I usually don't love dealing with dealerships, but I had a great experience. Jose was on the ball and super polite, just a great guy. He called me to communicate even though he was pretty sick. And Curt, he is very skilled at his trade, he did a great job on my van. They even took it across the street for me to get worked on at the other side, for some other stuff they can't do. They did this so I didn't have to miss any work. So good job guys and I'm happy.

Jose and the office staff were amazing with communication, scheduling and insurance claims. I had to get rescheduled 2x due to my own schedule conflicts and they were east to contact and reset dates. Their body work and repairs are of quality work! Highly recommend.

Had very extensive hail damage. All work performed with excellence. My car now looks great again.

I'm not speaking for all of the staff, but my Collision Rep. did not return phone call messages/emails, no good at giving updates or follow-ups. From her ordering parts and completing the repairs was a total of approximately 3 mos. Shop did quality work. But Coliision Rep. turned me away from using them in the future.

I can't say enough GOOD words about the Jim Click Collision team. Yes, my repair took over 60 days due to the parts shortage, but when our car was complete it was absolutely beautiful. Only me and Carfax know we even had a fender bender! Great job!

Great customer service and attention to detail. I noticed one of the decals that they had applied started to come off six months after work was done and I took it in and they took good care of me.

Great job on my Rav 4. Took me home and back. Car returned very clean. When they said it might be ready a day later they were very concerned when I mentioned in passing to the receptionist my dog needed to go to the vet. They made a big effort to get it back to me in time to take her. Thank you I really appreciate the extra effort.

Did not get my car fixed on the day of appointment Did not keep me informed never called back as promised I had to call several times although I was provided a rental car while my car was being repaired that should have been done during the time the car was being repaired from an accident so overall a medium satisfaction

Approximately two weeks ago we were told that our parts were going to be ordered from Italy and it would take about one week to get them. It will be almost two weeks since we were told that. My wife called today and they haven't ordered the parts. Terrible service. Unfortunately they are the only Jeep dealer in town that does collision.The manager at this place made it right. We are happy with the work.

My wife was in a terrible accident and they did a FANTASTIC job fixing her pearl white Subaru. We had other things fixed at other places but they did the best job by far. I was impressed that all the lines (hood, fenders, etc) we re lined up correctly with appropriate gapping and the pearl white was spot on. Bobby at the collision center was a great guy!

LThis experience was my worst yet with the body shop. Estimaror Jose Cardenas refused to give me an estimate, said he can't, more like he wouldn't! Gave me nothing but excuses and circular logic rather than admit he was lazy and incompetent. Then when I asked to see his manager for refusing he said he was busy helping others and gave me his own card falsely representing himself as the manager. I turned my volume up a little more and finally this knucklehead realized he was in trouble and got Bobby Salaiz the real manager. Then simply and efficiently in 30 seconds Bobby printed the estimate exactly how I had asked Jose nicely to proving Jose was lying at the least. I am all about solutions and effectively navigating them. This dealership in 20 years has done little or nothing to improve in this area of laziness, incompetence and poor customer service. Again thank God for Pete Cates & Bobby but sooner or later these guys are going to get tired of cleaning up all the willfully avoidable lazy disrespect their advisors cause them do have to address and they'll leave too. It's inevitable :-(

I was in an accident and had my car towed here. I found out my car was totaled. So I went to go retrieve my personal belongings from my vehicle before the insurance company came to pick it up. I didn't have much in the car but I know for a fact I had a sublime cd in the CD player. It's the only cd I listen to and it's been there for the past year. It was gone. I know it's just a cd but that's not what matters. It's the fact that someone got into my car, decided they wanted what was mine, and took it. I left the dealership feeling disgusted. Be careful bringing your car here for any work. Make sure to remove all your belongings before leaving it.

Extremely rude customer service, asking questions and they would assist me unless I had an appointment and their appointments were schedules almost a month out

Great service. A little hard to reach the appraiser, but they have been very busy. I have been there before and I will return any time I need bodywork.

Too expensive for those gaskets. They wanted to bust out. My windshield put new one in to install those cosmetic gaskets my windshield is in perfect condition no cracks

Professional, work took a day (weekend) longer than we were told.There was a snafu with payment which we had to have corrected. They did return our rental car for us.
