Jessie and Sammy really took great care of me. They gave me the service needed and even double checked my battery to make sure I needed one or not. Turns out gave a faulty reading. Grateful that wasn t needed and saved me money. I will definitely be coming back this location always take great care of me.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! Daisy and Vidi were wonderful! Great smiles and knew how to help me. Great attitudes. They went above and beyond with helping me with advice on my brakes too. Great staff! They all work well together. Sammy remembered my Husband and that is also why we go there. We are not just another number. My youngest saw the two amazing ladies working on our SUV and she said I want to do that too! What great inspiration. Highly recommend!!

Best service in town, straight forward and honest. Brought my truck to them a few times and they always treated me with respect and was honest about the work needed to be done, while other shops over charged. Can't recommend this place enough. Absolutely amazing team!

Stopped by early morning on 01-10-2024 and staff was great. Getting my oil change, tire rotation, and tire check, was stress free! Shout out to Viridiana she is outstanding at doing her job with amazing work knowledge and has welcoming positive energy!

Second time at this location for oil change on my Ram Promaster 3500 Van. Samuel (Sammy) is always pleasant to see and is excellent at customer service. Very happy with the service.

The crew was friendly, professional and efficient. It was a Saturday and they had a lot of cars in line when we went but they treat you like you're their only customer while still having you out of there in in a very timely manner. They all worked in sync (constantly calling out to each other) to keep the flow going without missing any steps. I'll definitely continue going back for all future maintenance.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Brakes, Oil change

This Jiffy Lube has outstanding customer service. I have had one great experience after another with their staff. Jesse and his teammates went above and beyond to help me with a battery and alternator issue. I was educated on the problems that I had, and the speed of their service was very quick. I cannot thank the employees at this location enough for all of the great work that they are doing! I am very grateful that I live near the shop in case I have any issues with my vehicle in the future.

I came into JiffyLube FREAKING OUT SO HARD because my engine temperature gauge started fluctuating from H to C rapidly, like it was possessed and A/C kept switching back and forth blowing hot to cold for no apparent reason to me. As I approached the store, Jesse happily greeted me outside and had me pull into the Bay Area where we went over all of the issues that it could be. The main issue that I was having was the radiator! I had a massive crack in my radiator and it was leaking all over the place:-( he ended up having me speak with their in-house mechanic, Tanner, who seemed exceptionally knowledgeable in all things that could happen under the hood of a vehicle!They explained all of my options that they had to offer as well as options that included how i would be able to "fix" it temporarily on my own... they paitiently waited for me as i made several phone calls to try to pull enough money together from friends an family... and even though there were many other customers that came in behind me, they treated me as if i was the only customer they were dealing with!! With tons of attention to detail and extra information, they kept me updated through out the entire process!!! The estimated time they quoted me at was about 2� to 3 hrs for labor, however Tanner was able to work his magic and get me out of here before the first hour was complete! TANNER U ARE A BLESSING!!!! thank u for being here in my desperate time of automobile need!! I will FOREVER Refer All of my friends and family to this jiffyLube!!I also noticed a lot of mutual respect between all members of the team and it seems like they are all treated well! There is such a positive energy around this place and I felt extremely comfortable the entire time! I wanted to mention Ramon and Ashley as well because they were super friendly and empathetic to my situation!I have A BEAUTIFUL BRAND NEW RADIATOR now and my AC is just so happening to be blowing colder than ever!!I would give TEN STARS if google allowed lol

8/8/23I don't even know where to begin to describe my 1st experience with the Jiffy Lube @ 1301 W. Another Way. Talk about a crew that works together instead of competing against each other. Even the manager is just involved as his employees, when he could be spending his time in their ice cold A/C office and waiting room. The manager and his employees worked as a strong team together on my truck that was giving problems with 1 spark plug that wouldn't come out. They never lost their cool they stayed focused and never gave up. This is a place I totally trust working on my vehicles. I will always be going to them for all my work. Do I have to talk about honesty, the one employee came over to me and handed me my wallet that had to of fallen out of my pants pocket. Is that honest enough for you. They respect their customers. I could go on and on. But you try and experience this shop yourself and believe me you'll be where I am writing a review. Good job lady and gentlemen. Thanks for all your hard work, integrity, honesty and anything I missed. See you guys again on my next trip to your shop.

Awesome crew. Turns out I mentioned I was going to do my own oil change but it's too dang hot. And that I had oil and filter already in car and they said they can use what I have with a discount. It pays to speak up. They're really not here to rip the customers off. At least not the store on Irvington. Great job guys.

Ashley & Daisy took care of my truck like it was one of their own. I brought in my own oil and filter but didn't have the time at home to change it to darn hot outside. There was a first responder discount.The place was not busy at all. They have a nice big air conditioned waiting room.

The best mechanic I can asked for. When you come to Jiffy Lube, ask for Tanner if you will make sure your car is in great condition when you leave. And the customer service is actually great everyone s smiling. I love it here.

Daisie has a very pleasing personality and very helpful. Tanner went out of his way to take me home and pick me up. He replaced brake line and replaced the front shocks on my truck. Upon arrival I was greeted by Tanner who was super friendly and helpful the whole way through and was able to explain to me the process that would unfold with my service. He also offered water as I waited inside and was extremely polite and professional. The manger was awesome too as he accepted my coupon and explained to me the service I requested and all that was included. Quick and fast service thanks again!

I called them before going in because I was at one location that was having computer problems so I wanted to find a location with less of a delay. They did not tell me they were having computer problems as well so I went to them. When I got there they told me that it would be just as long of a wait there. However they did give me a couple coupons because of the wait which was helpful.
