They did exactly what I wanted. For the first time ever, I picked up my car and did not have an additional list of "things" I need to do or my car would explode! They quoted a price and that is what I paid. I will be back for sure because I know I need a few more things done to my care and in good time. Great job from beginning to end,

I own a 1997 Lexus ES300. These guys are familiar with it. I ve never had so many lies told to me and or invisible issues and or incorrect work done. I ve found loose tie rods, completely detached Steering stabilizer, tire rubbing on both sides up front. Just steer clear of these guys. I ve given them 3x chances to fix these issues. And all I went there for was tires and alignment..Update got back from Brake Masters and this is what they had for me, reminder I got my car back from jacks Tuesday April 2nd 2024

Made an appointment for 730 when they opened and was 3rd person in the door but it still took them 2 hours to even start oil change. When I got back in my vehicle, all my personal settings for seat, radio, AC, and mirrors had been changed. I thought I'd save money over the dealer, but was actually more expensive.

So it's hard to find an automotive service center/tire center you can trust. This is the one you can. It was not cheap, but not expensive. I am willing to pay a fair price for honest work. These people (John and Adrian) in particular, are the best!

I called about getting an alignment on my vehicle. I was told to be there at 7am. I got there at 7:04am. I was told they had too many cars already, to come back the next day at 7am. I went the next day just before 7am. I went inside and was talking to a young guy to get the alignment, when an elderly guy interrupted and said they couldn't do it because they had too many cars. Really? I saw 4 cars. I should have gone to where my family has always gone for 20+years, Beary Alignment (Pete's Auto) on 44th St. I got there at 9am and my car was ready within an hour.

John and his crew at the Valencia location are outstanding! My husband and I were traveling into Tucson to sight see for a few days and a tire on our trailer failed. We called John and he discussed options for replacement. The tire we decided on wasn't available in the store, but John assured us he could have it the next day. We dropped off the rim of the failed tire and went on with our plans. As promised, John called the next day to tell us our tire was mounted and ready to pick up. Dealing with a problem like that when you are in an unfamiliar city can eat up a whole lot of time. Fortunately, John was there to help!

Even though I stayed with Jack Furrier, I wasn't able to get service here at the Valencia location because they're ALWAYS full. I suppose that says something about their quality of work though.

Edit -- In response to owner.. Called into shop to get an alignment for my car, was told to be at the shop @7am. I called my Friday night early and sacrificed sleeping in (I have a demanding work schedule) to be there. After dropping my car off, I got a call some hours later saying the tech could no complete the alignment due to a bad shoulder. This could have been communicated the day prior when I called for the alignment. There was also 3.6 miles added onto my car for a "Test drive". I was unaware of the need for a test drive ESPECIALLY after the alignment could NOT be performed. The car has a new motor in it with a BAD tune... The tech could have caused damage to my motor if they choose to be unprofessional. I feel as if 3.6 miles is excessive for a test drive especially after no alignment was performed. This is why I am giving you 1 star. Also, I do not wish to waste my time emailing your company unless I am being compensated. Will never come back to Jack Furriers again. Thanks!

I m very disappointed with the service I received. I had to leave my car for an entire day for a wheel alignment because they cannot schedule you for a time slot. The next day, I received a phone call telling me they found several issues with my suspension and steering components that required over $2000 in repair costs before they could do an alignment. I wanted a 2nd opinion at a trusted mechanic, and I had to pay $25 just to get my car back. Well, guess what? My mechanic found no issues whatsoever with the vehicle and performed an alignment for me with no hassle. Jack Furrier has lost my business for life. It is a shame because I thought they were a reputable business given their high Google rating.

I had an 730 appointment. I got there early. They told me they could not get my truck in the bay for over an hour past the appointment. I was told the appointment was only to get the truck in sometime that day ridiculous. I m not going to a place that allows you to make an appointment and doesn t honor it. I m also not calling your customer service line. I took my truck somewhere that honors their appointments. This is a warning to people on how your company treats your customers!

This place is awesome! I brought my vehicle in for a flat repair today. In less than 1 hour, they fixed the tire and no charge. Very professional and courteous staff. I found a new car shop, this one. I highly recommend this location.Update:Bought 4 new tires and had them installed on less than 1 hour. This shop is great!

Went to a shop down Valencia that busted off two lug nuts from a tire that wasn't the one they were supposed to change. That place treated us so badly! I said go to Jack Furriers down Valencia. They helped immediately.This place has always treated me right and provided exemplary services! Many thanks

Went here a month or so back because I had a tire that was losing air. They took the tire off and determined that my wheel was damaged at where the stem goes through the wheel and that the wheel needed to be repaired. So, I bought a new wheel and took it back to them. They took the stem from the old wheel and put it on the new one and it had the same issue; air was coming out around the stem again. This time, however, they said the stem was damaged. So I spent $250 on a new wheel for no reason thanks to these guys. I won't be going back here.

My sons car broke down near this location so we towed it in with our truck and the team at Jack Furrier came out to help us. They were so kind. They called a couple hours later and the vehicle was fixed. They had excellent customer service and great prices.

I made an appointment online and they honored a coupon for an oil change and tire rotation. I dropped my van off early before my appointment and they called me when it was ready. Friendly staff and excellent work and they even filled up my windshield fluid.

After being told there was a problem with the starter at another place we brought our car to John. It was just a plastic guard hitting the fan blades. They repaired this with no charge. Very honest and trustworthy. Thank you so much.

This is my go to place for tires, alignment and service. The thing I appreciate is honesty... we have been going here for 8 years now and during that time they have had many opportunities to "take advantage" but it has never happened. In fact, one time they advised me to NOT get some work done as it was not worth the investment... They have given me great deals on tires over the years and never add fees for adding air or other ridicules things... If you want someone you can trust, this is your place.

Made an appointment the night prior for an oil change. Being a newer vehicle, chances of having the filter in stock is slim. To make a long story short, the oil change took approximately 2.5 hours as they had to locate the oil filter. During the time I was waiting, there was no communication as to availability of oil filter. Not only was the time to change the oil excessive in my opinion, there was sloppy work as well. I had to clean off spilled oil in two locations.

I was there early in the morning. 5th customer, just for an oil change and have my back up lights checked. Three hours later and everyone gone, my car was finally done, but apparently the mechanic didn't know what backup lights are. Very disappointing.

I only drop out parts but I always deal with the gentleman by the name of John and the front desk and he is a great guy and it's very Knowledgeable when it comes to repairs to your vehicle

Wonderful Experience at Jack Furrier!One of my tires went completely flat on my way to work. The Jack Furrier shop was just a few minutes away, so I chanced a visit. I was able to speak with a member of their team right away and could comfortably wait in their reception area while one of their mechanics was fixing the issue.The mechanic did a wonderful, timely job and explained the situation to me clearly(what was wrong, what he fixed, any concerns I may have). I'm glad I rolled into such a reliable shop when I needed it the most. They made me a customer for life!

This is a great shop. Can not say enough good things about this place. Professional amd friendly, they do great work and stand behind it. Many shops and choices in Tucson and many places ready to take advantage of people and their vehicles, bit at this Jack Furrier they are top notch. I will continue to bring my vehicle's to them and also now have my sister using their services. Thanks for the great work on my truck.

I enjoyed the best auto repair experience ever. The folks at this Jack Furrier location were friendly and eager to make sure I was taken care of and back on the road safe! They explained what their process would be, informed me on what they found and fix the fuel problem I was having! Best of all the price was affordable. I'm going back tomorrow for a wheel alignment. Thanks guys!

I had gone down to a store on Valencia and was waiting in line to get service when I noticed my hot light came on and my car was smoking. I let it cool down. and the only place that was close enough was Jack Furrier. I pulled in with my car smoking, freaking out, and a gentleman named John, who is the Manager, took a look under the hood and he said my Cooling Fan Motor was dead. I asked if he could fix it, but they were totally booked for the day! He was such a personable man and let me leave my car in their parking lot so I would not have to wait for Roadside Assistance. Another gentleman, named Adrian, also helped with assistance regarding the Road side Assistance and all I can say, is what wonderful people they were to me, a 61 year old woman, who does not know anything about cars, allowed us to sit in their air conditioned lounge until we could be picked up! If I could have left my car there to be serviced, I would have! So if you need to have your car serviced, I highly recommend you go to Jack Furriers on Valencia! What great guys that work their!!! Tell them Katie sent you! Great Customer Service!!!Freaking out as I th named John, took a look under the hood. He found out that my Cooling Fan motor had died
