They were quick and Aileen worked with me to give me a very fair price since they were out of my conventional oil. She has great customer service skills! There was oil inside on the drive side door and all over the steering wheel but I ll still go back.

Be wary of the service techs recommending a battery charge or replacement. The tech that performed my oil change showed me a printout of what my supposed battery charge currently was. The printout stated my battery was not "healthy." However, I never noticed anything with my battery, I declined a charge or a replacement, took my vehicle to my local dealership where they ran a test on my battery to find it was perfectly fine.

Happened to get in quickly today... that was quite nice! Always friendly and knowledgeable team members. Shout out to Dominic who was able to navigate through my 2015 Ford Focus dashboard prompts and eliminate that annoying "oil change required" message... thanks Dominic!

The mechanic, Henry, figured out the problem within 30 minutes of research after I'd already wasted 4 hours at another shop that didn't fix the problem. Everyone at this Jiffy was friendly, and I appreciate that Henry explained every step and piece for repairing my jeep. I was able to finish driving 19 hours to see the eclipse!

I love coming to Jiffy Lube! The team is really knowledgeable, helpful, and super friendly! I want to especially shout out Aileen and Dominick for always being so amazing when I come in. And another shout out to Henry for doing amazing work on my brakes!

I had my oil changed there today. It was so refreshing to see so many kind, young people working, and working together. They were attentive to their work, and I was very happy with the service there. I'll be using them again for oil changes.

Aileen was a joy. Thanks alot jiffy lube team off ina.I came in 20 mins before close because I work long shifts and out of town. They were cheerful, informative and most importantly prompt and informative.Kudos to you for your great attitude hope it will take you far in your career.

When I visited jiffy lube it was almost closed yet they happily took care of me.. the two people that were there were both great they communicated well. She was every nice and helped the prosses with her knowledge and joy in what she does.

I ve been in several times for my oil changes and I ve always had a great experience. Generally quick, but even if there s a bit of a wait, they re communicative. Although it was very busy due to it being the day right before New Years. Everyone and including myself were taken care in a timely manner from my perspective. Anyone new that arrived was greeted and helped. Every member in this Jiffy Lube location is friendly, uplifting and professional. I feel very assured and satisfied when I come to this location.

Ailene. This woman will get things done for you! She's a powerhouse, and I was impressed. I was in from out of state and my car was leaking oil. I have a tiny SUV and the prior oil change folk (elsewhere) had tightened the oil filter on there so tight that no one could get the filter off without taking apart the engine. After everyone in Jiffy Lube tried to get it off, this is exactly what they did. This team went above and beyond for me, and I was very thankful. THANK YOU AILENE! Sorry it took me so long to write this!

I informed the young female, whom I believe was a Manager, to skip checking the tire pressure, as they were installed two days before. Otherwise, a agreed with all of her recommendations.She was very prompt and thorough in her job activities and articulate in her communication with me. I was genuinely pleased to see and experience a younger person who enjoys their vocation. I would mention her by name but do not recall it now.Service: Oil change

It's not bad but the prices are like California. I brought my own oil and filter. Only for a oil change only. 60 bucks. Insane. 5 minutes job and it was 60 dollars. Insane. Never again go there. One and done

The service was excellent! I went in for an oil change and as I got there my battery died and I had coolant leak. My battery was replaced and I got a coolant top off as well and the oil change was quick and easy! Aileen helped me today and she was very informative about the battery and the coolant leak and how to handle it. Quite a lifesaver if I do say so myself!Services: Battery, Oil change

Good experience. They were crazy busy, but changed my oil, changed the oil filter, checked the tire pressure, checked the fluids quickly and efficiently. Very friendly personable staff. All good!

Have been a customer at Jiffy Lube on In a Rd in Tucson for 18 years. Went in today for an oil change and tire rotation and waited in their driveway for 45 minutes before being acknowledged. Emphasized three times that tires needed to be aired up as the sensor was on. Was told they were aired up, which was a lie, so had to drive back to get it addressed. Have seen a number of managers come and go and followed up with Shawn, the current manager. An unpleasant experience with him, no apology for the poor customer service or inconvenience. The quality of service has clearly declined under his stewardship. Asked for the District Manager and his number, but was refused, and was only given his name, also Shawn.Both my wife and I will be taking our business elsewhere after 18 faithful years due to the decline in customer service.

I called ahead to get a price quote and I spoke to Aileen on the phone and she was so charming and helpful. I came by later that day and she immediately recognized me before I even said a word! They were super busy so I decided to come back this morning to get the first spot in line! Aileen was there to greet me with a smile. They took such good care of me. They changed my oil, topped off my coolant, made sure I had air in my tires, changed my cabin air filter and paid attention to all the little details like the sticker on my windshield and made sure I had every screw we took out of my glovebox, Aileen even held up her paper when we spoke to block the Sun in my face. Liiike .WHAT?!?! So nice.I left feeling safe and ready to travel and smiling!!Thank you guys and thanks Aileen, she s the BEST IN THE WEST!!! ;)
