Definitely the best place to buy and service your car. They are very busy because of this. However, they are very good at their job and very courteous. Sebastian has been my service manager and is a great team member. They keep records of everything, so when it's time to trade, they know what they have.

For a while, when I tried to make an appt, it took about 2 months to get in there. This time, it only took a few days. My service rep was awesome. She let me know what I needed and how much it would cost. There were no surprises when I picked up my car.

They held my car for an excessive amount of when all i needed was the lighting control module replace which was recalled on my vehicle. When picking my vehicle up the first time my light did not functuon properly and would not turn off so i had to take my car back to them and ended up leaving my car there for another couple of days. When i called for an update nobody knew anything and the service advisors were no where to be found. The women that answered the phone just hang up on you when calling and intentionally dont answer the phone amd the return phone call speed from the service advisors was absolutely horrible.They service advisors attempted to think i was stupid and think it was ok for me to leave with more problems then i arrived with. So i went in today to finally come get my vehicle hopefully for the last time and mow that the lights are fixed my radio does not work which means when my dash was taken apart the service tech failed to plug back in my radio and recklessly pushed the deck inside of my dash. I am furious! I called two service advisors out to look at my radio and the bottom dash panel that is just hanging down that they failed to put back up and all the service advisors could do was ask me to bring the vehicle back in tomorrow as if i have nothing else to do.so i will be without my car for another day or two so they can fix their mistakes. I will never return to this location or reccomend anyone else to go there either

A great part of the experience was working with Chris Schrell in the service department. She was courteous, explained everything in detail, and friendly. One thing to note, is that I told her of a couple of things to look out for when servicing the vehicle. While most places i've been to brush it off, she asked me to show her in detail what I meant. On the service invoice, I saw that she transcribed the info to the service team. The repair was quick, and I have no complaints of the service done to my vehicle.Only have 2 complaints:1). I was scheduled for an 8:30 am drop off on Monday, and after not hearing anything for hours, called and was told they won't be able to diagnose it until tomorrow morning. If you can't get the car in to be looked at on the day you schedule it to be dropped of, then what's the point? That inconveniences the customer, being away from their vehicle longer then required.2). It seems to be a recurring problem, according to the google reviews, that no one at this dealership listens to or replies to voicemails. I left a couple messages and never got calls back, only when I got connected with someone did my questions get answered. That's frustrating from a customer perspective.Overall, this is a good place to get warranty work done. If it was other maintenance, i'd probably go somewhere else.

Terrible customer service. I'll never buy a car from Jim Click again. I was scheduled for an oil change and was given the run around. The rudest serviceman was Brian Martinez from Jim Click Hyundai. He refused to help me. The only person who helped me was a young man from Jim Click Mazda Geremiah. He was the kindest person. Everyone else was rude.

Disappointed on waiting for a while without any seating and the chair they do have if you find one are real cheap type. Unless I have to, I will not take my truck there. They had our car for 3 days and no loner vehicle was provided. El cheapos.

Worst service advisors ever! Rude lazy and less than enthusiastic to be nice. Refused to give me an estimate for an alignment of all things on paper just verbally quoting me a price like that would suffice for my insurance company. After getting nothing but circular logic and excuses from Patrick fin I once again requested Pete Cates the service manager who is the only one who seems to understand English. After waiting several minutes, I left and have not received a response to my email or phone message to the service manager days ago :-( he is the only reason I continue to come back here combined with there's no closer dealership. I would pre-medicate with Valium and take a deep breath before coming here as your last resort. Every time I have bought a new vehicle I have to leave these dealerships run by Jim click and drive an hour out of town to save all the city sales tax they refuse to accommodate somewhere in the total purchase price so I guess they're lucky they get my service work at all :-( avoid!!!

I had a dangerous tire issue this morning and they got me in today and replaced the tire! Such great and professional service in the midst of covid! Every employee is masked and those who touch anything customers touch are gloved. They require every customer who enters the building to be masked without exception. I love this place!

I get all of my maintenance and necessary repairs at this location and highly disappointed recently. I had new brakes and rotors put in and had to take back 4 times and its still not correct. Pete the Manager and other workers are no help!!! I even Messenger Jim Click Jr and left messages to no return calls back. Jim Click and his workers just don't care. My family and I will think twice about buying any new vehicles from Jim Click this year and in the future. For now, I need my brakes corrected and fixed properly for safety.

More than two hours just for a previously scheduled oil change. (Appointments have to be scheduled more than a week in advance) Don't waste your time! They didn't tell me that when I bought the car! I prefer to change it myself at home! Terrible service

My fianc�e and I are in Arizona on vacation, and on the way 2 tires and 1 wheel got damaged. We bought our tires through a Quick Lane in Texas. We went to this location, and Tom Hollywood looked at our car and was able to get both tires and the wheel replaced within 24 hours. They honored our warranty from Texas on the tires. Tom was very polite and cordial. Everyone else at Quick Lane was very helpful as well. Thanks to them our trip home will be safe. Thank you!

Will never buy a vehicle from here. I was just told that due to covid they have to charge $3k extra on an outgoing model ranger. This is like going to Starbucks and being told the coffee is $14 because they are struggling to get cups. I wonder why Ford and GM are losing market share!

Pete Kates runs the service department without customer service in mind. Everything I ve brought to him before is always denied for warrenty repairs when it s clearly a manufacturer defect. He is definitely getting attention, just the wrong kind.

Explained to them 2times that it was my first time coming here but still they didn't share the process. No guidance whatsoever. Only came here due to lifetime maintenance on the work vehicles otherwise I would go elsewhere with better customer service. Other customers were getting comps to the little cafe but no ever asked, mentioned or offered...

Terrible service. Wouldn't even direct me to the proper place for service. My next car will not be purchased from Jim Click. What happened to the good customer service that used to exist?

I always have a problem with ordering my parts from this location... I ordered parts twice and after getting it I ll go back to them because they gave me the wrong one keep in mind they searched for these parts with the VIN number... and it been more than two weeks now since I ordered a part and never received a call from them...

Well took my car to get a oil change they said they're going to wash it and rotate the tires and they didn't do that not too happy

2.5 hrs for an oil change! Rotated my tires and didn't even have the correct air pressure. Oily hand prints on my truck too.

It took around 3 plus hours for an Oil Change, no one called me to let me know the car was done, and when I tried calling in to check on my own I was disconnected on.
