I can't even speak highly enough about Mike G., I bright in a trade in and he gave it to me straight no sugar coating. What he did to help me get into this newer vehicle for me and my son is amazing the whole team was great, but he didn't give up in negotiating numbers and working magic. This was my first time at Jim Click and I highly recommend them at the Auto Mall. He explained EVERYTHING so I can understand it and we were on the same page with everything. I am so grateful, and my son can't stop smiling while riding. Thank you again and you definitely have a customer FOR LIFE!

My husband and I are so happy for the service that Mike G and Edgar G gave us. Mike gave us the time and explained every question we had. Him and Edgar went out of their way to make the best deal so we could have this truck. The entire team is very friendly. But Mike and Edgar definitely deserve 5 stars or more. Thanks for everything

Mike G helped me purchase my first new car today and he was excellent! I was recommended by a friend and was just going to go look but walked out with new car! He was friendly and personable and made sure to go through everything thoroughly. He made an exciting yet a little stressful first experience awesome and I will definitely be recommending him to anyone who is looking to purchase a car!

Everyone was amazing! Great customer service. Mike G answered all our questions and took his time to explain every detail to us. He was extremely friendly and optimistic about solving any issues we had.Sonia was great in explaining the features of the car and helping install the Kia Access app and walking us through every step.Ryan B was also very helpful, friendly and positive! Made the paperwork easy and quick to complete. Overall satisfied from start to finish. So happy with our new car!

I cannot begin to express how thankful I am for Mike G. and the team at Jim Click Ram! They worked tirelessly to make sure that I was able to drive away in the exact truck that I wanted. I m writing this review for my mother-in-law, who is elderly and has Parkinson s and is in a wheelchair or walker. She went to Jim click to purchase a used vehicle. She did not notice that the bumper was broken until it started making noise two weeks after the purchase when the clips fell out while driving. I went back to Jim click, because Surely I thought this was an oversight that they would not take advantage of her. I was shocked when the manager Jason said the car was as is and she should ve noticed that. she had the opportunity to inspect the car before purchase. I thought it was an oversight that they would quickly make amends for. I found out they are just used car salesman s and care about commission and their bottom line. my recommendation is to be cautious when purchasing a used vehicle from Jim Click Dodge. Make sure you have the car inspected by a third-party because they will hold you accountable. Jason would fumble around with his excuses that I quickly negated but in the end, he was never going to make it, right I can t say every manager will treat you this way, but Jason does

You sold me a car that insurance companies won t cover? Thanks for letting me know ahead of time, Mike G. It s already been broken into and attempted GTA. That s $500 I didn t have on a deductible payment. This was the worst mistake of my life and to be honest it wasn t even my fault. I hope your whole career isn t solely based off of taking advantage of first time buyers. Oh wait, that s what it s made to do. Silly me.

Mike G has been nothing but amazing in helping me buy my first car. He was very honest and open about the situation we re in with me being a first time buyer at a young age. He was so easy to get along and joke around with. It felt like I had a big brother I could trust helping me out. I am from another state wintering in Arizona, I bought 2022 Ram from Jim Click not because I wanted to but, because I had to. I was in an accident and I had to have a truck. I purchased free oil change from them and now I can t get an oil change only at there desired time. I am done with Jim Click and have found Larry Miller will change it with NO PROBLEMS when I pull in their dealership. Thank You Larry Miller my wife and you appreciate you very much.
