I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube, I came in for an oil change and was in and out in no time. The nice man who helped me with my oil change helped me choose the best oil for my foreign car. Excellent, friendly, and quick service!

I CAN T IMAGINE GOING ANYWHERE ELSEJiffy Lube is very convenient but what I like the best is the Staff! Chantz, Daniel and Ezra were quick to welcome, knowledgable on what my car needed and timely! I was able to get an oil change done quicker than I was able to finish my complimentary coffee. I can t imagine going anywhere else for my service needs.

My oil change was no more than 15 minutes. Unusually fast with the services they were supposed to do. My truck is now parked because I have to pay hundreds of dollars for repairs. I drove an hour and a half to have my oil changed and now I can t drive my truck at all. I ve always had my oil changed at Jiffy Lube. Worst experience I ve ever had and I will never do business here again.

Showed up to have my brakes done and my oil changed. Was informed that the mechanic is new and can t do brakes yet . That doesn t make any sense, but I decided to get my oil changed anyway. The customer service manager came up, read some things off about my last change, forgot all the upsell points, which I don t care about, but it is her job. Near the end of my oil change I heard them discuss finding some lost clips. No one ever brought it up to me, so I figured they were found. Two days later I find a single zip tie where there should be clips. Don t go to this jiffy lube unless you want to have to check your car yourself. They also recommended that my brakes were fine and didn t need to be replaced, which told me they didn t even look. It s disappointing. If it weren t for these clips missing, it would have been an ideal experience, even without getting my brakes done. Friendly staff, quick service, and they won t mess up anything that won t be cheap to replace. But I no longer trust them, and I won t be returning to this location.

Have been using Jiffy Lube for decades to get my oil changed. I drive a little Kia Soul. Came in today and they told me the least expensive oil change they offer now is $91. I told them no thank you and drove away. I will be going elsewhere from now on. EDIT I am now going to Brakemasters, they charged me $39.95.

They were so helpful and so polite! I just had my headlights replaced and restored. As a woman it s often really nerve wracking to go to the auto shop, but these guys made me feel respected and gave me a lot of great information. Thanks again to Michael the manager that helped me today!

I went to another location up Oracle and they were a total mess. I decided to come down to this location and there was no wait, plus the employees were all super friendly and immediately attentive. Michael was amaaaazing, thank you so much!! Definitely will come back to see him again.

Went in for an oil change; it was a great experience. I know people don't choose oil change facilities to feel like a princess but I did and my husband said he did also. Micheal A. and Michael B. were knowledgeable, friendly, fun, and welcoming! Super fast oil change and very clean facilities. Bonus: great selection of coffee, hot chocolate, and tea! *Note: choose the smallest coffee size if you use the Keurig (I don't mean the espresso one) or there might be some overflow (oops). Not saying I made a little mess, but Micheal said not to worry about it when I started cleaning it up

I paid over $90 for an oil change. It didn t take them that long to change the oil but when they were finished I specifically asked them if they put washer fluid in they told me yes and they did not do that. The radiator overfill was bone dry. The other fluids were OK. I think it s poor service when you lie to somebody and tell them you did something when you didn t do it so overall, I am not too satisfied with the service I received today

Then coming at jiffy lube for years and it seems depending on the workers whether they will vacuum and clean the window You're spending $100 for a oil change might as well go someplace else for that price

The service at the Oracle and Roger location was great. And the team lead was very personable. I told him I wanted full synthetic oil change and when he mentioned tire rotation, I said yes. I recently bought a 2019 Pathfinder, so I want the best for my vehicle. Considering the long drives I take with my daughter for her soccer games, yes I wanted my tires rotated also. I'm glad he asked because I wasn't thinking about it, but it was needed.Pricing was very reasonable. I can tell based how my suv feels when I drive it that the oil is fresh synthetic.I give this team 5 stars for their cohesiveness during my service.Services: Tires, Oil change

I had my oil changed at the East Broadway local on Monday and this morning when I pulled out of my garage, there was a large puddle under my car. I had an appointment on the north side and due to to the nearest Jiffy Lube and pulled into the North Oracle shop, which had changed my wife s oil on Friday.This shop on North Oracle is exceptional. They discovered the drain plug was very loose and the old oil filter gasket was still intact. These folks replaced the oil filter, removed the old gasket, retightened the drain plug and cleaned the bottom of the engine and the young lady cleaned the front of the car.From now on, this is the ONLY Jiffy Lube I will trust!Service: Oil change

Excellent and efficient service. Very professional! I would highly recommend to come here for an efficient oil change at an affordable price. They also rotated my tires and changed my air filter and topped off fluids. In and out in 20 minutes

I came in on Thursday February 16th at around 10:15-10:20am and there were 3 other cars ahead of me. One of which immediately left after talking to a worker and getting what they needed done I believe and 2 others were getting work done in the garage. I talked to Michael, the Manager and I HAVE to say, I was VERY pleased with his customer service. The last time I was here I was not treated very well and to be honest I was VERY nervous to come back. BUT Michael made this visit SO comfortable and I had the BEST experience. AND it was a WORLD difference! Last time my oil change took and hour when they said it would take 15 minutes. This time it DID Only take 15 minutes, and the wait time having to wait for those 2 other cars to be done was EXTREMELY FAST. I ALWAYS give my 100% honest feedback. No matter how ugly it is. No matter if the people will like it or not. But thank goodness this was a GREAT experience. If you've had bad experiences at This Jiffy Lube in the past? TRUST ME, GO BACK! And give it a 2nd chance! And ASK FOR the manager MICHAEL!! Because Michaels the Man Thank you for a WAY better experience this time around! Service: Oil change

Jerry was awesome! I am a new driver and it was my first oil change ever so I was nervous. Jerry and Daniel did great job helping me they were quick friendly and polite.They also took the time to make sure I understood and explained everything to me. Frank at Jiffy Lube on Oracle took wonderful care of me and my car. He and his team were very efficient and professional. Frank kindly offered a few extra services that my car could use in the near future but was patient and honest when I asked about the urgency of each service. Auto repair and maintenance shops are often known to be pushy but this location is not one of them. I felt well respected and taken care of, and best yet Frank had me back on the road in less than 15 minutes with a smile and a wave. I will definitely keep coming back to this location. Jerry is wonderful and extremely friendly! Took care of me in a very professional manner. He asked me if I was okay with everything that was being charged and made sure every detail was taken care of. Andrew is amazing as well! Great quality and a very personable staff. Jerry and his team are amazing. I have gone to this location probably 4-5 times now over the years and they never cease to wow with their outstanding professionalism, kindness, and efficiency. I could not possibly recommend anyone else when it comes to getting your oil changed in a quick yet high quality manner. I will most definitely continue to go back to them for any maintenance that is needed on my vehicle.Service: Oil change
