Wow, it is rare to come across such an honest car shop!! I took my wife's car in as it was leaking oil in our driveway. I took the cover off the bottom of the car to inspect it myself but could not find a cause. I took her car there, and within an hour they said her car was done. I returned for them to tell me that it was caused by her oil cap not being screwed on tightly enough by whoever did her last oil change, so they torqued it to the proper value and replaced the plastic cover. They easily could have upcharged me and told me it was some other cause and I would not have known.The best part? THEY DIDN'T EVEN CHARGE ME! They tightened the cap and replaced the cover free of charge. What a great, honest shop. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I will be taking both our cars back to here, without a doubt. The (manager?) working at the front desk was awesome, super nice and honest guy.

Horrible. I took my truck in for an oil change and a tire sensor repair or replace. I made an appointment a week in advance.I dropped off my truck at 7:30 a.m. they said 2 hoursChecked with them at 11:00. Nothing done. I called a 2 p.m. and they said truck done. I picked it up. Tire sensor NOT done. Their invoice says check tire sensor. I already knew that. The tire sensor warning was lit up on my dashboard and the reason I took it there.Nobody called me on tire sensor. No contact. NothingBasically, I waited 6 and a half hours for an oil change.Never again. I could have went to Jiffy Lube for an oil change and waited 40 minutes, not 6.5 hours.Horrible service, Horrible wait time. Horrible communication. Going to Big O tires for sensor tomorrow morning.Don't go to Ventana tire. I gave them 1 Star. It should be 0 stars

James and his staff at Jack Furrier tire on Sunrise provided me excellent service. They started working on my car within 8 minutes of my appointment time and I was able to wait comfortably. All the staff I interacted with were both friendly and professional. The next time I need tire service in Tucson I will return. Thanks guys

We were on vacation and visiting family. Our rental car had an indicator light regarding a tire problem. We went to this location of Jack Furrier Tire and Auto. They looked over the car carefully and quickly diagnosed the issue. A huge nail was removed from the rear right tire. They didn t charge us anything! We waited a short while for the car and were on our way. Incredibly understanding, friendly and kind about our situation. My brother and others in the Foothills use this location for all their tire and auto needs. Highly recommend!!

I ran into an issue with a nail in my rental car s tire and still had to drive back to Phoenix from Tucson.We called around looking for someone and the store manager was friendly and professional and had us drop in to check things out.We stopped in and they were able to get things looked at and fixed within the hour!They totally saved my bacon because the rental company could only tow the car back but since there wasn t a local branch they didn t have other options.I can t express how thankful I am for this store and if anyone is looking for a place where there are honest, good people to help take care of your car, look no further!

Made an appointment for noon. Waited for 2 hours and they hadn't touched my car. Apperently the guy I spoke with on the phone (who had been working there for 10 years) put me down as a drop off, which nobody told me for 2 HOURS. Assistant Manager did not care whatsoever, and told me while I was walking out that I should have specified over the phone whether I was dropping off or making an appointment. Worst customer service I have ever experienced, and a waste of 2 hours on my day off.

Wow what an A+++ experience with Jeremy the manager at Jack Furrier. I am in town for a while, and needed an oil change and tire rotation. To my pleasant surprise, they rotate your tires with an oil change service and at a great price. Jeremy was super friendly on the phone when I called, and he had some availability same day to service my car. I am staying just about 1.5 miles away, and told him I didn't have a way to drop my car and get back home. I was going to have my husband drop off the car then jog home, but Jeremy offered a shuttle service to drop him off and pick up when the car was ready! Sure enough, he called 2 hours later, which is how long he estimated it to take, and came and picked us up to get the car and settle the bill. He even gave me a discount on service. He was friendly, knowledgeable and just an excellent person to do business with. No surprise charges or upsells with my oil change service either, they said everything was working great. I wish I lived here full time, I would ALWAYS bring my car here for servicing needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and Jeremy is the Best!

Called mid morning to see if I could get an oil change. James said bring it in and they would squeeze us in if we could leave it. Perfect! Then later they called and said it was ready. Couldn't be happier. Thanks James and the techs....

I had an oil change & tire rotation done here. Everything went smoothly from the online reservation to checking in and finishing the service earlier than expected! The staff was friendly & helpful! And, unlike some car service establishments who recommend unneeded services, I ve always found Jack Furrier to be really honest.

We had a potential issue with our catalytic converter and James B allowed us to stop by for a quick diagnostic check which indicated there were no warning codes. He told us what to watch for if there were any future issues. We greatly appreciated his attention and his great customer service. A very nice experience. Jill and Tom

Went to the store at Sunrise and Kolb to get a slow leak repaired on my 2022 GMC Terrain. Took the tire over on a Thursday late afternoon. First thing Friday morning they called me to tell me it is fixed. I went over, and they put the repaired tire on and gave it a quick road test. Now, here comes the best part. The desk guy tells me, "No charge." I was speechless. I will definitely use and recommend this place to everyone needing auto service!

Top quality business. They're responsive, honest, affordable, and they do great work. I've had to bring my cars to them a number of times for various issues, ranging from simple flat tires to complex electrical issues, and they always impress. They communicate clearly to tell you want what the problem is and charge prices which are fair. Just a pleasure to have companies like this that provide honest, quality service. A+++

This past Saturday had a rental with a flat. Stopped in without an appointment, they got me in quickly, and were able to patch my tire and had us on our way in no time. And they didn't charge me a dime (!!). I'm moving to the area in the not-so-distant future, and they have earned a new customer. Richard and his crew were true lifesavers for us that day. Jack Furriers on Sunrise and Kolb is the reliable choice for great service and excellent work on your car. I ve been taking my vehicle to James Bohannon and his team of mechanics for engine, brakes and tire checkups and repair for 4 years now. Always personable, straight forward, honest and dependable! I called last minute on a Saturday to see if I could get in for an oil change. James said they were full for the day and offered an appointment early in the week. I kindly declined because it was for my daughter's car who was leaving to head back to California the next day (on Sunday). He immediately said "bring it in". Saved me an unwanted trip to one of the "quick-turn" oil change operations... Very impressed with the level of customer service I received, and highly appreciative to the Jack Furrier team for taking us in. They've earned a new customer in me. Bravo!

I made an online appointment for right when they opened, but a couple of days in advance. Had a screw in one of my tires. Come appt time, they fixed it and did a quality inspection before handing it back. Didn't even charge me a cent - which I would have happily paid!

This location deserves 10 out of 5 stars! They ve serviced both our cars for 3 years and they consistently go above and beyond. Honest and reliable team! We live more than 30 minutes away and have no problem making the drive because we trust them.

This Store goes way out of there way to conform to the customer. I send all our seven children to come here because I know we can trust them in the fairness and professional diagnoses of any automotive maintenance we may need. The friendliness demonstrates the reason of why they have been serving in this location for so many years. They are very reasonable in pricing and extremely fast on getting you back on the road. Thanks To James & Rich Look forward to our grandchildren having there cars maintained here.

Can't say enough about James and his crew here at the Sunrise location. They have been lifesavers on numerous occasions. They have gone to bat for me on warranty issues (not even their parts!), accurately diagnosed and expertly repaired several issues with my Honda, but most impressively they go way beyond what we have all come to expect from our auto repair techs these days.Imagine, five minutes before their closing on a Friday night before Memorial Day, you get a flat tire. Out of luck, right? No sir! They told me to bring it on in and quickly determined that the puncture could be repaired right then. It was a nasty looking gash mid-tread that they could have easily told me required a new tire. That level of integrity has won them a customer for life. Thanks, guys!

I cannot recommend Jack Furrier Tire and Auto care at Sunrise & Kolb highly enough. They are honest, knowledgeable (I have an older car), and trustworthy. They have always done their work efficiently and stand behind it. They do not try to upsell services you do not want or need. And on top of all that, they are very nice people.

I came to this location to obtain 4 new tires to improve the safety of my vehicle as I just had a new born baby and needed the best tires to be the safest. I got the services completed and fasley felt secure. Fast forward my vehicle had been operating incorrectly, tires loosing air often, I could not make turns I used to be able to etc. One tire got a nail in it and I went to another tire place they immediately asked who put my tires in last and they were shocked because the tires installed WERE NOT CORRECT! They literally put the wrong tires on my vehicle that are NOT optimally safe and the incorrect weight bearing tires. When I had stressed over and over that I needed the safest tires as I have a new born and need my vehicle to be the most optimally safe vechile. Now had the correct weight bearing tires been installed the nail would not have caused the damage it did and I would have been able to have the tire patched for free but because the wrong tires were installed that were too small for my vehicle, the nail hit in a spot that could not be repaired and I had to buy 4 new tires because the wrong size is on. The Jack Furrier tires are only a year old and are worn, constantly needing air refilled, and decreased my fuel efficiency causing more fuel to be used, and had to replace them all already. I am beyond frustrated as this entire time I was driving my baby around in my car with tires that are completely unsafe for my vehicle. My vehicle requires 225/75 R15 102T SL as a minimum and they installed 215/15 R15 100T SL. I am disappointed! I gathered more information on tire safety to ensure I am educated to not fall victim to false information. Had Jack Furrier ordered the correct tires for my vechile this would be a different story but they slapped on whatever tire was close enough and called it a day, gave me the most expensive tire however was not the highest quality, which I wanted high quality and was not the right fit for my vehicle. I am very frustrated and will be reaching out to upper management in hopes for this error to be corrected. Yes, I understand much time has passed however had the correct tire been installed as was promised to me obviously this would not be an issue for me. The safely of my entire family was put at risk due to lack of follow through on their end. I would have waited an extra day or week or whatever to get the correct size and weight bearing tire that was the safest for my vehicle however I was promised the best safest tire and was under that impression, I'm disappointed in myself for blindly trusted them and I am disappointed not a single person there had the empathy to ensure the safety of my family. Vehicles need to be safe above everything else. I will never go to a jack Furrier again and I will make sure no one in my family does either. Safety is our priority and I will only go to places that ensure the safety of my family by providing the highest quality products and services.

I have a 20-year-old car and I know nothing about cars generally, so whenever I have to take it in to get serviced I basically feel like a fattened turkey walking into a nest of foxes with a ham hock tied around my neck. But not at this place! The service is great, they're honest and friendly, and the prices are the best I've come across. I've been patching my car up for years and of all the places I've been, this is the only mechanic I would recommend.
