possible, without a doubt. And MIKE VICKERY (finance manager) Was wonderful as well, All three of them worked together like a well oiled machine. I felt comfortable and confident that I was in great hands. Thank you to the team for absolutely everything and for your true care and compassion, That can be rare these days so happy to experience that Kia still values customer service and is practicing it daily. Maintenance for life.Free Lyft home if it's a long wait for maintenance. Excellent service staff.I've had five KIA in seventeen years and Jim Click stands above other dealers because they didn't trick me into buying a load of worthless insurance upgrades like Royal kia did.

Showed up in my worst clothes and car to see what the customer service was like prior to my purchase. Good Ol' Greg Albright tried to rob us for just over $30k on a..... Kia Soul at a whopping 15%.Royal Kia was much better. We were gonna do a cash deal, but with the promo rate we'll actually make money leaving it in the HYSA and Mutual fund (5.5% - 2.9% = profit).

Amazing experience with Greg from the 1st day I went there even gave me a ride home. I got the KIA Soul GT Line in this cool blue color, love all the SPORTY features! (Pictures are in Mt. Lemmon with mom, had a great smooth ride)Note: There's no markups in this part/car shortage market with Automall KIA, just honest regular market prices! Forget Phoenix dealerships, they have no cars and HUGE markups!

Alfred C. was hands down the most personable car salesman that my husband and I interacted with. Out of the five dealerships we toured cars at, Alfred with Jim Click left the most professional impact on us as buyers. If you hate car salesman tactics -Alfred is your man. He shoots straight, and isn t pushing you to leave with keys in hand. Thank you for everything!!

If possible don't buy from Jim Click KIA. I have called and left 3 messages for the service department as instructed. I even drove to the dealership and filled out a service request. Four weeks later - not one response. I will try and sell my KIA as soon as practical and NEVER BUY a car from Jim Click.
