One of the very few truly honest mechanics in Tucson. They will exactly tell you what is and what not is. Very rare quality to find amongst "Air Filter" changers or "Immediate disaster for your car" mechanics. Very positive vibes. I have sent so many people to them and they all are happy

Dave, the manager, and the whole team there are great! They always tell me what needs to be done, and what can wait a little while. They are honest, and their prices are reasonable. What more can you ask for in an auto shop?

I have used Jack Furrier for the past 20 years. They do a great job!If you are looking for tires look no further. Go ahead and shop but make sure you check with Jack Furrier before you purchase, they have always been the best price.

I had taken my vehicle to another mechanic shop for my AC not cooling and was told it would be $3000. My Mom shared her experience with JF on 1st and was very happy and suggested I go there. I made an appointment and they were able to get me in the next morning. They not only fixed my AC problem but were able to do a diagnostic check for my check engine light. They completed all my repairs for less than $500. I was ecstatic, and beyond saving a substantial amount of money, Anthony and Dave provided exceptional customer service. They were very helpful and professional. I most certainly will be bringing my vehicle back for any other service. Thank you both so much!

Great work and customer service! Every time I take my vehicle for service, I know it will be in good hands and I m always satisfied after picking it up. Prices are fair. Anthony (Store manger) and his employees will take care of you. I highly recommend everyone to take their vehicle to this location. You won t be disappointed.

We had a bit of an emergency with our 1-ton dually front tires, and they took excellent care of us, recommending and installing our new tires. The difference was night and day. I don't know if we'll ever have the necessity to use them again, since we don't come this way often, but I do, I wouldn't hesitate. Highly recommended.

Anthony and the guys at JF on 1st and Blacklidge are kind, professional, knowledgeable and honest. They communicate well and look out for you best they can. I drive quite a bit for work and recreation and been taking my car in to JF for over two years, haven t been let down. Thanks gentlemen!

I have been coming here for a few years when it comes to having car issues. Jack furrier does a good job at getting you in and out as fast as they can but the best part of this location is their employee Anthony. Almost every time I have came in he is the person who has taken care of me and he is AMAZING. He is great at explaining the issue with my car in terms I can understand, is very good about calling and updating on issues, tries to get me a deal whenever one is available, and is just an overall great employee. If you go here ask for Anthony if you can!

Manager Mike S. Will Go Beyond Customer Service. They Ordered a Hard to Find Size Tire for my Older Mercedes and held it over a week till I could get the Car in. They have also worked on many my other family vehicles and ever if just need Free Air they Always Smile snd and go the Extra Mile. Thanks. Sam

Took my used truck in for an alignment right after buying it. It came back worse than it was before. Seriously. Gave me a bs spec sheet and all. Did a better alignment myself. Would never recommend anyone to use this place if you care about your vehicle.

If I could give zero stars I wouldI have been here a few times over the past few years. Always slow service. The shop manager if you wanna call him that usually treats every customer like they are stupid. But todaymark took his awful personality to a whole new level. Dusche bag is way better fit.I advise you strongly ESPECIALLY if you are a female. Find somewhere else to go. him that

A problem that happened at a different Furrier was corrected fast and thoroughly by Anthony and David at this location. They are excellent and I trust my car to them.

We had a rental car that suddenly had a tire losing air very quickly. We pulled into this location as we were right by it. The tire was almost flat by the time we pulled in. Mark came right out to get our rental car into the shop and found a large metal piece in our tire. The tire was beyond repair and the other 3 remaining tires on this rental were not in good shape. Mark and the store manager, Anthony, were fantastic with contacting our rental car company and working to get us back on the road. They got our spare tire on without charging us a dime for all their time on the phone with our rental car company and making sure we were safe to get to the airport to pick up our new rental. Such nice guys and so family focused. Would highly recommend them!

They gave me a good deal on the two tires I needed, and they got me in and out quickly. I was also given a reasonable estimate on some other work that's needed, with no high pressure to have that work done immediately. I was very pleased with my experience here.

These guys are the best! I had a nail in my tire and was so scared I was going to be late picking up my little guy from preschool. These guys were above and beyond kind to me and managed to squeeze me in. They did an awesome job with my tire. I will be going to them for all my tire and car needs and recommending them to all my friends and family.

Alignment was quick and easy. Plus, I made an online appointment which they couldn't keep but they let me know ahead of time and really kept to their promises. I would recommend them.

I came in for an oil change and new tires. It was relatively late in the day and Jason the manager there, got me in and took care of my car within a few minutes. He knew what my car needed and prepared me for my next visit. The guys at this location really care about their work, which makes me feel safe. Knowing that my car was serviced here just gives me a piece of mind that I haven't had anywhere else. Thanks Jason and your guys at this location. I will be back and will be sure to tell all of my friends about your wonderful service!

My whole family has used Jack Furrier's Tire for years. Spoke with Rick today. Very knowledgeable. Really felt he had my best interest and safety in mind. I will be back again next time our car needs service. Thanks again for excellent service.
