Word of advice, avoid this place like the plague. Dealing with my car getting repaired here has been a nightmare. I was rear ended in mid May and sent the insurance estimate to this place within a couple days. I never got a call or an email when the parts came in or to schedule the repairs (because they wouldn't schedule the repair until the parts came in).Two months go by, I have to call them to find out that an email "was in drafts and never got sent to the scheduling department" when the parts came in. I get told to drop my car off on 8/16 and yet again didnt get a single update from them at any point outside of when I called, but never a confirmation when it was actually expected to be done.Friday 9/15 rolls around and I find out from the rental company that my insurance set the expiration of my rental coverage to Monday 9/18. I call the rental company, my insurance, and this shop to confirm that 9/18 is in fact when my car will be done. Monday comes and I don't get an update so I call in the afternoon to find out it's still not done and now the burden is on me to call my insurance and the rental company to make sure I can keep my rental an extra day without it coming out of my own pocket. Tuesday comes and goes with no update again until I call them around 4pm to get "still not done but it'll be ready first thing in the morning" Wednesday 9/20 so I have to go through the entire process to extend my rental with my insurance and rental company AGAIN.Wednesday 9/20 I don't get there to pick up my car until 4:45 (I called for an update around noon, got the confirmation that my car was "getting finished up" so I let them know I'd be there by 5pm and was assured it would be ready. When I got there at 4:45 I was told they were still finishing up and it would be a few more minutes. An hour later and 10 minutes before they close I get my car back to find paint chips/runs in 3 different areas of my bumper and trunk, the camera was put on crooked "with double sided tape", there was a random smear of a substance that looked like paint across my driver side door handle which they cleaned before I left only because I pointed it out, and my trunk is still not aligned correctly. The lid is scraping the plastic inner lining of my trunk which will create damage where there shouldn't be and I have to slam my trunk shut to get it to latch. Over $3K and 4 months later my car is still not fixed.I was told when I left yesterday to bring the car back in next week so they can correct everything and I'm now waiting for the manager to call me to get that scheduled and taken care of. The communication from this place is almost non-existent and they seemingly update you with lies to avoid dealing with it. The ONLY time I got a call from this place instead of me contacting them was when they were confirming how much money I got from my original insurance estimate so they knew how much was owed when I picked up the car.

I took my Kia in to have the hood repainted. From start to finish, Leo was excellent! Extremely kind and professional and he went the extra mile on customer service!! They did a great job with the repaint. And, they cleaned the interior! Thank you!!

this place has been an absolute nightmare to deal with.4 months ago my husband was in an accident that was of no fault of his own. It took 2 months for the collision center to get him in (end of May). We were told it was a 22 day work order. Completely reassured we would have our vehicle back way before our trip at the end of July. The last of June rolls around and we inquire, are told that due to this and that, they haven't been able to get it into paint yet but will the following week. The following week we call, still hasn't gone into paint because they didn't have the staff but will after the holiday. Another week passes, there's another excuse. We are at the end of the month of JULY now and it came out of paint but apparently a worker sawed through the bumper and it needed to be redone. They assure us it'll be redone asap and they had rescheduled the glass company to come out. We were told 2 days ago that the glass company came and it will be sent to the Kia dealership yesterday morning for an electronics check. Yesterday, my husband calls at 11 to check on it. Was told that the service advisor was on lunch. Husband gives him an hour and a half. Calls again, told that he had stepped out. Called another 30 minutes later and once again told that he was on lunch. So obviously this guy is avoiding us. So my husband goes up to speak with the manager who doesn't have the same story the service advisor gave us. Apparently it had just had the glass installed that morning and had not gone to the dealership like the advisor told us....no one is telling the truth. What is going on? Why all the lies? What are you doing with our van? Just give it back, please.

First off the estimator was a good guy.... but to paint my hood and roof took 3 visits, and almost 6 weeks.... ( 2 days of work according to them) sloppy paint work... and after the 3rd there are still flaws, but I cant take bringing it back... the last time there was grease all over the seats and bumper.... ( why on the 3rd time you wouldn't look over the car) if any small paint and body shop was run this poorly they would be out of business in weeks.... horribly work... never go backService: Painting

Had my Jeep towed here for repairs since I bought it from Jim Click Jeep across the street. Leo was assigned to my case by my insurance, and he is super professional and always answers the phone or replies to emails quickly. I had to go out back and remove some items from my car, and one of the techs named Fish helped me out without even asking... one of the coolest people I've met in awhile. I've never been treated so well at a repair shop. Hopefully I won't need to go back anytime soon, but if I do at least I know I'll be welcomed like an old friend. I really can't stress how much I recommend this place, I'd give it more stars if they let me.Service: Body & Trim

The company did all it could to get our car repaired on time. It was parts supply that was the culprit that kept them from 5 stars. I can not believe that it took 2 weeks for rocker panel clips to be delivered.

Worst experience with a body shop ever. After a month of waiting they finally told me they weren t able to find a part. I paid out of pocket to get the part that I found online in 3 minutes and now they came out of no where with an excuse that the clear is falling off and they will need to repaint the hood fender and bumper. This place cannot be trusted. 2 weeks and I ll be 2 months in the hole without a truck because of their lack of communication and competency.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Have used this company before, unfortunately there was some repairs that needed to be re-touched. I could not get through to anyone who would call me back. May have been a change with the company recently, then I was in contact with Jeff, Felt bad that this fell on his lap but once it did I started receiving callbacks I had an appointment scheduled and my repair was corrected. They gave me an estimated time and they were on point with it. We received great customer service and are very happy with The overall repair!! Thank you very much Jeff!!Service: Painting

They did a terrible job repairing my vic. They lie, are untrustworthy in my opinion. They didn't bother to return my calls. They are way way way to many competitors. I will never use them ever again. I will never buy a Ford again because of this shop

I brought one of the vehicles in my fleet here, a 2018 F150, on concern of a normal shop s ability to work on the aluminum body. Plus, since the truck is so new, I wanted as close to OEM as possible given the damage. I spoke with the estimator, Simeon, who was a wealth of knowledge about all parts of the repair, the insurance dealings, and the time it would take to get it done. His knowledge made me so comfortable that I didn t even get other estimates to compare. When I dropped it off to get the repairs done, I asked how long the work would take. Keep in mind, this was a Monday. Simeon said next Friday almost without hesitation. During that time, I emailed him once to see if it was still on track to get done the following Friday, since I still had to get it wrapped after paint. He said yes, so I left it alone for some time. Come the following Friday when he said it would be done, I called because I was in the neighborhood, and he said they were doing the final wash as we spoke (I never thought it would be done in time). I went by and picked it up and was absolutely blown away when I saw the finished product. I was fully expecting to see the welds, or obvious panel gap, or worst: door alignment issues. None of that! It looked absolutely perfect. It looks like it did the day I bought it. I m still blown away by it. I just couldn t be happier with the whole experience and it really made a bad situation so much more tolerable.

9.7.2022 - Used this facility as Jim Click Holmes Tuttle Collision Center.Work done at this facility is great.My hubby recently had a run in with a deer in S.D. while on Vaca (everyone walked, or ran away unharmed) and really messed up the driver's side front quarter panel, bumper, and headlight of my Telluride We received her back today. And she looks "marvelous"!

Took my car to the collision center and the staff was very unprofessional, poor customer service, won't stand by their work, made up excuses when questioned about their work, and they will write you off quickly. The only thing that we agreed on was work that was done by a 3rd party was done poorly. They won't even go an extra inch to make sure you are taken care of properly and I would not recommend taking your vehicle here at all.

Gave me the highest estimate of three shops along with the longest waiting time to have the work done. Not saying that that s all bad but I wanted to have my Lincoln repaired faster.

Well, definitely NOT anyplace that you would WANT to be! That being said, the folks at Tuttle Click were awesome! They walked me through what needed to be done. Everyone was very helpful and patient with me. The front desk gal was a sweetheart and Simeon didn't even laugh when I tried to recreate the sounds coming from my car! They deal with the insurance, billing, rental car.... THANKS FOR MAKING MY ROTTEN DAY A LITTLE BIT LESS ROTTEN!

Took my SUV in there to have the rear bumper replaced. They did everything they said they were going to do at the price they were going to do it in the time they said that they were going to do it. Amazing huh.

Horrible service, I would never recommend anyone go here, unless you want a half assed job done. The customer service is terrible. The were paid 3,000 to base coat and clear coat my hood fender and driver front and back door. The only major thing that was done was a little bit of body work tyo the driver door due to a hit and run. When I received my truck back there was countless white chip marks on the hood, nothing was done to my expectations. NEVER GO HERE!! THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS!!!
