What an amazing experience in just a few months. Went to this location in December 2023 and walked away because of the service. But on 01/27/2024 we went back after trying Ford and Land Rover the same day but they didn t have the vehicle we were looking for. We went back to Jeep and meet with Ana let her know what we looked at in December and the packages we wanted. They had the one we looked at in December so we made a decision and are very happy with what we have. Thank you Ana and everyone at Jeep for a better experience. I never want a company to cater to me or treat me differently because I might buy and Ana was just the right person.

From previous dealership experiences, I initially went in with a bit of a defensive stance. After talking with my sales person; Itzel Guerrero, she put me at ease right away. The entire process was stress free, in the end I felt I got the deal I was looking for. I would recommend Jim Click Jeep if you are in the market for a new Jeep.

My Sales person, Maryam Katiba was excellent. She was very understanding of my needs and made very good suggestion on which jeep model to purchase. After the test drive she worked with the manager Art Rodger and Tom May and they gave me a very good price. Explained the options and were nice. Not a high pressure sales pitch. They treat you like family and explain all your options. We returned the next day to complete the purchase as it was late and the computer system was having some issues. The next day Art Vega the finance manager explained about the extended warranty and I took delivery of the new jeep. The manager also arranged to have my old auto taken to my wife's work. Amazing customer service Not high pressure like the other dealer in town. great selection of new and used highly recommend

I ve purchased a variety of new vehicles in the past including Mercedes, Cadillac and GMC. The service I received from my salesman Jose Luis Gallardo and all of the representatives of Jim Click Jeep was second to none. I had no prior relationship with the dealership and they made it an easy decision to earn my business and make the drive from northwest Phoenix to Tucson and purchase my new 23 Jeep Gladiator. The dealership is one of the nicest I ve been too and you felt you were a valued client of theirs from the minute you arrived. I wouldn t hesitate to purchase another vehicle again in the future and highly recommend them if you are looking to be treated professionally and respectfully in your purchase of a vehicle.

I have been having issues with my air conditioner in my 2019 Jeep Cherokee Latitude 4x4. It has been in the shop twice and each time I've had excellent service. The first time they worked on the air conditioner. The issue was it wasn't blowing cold air. A couple of days later I took it back because I was having another issue, but Kevin fixed that little issue, but he he noticed that the car was not blowing cold air and then it would blow hot air. So, he wanted to have the air conditioner rechecked.The first time they had it they had it for about four and a half days. Which it was blowing cold air doing what it was supposed to do but then all of a sudden it was blowing hot air, and making some kind of funny little noise and then it had a very bad smell.So Kevin, said he would feel better if the car was looked at again because of the problem with the air conditioner. So Kevin went above and beyond, and was able to get me a loaner Jeep while my Jeep was in the shop. I only had the loaner Jeep for about 2 days, but they went above and beyond what I had expected from other dealerships.Therefore, I want to thank the service department at Jim Click Jeep at the Tucson Auto Mall, and my auto advisor Kevin who went above and beyond what would have expected from any dealership. We've always been Ford, Lincoln, and Chevy car owners. However, I am now going to be a dedicated Jeep owner, due to what service and quality work I have received from Jeep Jim Click at the Tucson Auto Mall. I want to thank each and every employee for their dedication and exceptional work, as well as going above and beyond to help get me and vehicle back on the road, and working to where I would not suffer a heat stroke with no air conditioning.The two photographs are from when I purchased my Jeep. I just wanted to share my experience with Jim Click Jeep at the Tucson Auto Mall how well their employees are and how well they take care of their customers. They even have a young lady by the name of Cheyenne who actually gives a call back to find out how well my service experience was. I always gave them a thumbs up and a hundred percent. I am very honored to be a customer of Jim Click Jeep****Previous visit to Jim Click Jeep at the Tucson Auto Mall:I went to their parts store to order a dashboard cover for my Jeep. The service attendant was very pleasant her name was Cindy. I will be going back to Jeep for all my services and parts and accessories.

Itzel and Josh did a great job helping us find our new company car for our business! They really helped us get the best deal for our budget. The finance manager Arturo did a fantastic job helping us get the best warrant for our company car! We bought our personal jeep in 2019 and now we came back on 2023 to purchase our first company car!! So happy it was another great experience!!

10 years ago I bought my first car from Jim Click and loved my experience with them. The maintenance for life services are amazing! Unfortunately due to a car accident I decided to see what my options are, so I went back to Jim Click. As you can see I bought a new car! Loving my new Jeep Renegade if you are car shopping, browsing for options and have any questions before buying, then go to Jim Click Jeep and ask for Khelil Abida. He answered all our questions, was very patient, understanding and kind throughout the whole process. Also ask for Arturo Vega from Finance, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. As a buyer, buying for the second time from them, I can confirm that you won t regret your decision.

Marissa truly went out of her way to help me get everything I ve been wanting she went past her shift and closing time to make sure I drove off the lot with my BRAND NEW 2021 jeep renegade I plan to do a lot of traveling and I cannot wait! It s perfect size for me an my rode animals and not to mention Marissa just makes buying a car a full blown fantastic experience such an amazing attitude! Been a loyal customer since I bought my first jeep renegade and I will continue to be one! If any of you plan of buy a brand new car or even a JEEP go see Marissa at the 701 location on auto mall dr and talk to Tony for your service appointments! Glad to have such a great team by myside!

My service advisor is Javier Guillen. He has always been very attentive and conscientious of our time. Always takes time to answer any questions we may have. Today, when I went in regarding my vehicle starting with difficulty in the morning, Javier kindly asked that a service representative (Tony Gallego) with mechanics expertise discuss possible reasons for our vehicle's starting issue. Tony did not bother to greet me, told me to wait until he was done with what he was doing, typed away and walked to the printer, threw some papers back on his desk and then walked out the door without giving me any indication of when he would be back. I waited around for 5-10 minutes, then had had enough of this rude customer behavior. I was able to find someone to help me when I approached the manager's office and asked for help. Kevin Carey immediately brought me back to his cubicle office and addressed all of my questions and set-up another appointment to see if they could get to the bottom of my vehicle's starting issue. Javier and Kevin are exceptional service advisors. Tony Gallego should not have any customer relation responsibilities.

I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Jim Click Jeep. Adolfo my salesman was fantastic from start to finish. He found me the Jeep Wrangler Sahara 4XE of my dreams! They were fair with my trade in and made sure all my needs were met. The Maintenance for Life program is not only a time/money saver, but is by far better than any other program in town. Tommy in finance was thorough and again made sure all my needs were met and questions answered! I look forward to a long relationship with Jim Click Jeep. Thanks again for a job well done guys!

Communication is everything and they failed miserably at that.Then after I purchase my vehicle (regretted) I was suppose to get my paper work, did not receive. I went in a few days later and asked, it was apparently locked in an office and couldn t be retrieved that day. The guy I was working with said he was very sorry for the inconvenience and that he could deliver them to me if wanted I said yes!I never received any of it .. WORSTCOMMUNICATION I ve ever experienced buying my now (4th) car from a dealer.-side note- Called the company again today asking about there Maintenance for life And even the lady was appalled that I never received my paper work, FOR THE CAR I BOUGHT!!

Went here a few days in a row trying to find the perfect jeep with a good price and though we did not end up purchasing from here just because i couldn t find the right one we still had amazing help!! Ali and Jack were very sweet and told me anything and everything I needed to know about jeeps and first time buyer details. I definitely suggest going here for fast service and sweet employees!

This was my first experience ever buying a vehicle and Jose helped me through every step! He was so helpful in answering all of our questions and giving me all the information I needed to make the best decision for myself without any pressure. He made my entire experience much less overwhelming than expected and I cannot recommend contacting Jose enough if you re looking for a new vehicle

I am very disappointed in my experience that I had with Jim click jeep on 11/17/2023. I was working with my sales rep who was wonderful. She worked hard to try and find me a car that fit my budget and my needs. I told her that my second car was not able to make the trip out to Tucson to take a look at the car. I was potentially planning on buying, she let me know that her manager approved for me to be reimbursed for an Uber to go out and look at the car. I ultimately decided not to purchase the car and asked if I could be reimbursed for my Uber as promised the sales manager told me that because I decided not to purchase the car they would not reimburse me for the Uber, I hope that others see this message and make a decision not to go with this dealership based on the fact that they made a promise they did not keep. I think others should know about my experience, and that I was unhappy with how I was treated at the end of the day $67 Cost this dealership for their business.

Be careful! Even if you just chat with them they will give you a HARD PULL on the credit report I can't believe they are doing this. Go check your credit reports and contact them to dispute anything wired.

I took my 23 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for an oil change we had scheduled online under the Jeep Wave Program. The cost according to the online appt. booking was $0.00. When I showed up for the scheduled appointment I explained I was there for my 20k "no charge" , Jeep Wave oil change, to which Javier G. ( service writer) said okay and that he'd check on it. At that point he pointed me to the lobby and took my car away. About 30 minutes later, Javier approached me showing me some paperwork and said that I had used up all the oil changes and that I had to pay for it or did I want to STOP the service request to which I immediately said YES, STOP THE SERVICE. Javier came back and said it was too late and that we owed $169.00 for the oil change and $14.99 for tire rotation!I asked to speak to a manager and was told that they were all in a meeting until 1pm and I'd have to wait until then to speak with John Brown, the Service Manager. I never heard back from John. At that time it was 11am. and I asked again for someone to speak to, which is when Arthur Thomas appeared and took me to an office. It was here that Arthur accused me of taking paperwork that wasn't mine, I was told , MOPAR /Jim Click Jeep, would NOT be paying for my services, and that I could either pay and get my car back OR wait 2 hours to speak to the Service Manager. He said there was NO WAY I was leaving with the car unless they got their money. Arthur Thomas also said to me "Obviously, we've both been around the block and things don't always turn out the way we want them too."It was at that point that TONY GALLEGO, ( service advisor) came into the office and offered to help. Tony then took me to his desk, TONY LISTENED TO ME, TONY WAS EMPATHETIC, TONY APOLOGIZED, TONY SPOKE WITH THE SERVICE DEPT, TONY SAID THAT IT WASN'T MY FAULT AND THERE WOULD BE NO CHARGE AND HE GAVE ME MY KEYS.Why couldn't Arthur, a SALES MANAGER, accomplish what a Tony a SERVICE WRITER did? The difference is a desire to deliver genuine customer service with dignity and compassion!! In Tony's words, "I treat my customers the way I want to be treated and as I would treat my own family". A lesson Arthur Thomas could do well to learn.THANK YOU TONY GALLEGO FOR REPRESENTING YOUR EMPLOYER SO WELL! YOU DESERVE ALL THE BEST AND ARE AN EXAMPLE FOR UPPER MANAGEMENT ( Arthur Thomas) to follow.I also received amazing, respectful service from Eddie and Chad at Earnhart Jeep in the Phoenix area. Drive a few extra miles, do business with these professionals at Earnhart and skip Jim Click Jeep where it's more important to humiliate the customer, age discriminate, and hold a vehicle hostage for $169.00!

They have the best warranty in the world - maintenance for life. Great sales staff. Very quick and easy buying process. I bought my Jeep in 2017 and have come here for all the maintenance on it since. Never had an issue or problem. Smooth scheduling, drop off, communication, all of it is great!

My fianc� and I bought a new grand Cherokee 4Xe on November 18th. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and knowledgeable. But I have to take my hat off to Etzel, we were kind of overwhelmed with all the settings on this vehicle. Eztel took the time to make sure we understood everything on our new vehicle and helped us set all the settings to what we wanted. When we were satisfied and understood everything she walked us out to our Jeep and told us several times, if we had any questions down the road, not to hesitate to call her! Etzel put the icing on a cake and we cannot thank her enough. She is an asset to Jim, click Jeep dealership!Rich & Jo.

I had a great experience here purchasing my first car from a dealership. Miguel M was very helpful through the process and made sure we were taken care of. It wasn t a Jeep, but Miguel was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I highly recommend Miguel M and this dealership! I ll likely be back in 6 years to get a Jeep!

Overall a great experience. Our sales rep, Marisa Salazar was very knowledgeable. With all of the different Jeep models, options, and customization, she did an outstanding job of finding the Jeep that fit what we were looking for. She also had saintly patience with our three year old son. I had forgotten how long the process of buying a new car is (especially financing), but when our son started to get restless, she was always there with a new balloon or toy to keep him occupied and happy.Richard Bettini was also a tremendous help on the paperwork side of things. Buying a new car is always a mountain of paperwork and endless signatures and initials, but his incredible organization skills made the whole process smooth. He also clearly and concisely explained what exactly I was signing on each document.We ended up driving away with a new Jeep Gladiator that same day. Our monthly payment is a little more than we were planning, but with the extra options and protections that both Marisa and Richard got for us, I am confident that we got more than our money's worth.

Itzel was one of the best Jeep Jim Click saleswoman that i got to work with in purchasing my 2022 Jeep Compass Altitude and she made the experience the best i have dealt with over the past when purchasing a vehicle. Unbelievable satisfied with the service from Yalia Bustamante and Khaleal helping us get our perfect family SUV. Both went above and beyond helping us navigate this process and actually made the process a simple, peaceful and enjoyable experience! I walked out of Jeep with a new SUV and some friendships I didn t know I needed. Thank you Khaleal for being our tech wizard and showing us such important fancy features on the 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. Shoutout to Adolfo and the good people over at Jim Click Auto Mall of Tucson for assisting me in this deal. Outstanding costumer service by Adolfo and Sergio! I purchased thee brand new 2022 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited 4xe Hybrid! Sarge Edition. These guys were able and willing to fix whatever issues the vehicle had promptly and professionally. 5 Stars! Had my vehicle for 11 days without looking at it. I called the other Jeep dealer and was able to schedule an appointment the next day. When I told Kevin the service advisor I would give them a chance to look at it before I had it towed, his response was let me know when the tow truck is coming. Zero communication over the 11 days and horrendous customer service. I will not go back or refer anyone to them.
