I've dealt with Jack Furriers for several years to my dismay they're very unprofessional and rude I will let everyone know about there service and bad customer relations, don't make the mistake I did and get your vehicle damaged due to their neglect, when brought to their attention they like to blame the customer for their bad business practices, this goes to corporate as well as they got defensive and rude with me saying I have an old car I don't take care of, this is the pot calling the kettle black they are careless and disrespect other peoples property take your vehicle to a different tire center they don't care what they damage and corporate will back them. I've been ripped off by a lot of auto shops. But I will say these guys definitely care about you. You can feel it. They could have easily ruined me and charged me for a lot more than they did. They had no obligation to help me out. But they did. And for that, they have won my business forever and ever.

These guys are the best ! Hands down ! Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and experts at what they do. Have been going to the Jack Furrier on Kolb and Golf Links in Tucson for over 15 years and have ALWAYS received professional and courteous service. Jason is extremely helpful, patient, and thorough. Thank you Jack Furrier !

Great service, but needs to start taking appointments.My parents relied on one of their locations while I was growing up, and I've always done the same, but at this point, either Jack Furrier or I will need to try something new. I called this location the weekend before to figure out pricing and confirm the needed tire's availability, and even agreed to order the tire (discontinued) myself in advance, and, after working out all the details, asked the hopeless question: "You don't take appointments, do you?" The response, as always, was negative.Still, I set aside my one day off that coming week (they close an hour before the typical workday ends), and the tire arrived on time, so I got on the highway, drove in from outside city limits, arrived only about ten minutes after they opened, requested the needed service...and received a tragic look in response. Three other people had already brought in vehicles for alignment that morning, and they were swamped until the afternoon...because they'd only called in a single employee to work on alignment that day. If only there were a way they could know in advance which services people needed on which days, possibly even at which times...Anyhow, not having a lot of choice and figuring that choosing to come back later would mean losing my place in line, I accepted and went most of that day without a car. They did thankfully manage to perform the work by the end of the day, but it was a pretty near thing; it was about a seven hour wait as-is. I got in plenty of steps that day (and a decent sunburn), and one could say that everything ultimately worked out, but I don't think I'm ever going to chance it again. It's time for a change.

I've been a long time regular at a competitor of your establishment, but things have recently changed with the level of service.Recently, I've had two minor issues with one of my vehicles. Tony and the team have been awesome! I can definitely appreciate a place that operates with integrity and quality.

The only place I will ever take my vehicles. Excellent service, honest and trustworthy. Jason and the rest of the staff are knowledgeable and work with integrity. Highly recommend.

Wow, these guys go way above and beyond anything one would expect or even hope! Even at the end of the day they are willing to check all your tires and see what's wrong with them, then fix the problem, and then explain everything to you thoroughly and politely and in a very good natured way! On top of that they have great prices and great warranties! AND they repaired my stepson's tire for free! BEFORE we even got tires from them! They're awesome!

These guys are absolutely amazing. Had a flat and they fixed it. Can't believe I didn't know that they would even do my rotations, fixes and checks every month when I purchased from them. They are incredible and I will never go anywhere else again.

I have been here for tire rotation and changed oil since then. It's cheaper compared to neighboring places. But you need to drop off the car. It's okay if you are willing to wait for more than 30 min. And if there are some issues that they can not fix, they will recommend other place.

We were on our way out of town for a road trip when our tire blew out. The staff saw us right away and were so kind, compassionate and friendly. I will definitely return for any tire needs.

The workers there are amazing. They did a fantastic job also. Getting my car in and out very fast. They also fixed and replaced a few things that definitly needed fixed which I knew sense I'm a mechanic myself but just didn't have time to replace. JACK FURRIOR ROCKS!!!!

If I can give a lower star rating, I would. How could your shop ignore my daughter when she's asking for help by just printing out the quote after you told her that she needed to pay 400.00 to get the control arm + alignment done?! And then tell her, "Well, since you didn't want the service,bye." Remember, what you give in life, you will have in return. Let's hope your daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, and aunt don't ever receive this type of low-end service. Your seed has been planted. SHAME ON YOU

Best service and they don't try to sell you something that you don't need and will give you the out the door price and it won't be more usually less but never no more. Ask for Jason there, he will always give you the correct repair and never try to sale you anything you don't need.

Good service. Tire stock a bit smaller and may require bringing replacement from another store. Good customer lounge

We took our Toyota in for a steering wheel wobble and a front end alignment. After the first visit, the wobble was fixed but the car still drifted to the right. The company looked at the can again right away at no charge and fixed the drift. The car drives very well now - no wobbling and no drifting. We are very pleased with the work. Thank you!

I always take my car to these guys and they're always so friendly and honest. The very best in town, hands down. They will be very upfront and honest and won't try to rip you off like other auto repair places. Tony and Jason are always friendly and very helpful. Never going any where else, I trust them completly. They're always busy, but it's worth the wait.

TONY IS THE BEST! I have used this Jack Furrier for years and the service has always been great. When I had new tires put on a few weeks ago, a couple of the tire emblems were broken (they were old and brittle, it was only a matter of time). Tony was upfront about what happened and ordered new emblems at no cost to me. The manufacturer ended up sending the wrong sizes and Tony made it a priority to call them and make sure the correct size would be sent. He stayed in constant communication with me about when the parts were ordered and expected to be delivered. He went above and beyond with his service to help me. I am so grateful for his kindness and patience.Jack Furrier is lucky to have an employee like Tony. He cares about his customers and deserves a raise and promotion with all he has done and continues to do!Thank you Tony!

This location came recommended by very trustworthy people in my life. They are fair and don t take advantage of you. Make an appointment to cut wait time. I made my appointment days in advance and I was out within an hour. Thanks all! Definitely recommend this location and will absolutely be coming back when needed!

Jason is the best. I ve been coming here for 20+ years. Even when I didn t live close by, I would pass by other Jack Furriers locations to get to this one because of Jason. He s always given us more than a fair price and I wouldn t take the cars anywhere else. I even have a story where they insisted I didn t buy brake pads from them because I didn t need them because there was plenty of material left. I ve also asked for things to be replaced because Honda said the car needed them replaced and Jason said it all checked out okay. If you re looking for honest car repair, check them out.

These guys are always my number one recommendation for car care. I love that they are always understanding and actually listen to their customers. I went to a few places for a quote on my power windows and no where else did they want to listen to what I was telling them was wrong. These guys know that you can't judge a book by it's cover and I love that about them.Being somewhat mechanically inclined, I know how to work on my car, but most the time, I don't have time to fix what is wrong. These guys always listen and never dismiss what I say just because I am a woman. It's so rare to find that and I will always go to them. Tony has amazing customer service skills and when I called yesterday and spoke to Chris he was completely honest with me about the wait times and suggested I drop my car off in the morning. Such an honest mechanic shop

Once they found my appointment in the computer, everything went great. I was checked in, waited in their waiting area. I was kept informed of everything by the mechanic who was working on it of what was done and what needed to be done. It didn't take long for the repair to be done. I will definitely be using Jack Ferrier Tires and Auto again in the future.

Great service when dealing with this particular Jack Furrier's.Especially Tony & Jason at the front sales desk. They are very helpful and don't try to sell you anything you don't need.
