I hadn't been to this Jiffy Lube before. Usually the workers go over everything I might, or may have, a problem with in the future. Nothing was said to me upon completion of the oil change. There was a filter that had to be replaced and I chose that. I just wasn't very impressed as I had been in the past. The workers who worked on my car seemed very nice.

We were quickly greeted and got going by an associate named Kyndra. Kyndra explained the process and was very polite, friendly and effective. Everyone was super friendly and effective in getting us in and out!

I have been coming here for years, and up until my last visit, I would have given these guys five stars. I don't need to drive my car daily since I don't work outside of my home. I got an oil change a few days before Christmas. On Christmas, I pulled my car out of the garage, and there was fresh oil on the garage floor. Thank goodness I have a cat and was able to sprinkle cat litter on the oil. I arrived at my son's house, and he crawled under my car to look for the leak. The plug to the drip pan was loose. It was loose enough that he could tighten it with his hands.Like I said, I've been coming here for years. This is the first time I have had an issue. I did notice that there were many new employees since my last visit. I would have returned to the shop for them to fix it. However, it was Christmas, and they were closed.I did not stay in my car during this oil change, but the times that I have, I have seen another employee double-check/confirm that all was good to go. I don't think that happened this last time.Jiffy lube, please make sure to double-check that the plug is secure. I was fortunate, my son was able to tighten it.

Everyone who worked with us was efficient, fast, and considerate. They even held the door open for us when we got in the car! This continues to be the best auto shop I ve ever been to, and I have no intention of ever going anywhere else.

The employee at the front desk, was very rude. Called in the morning beforehand and she was very short and condescending. Upon arrival was directed to the lobby, and was told she would take care of me. She did nothing but sit on her phone the whole time. When the phone would ring for the store, she wouldn t answer and the employee out in the bay would come to the phone. If she didn t want to be there she should have left.The gentlemen that worked on my car were very polite and friendly.

Very friendly staff, very affordable prices, always let you know about deals and great stuff happening; especially Andrew he pays attention to details, very helpful, explains everything he s about to do in details and gives you options and cares and loves his job. They are very transparent and no hidden fees or cost.

I went to this location on Oracle and Magee for my oil change and from my first phone call to arrival the same person I talked to greeted me and was helping and courteous. It was a fast and thorough experience. They gave me suggestions and told me about my car small issues and that was that. Didn t pay too much or too less it was just right. Found the right coupon on their website, used it got a deal. yes, I d go back.

Excellent customer service. Andrew and Xavier were spot on with their knowledge and professionalism throughout the entire process. I was recommended added service but wasn't pushed to do it. I really do appreciate what they did today. Let's not forget Peter who was under the car doing his thing as well. Great job crew!!!!

We received quick service for an Oli change at a reasonable price using an online coupon. Staff was friendly. Our service person pointed out possible additional services needed but not in heavy handed manner. He also went over other checkpoints indicating when they were fine. Comfortable inside customer waiting area. It was nice to have a no appointment needed option after our dealership's shop would have required a two day wait.

Waited almost an hour for them to open on Saturday. Internet, sign on the door and phone recording says open at 7::00 AM. My time is worth something....Unacceptable!!!!Get it right.... or shut the doors.

Well. Went there yesterday for my wife s service. They ended up losing my wife s keys!!!! The car was running and I hopped in and went home less than 5 miles away. Died in the drive way due to no key. Went back there in my car and they said we put them in the center console. Nope! Nothing! The young kid said but a new key and bring the receipt and they would reimburse. We shall see!! Be careful and always ask for your keys!! Not happy about this at all!!!

Wow! Joe was exceptional! One of the most important aspects in life to me is to treat others with respect and dignity! This location did just that! From management to Joe the mechanic himself were, extremely professional, and courteous and very knowledgeable! I will absolutely return for services and very grateful for the visit! Took my business vehicle here for an oil change. Waited 45 minutes to get scanned in . When I finally got out to ask what the deal was (they took another car first in another bay), they got pissy and said they were trying to get fleet approval. I am not a fleet account and own the vehicle myself and they never asked. Then they refused me service. The guys were running around or standing around like they had no clue what to do. I d leave fewer stars if I could.

Good workers. I drove up they immediately helped me and I got my oil change and even a tire rotation. They let me know how my car was doing and future fixes if I needed them later on. Good place for a decent oil change at a fair price as well. Definitely will come here again for future use.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
